本发明公开了一种高性能交错编织船用系泊绳缆,包括中心绳股、保护层和绳缆主体,所述中心绳股由多股抗拉绳交错编织而成,每股所述抗拉绳均由若干涤纶、尼龙和超高分子量聚乙烯纤维混合捻合而成,所述中心绳股内嵌设有多股金属线,所述中心绳股的外部紧密包覆保护层,所述保护层由PVC塑料构成,所述保护层上设有螺旋形限位槽,所述保护层的外部紧密包覆绳缆主体,所述绳缆主体由若干股锦纶绳股相互穿设缠绕编织而成,每股所述锦纶绳股均由若干锦纶纤维捻合而成,每个所述锦纶纤维均浸有防火阻燃液,所述绳缆主体的外面涂有保护膜,所述保护膜设为聚氨酯保护膜。本发明结构设计合理,具备高强度、低伸长、耐磨损和防火性等优点,易于推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及船舶绳缆技术领域,具体为一种高性能交错编织船用系泊绳缆。
背景技术
绳缆具备抗拉、抗冲击、耐磨损、柔韧轻软等性能,已被广泛应用于生活的各个领域中,甚至在一些船舶、物流和重工等行业内,一些高强度的绳缆已是必需品。近年来,随着社会的发展以及海洋事业的蓬勃兴起,绳缆作为一个船用工具已经显的越来越重要了。绳缆可以实现船舶的牵引和固定,利用绳缆还能实现各种设备的固定,因此具有非常重要的作用。
由于船用系泊绳缆的使用环境特殊以及船舶的重量较大,从而对船用系泊绳缆的强度、耐磨性和延伸性具有非常高的要求。除此之外,还要求具有较强的防火性能。但是,目前市面上的船用系泊绳缆大多生产要求达不到技术标准或是生产材料不符合要求,从而使得船用系泊绳缆的防火与强度不可兼备。因此,迫切需要本领域技术人员设计一种高性能交错编织船用系泊绳缆来解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高性能交错编织船用系泊绳缆,结构设计合理,还具备高强度、低伸长、耐磨损和防火性等优点,解决了上述背景技术中所提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高性能交错编织船用系泊绳缆,包括中心绳股、保护层和绳缆主体,所述中心绳股由多股抗拉绳交错编织而成,所述中心绳股内嵌设有多股金属线,所述中心绳股的外部紧密包覆保护层,所述保护层上设有螺旋形限位槽,所述保护层的外部紧密包覆绳缆主体,所述绳缆主体由若干股锦纶绳股相互穿设缠绕编织而成,所述绳缆主体的外面涂有保护膜。
优选的,每股所述抗拉绳均由若干涤纶、尼龙和超高分子量聚乙烯纤维混合捻合而成。
优选的,所述保护层由PVC塑料构成,且PVC塑料与中心绳股轴线平行。
优选的,每股所述锦纶绳股均由若干锦纶纤维捻合而成,每个所述锦纶纤维均浸有防火阻燃液。
优选的,所述保护膜设为聚氨酯保护膜。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过由若干涤纶、尼龙和超高分子量聚乙烯纤维混合捻合而成的抗拉绳交错编织中心绳股,可提高绳缆的强度、耐磨性和抗腐蚀性。
2、本发明通过设置由PVC塑料构成的保护层,由于PVC塑料具有柔软性、稳定性高、耐腐蚀性和强度高等特性,提高了绳缆的牵引强度,还较好的防滑性,可有效避免保护层与绳缆主体之间发生打滑现象。
3、本发明通过将绳缆主体浸有防火阻燃液,并在绳缆主体的外面涂有保护膜,不仅具有防火性,还提高了耐磨性、使用寿命和安全性。

请参阅图1、图2,本发明提供一种高性能交错编织船用系泊绳缆技术方案:一种高性能交错编织船用系泊绳缆,包括中心绳股1、保护层2和绳缆主体3,所述中心绳股1由多股抗拉绳4交错编织而成,每股所述抗拉绳4 均由若干涤纶、尼龙和超高分子量聚乙烯纤维混合捻合而成,可提高绳缆的强度、耐磨性和抗腐蚀性,所述中心绳股1内嵌设有多股金属线5,可以提高绳缆的强度,使其不易被拉长,所述中心绳股1的外部紧密包覆保护层2,所述保护层2由PVC塑料构成,且PVC塑料与中心绳股1轴线平行,PVC塑料具有柔软性、稳定性高、耐腐蚀性和强度高等特性,提高了绳缆的牵引强度,还较好的防滑性,可有效避免保护层2与绳缆主体3之间发生打滑现象,所述保护层2上设有螺旋形限位槽,提高了保护层2与绳缆主体3之间的防滑性能,可有效避免中心绳股1与绳缆主体3之间发生滑芯现象,所述保护层2的外部紧密包覆绳缆主体3,所述绳缆主体3由若干股锦纶绳股6相互穿设缠绕编织而成,每股所述锦纶绳股6均由若干锦纶纤维捻合而成,每个所述锦纶纤维均浸有防火阻燃液,可使其具有防火性能,所述绳缆主体3的外面涂有保护膜7,所述保护膜7设为聚氨酯保护膜7,提高了整个绳缆的耐磨性、使用寿命和安全性。
工作原理:通过由若干涤纶、尼龙和超高分子量聚乙烯纤维混合捻合而成的抗拉绳4交错编织中心绳股1,可提高绳缆的强度、耐磨性和抗腐蚀性;通过设置由PVC塑料构成的保护层2,由于PVC塑料具有柔软性、稳定性高、耐腐蚀性和强度高等特性,提高了绳缆的牵引强度,还较好的防滑性,可有效避免保护层2与绳缆主体3之间发生打滑现象;通过将绳缆主体3浸有防火阻燃液,并在绳缆主体3的外面涂有保护膜7,使其不仅具有防火性,还提高了整个绳缆的耐磨性、使用寿命和安全性。

1.一种高性能交错编织船用系泊绳缆,包括中心绳股(1)、保护层(2)和绳缆主体(3),其特征在于:所述中心绳股(1)由多股抗拉绳(4)交错编织而成,所述中心绳股(1)内嵌设有多股金属线(5),所述中心绳股(1)的外部紧密包覆保护层(2),所述保护层(2)上设有螺旋形限位槽,所述保护层(2)的外部紧密包覆绳缆主体(3),所述绳缆主体(3)由若干股锦纶绳股(6)相互穿设缠绕编织而成,所述绳缆主体(3)的外面涂有保护膜(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能交错编织船用系泊绳缆,其特征在于:每股所述抗拉绳(4)均由若干涤纶、尼龙和超高分子量聚乙烯纤维混合捻合而成。
