Background
The degreasing agent is mainly used for removing oil stains on the surface of an object and comprises the following components: alkaline degreasing agent, emulsion degreasing agent and solvent degreasing agent: (1) the alkaline degreasing agent consists of alkali, chelating agent and surfactant, and comprises a composite high-efficiency degreasing agent, a high-temperature strong degreasing agent and the like. Performance verification
The degreasing agents of examples 1 to 3 and those of comparative examples 1 to 3 were used in equal amounts at a concentration of 10% by mass, and the degreasing agents of comparative examples 1 to 3 were degreased to the same extent in accordance with standard JB/T4323.2-1999 (test method for Water-based Metal cleaners), in which the same treatment temperature (25 ℃) and treatment mode (spray) were used, and the cleaning power and the residual performance after rinsing were compared, and the results are shown in Table 1:
the data show that the degreasing agent prepared by the application has an excellent degreasing effect, particularly has good permeability and emulsifying property through synergistic cooperation of tea saponin and berberine, can quickly remove oil stains on the surface of metal, has high dispersing power and strong efficacy, and each component has strong solubility in water, so that the residual degree on a workpiece after cleaning is low, no influence is caused on the subsequent process, and the degreasing agent has a good market prospect.

5. The environment-friendly degradable degreasing agent as recited in claim 1, wherein the defoaming agent is a polyether defoaming agent or a polyether modified silicon defoaming agent.
6. The method for preparing the environment-friendly degradable degreasing agent according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the steps are as follows:
1) weighing the raw materials according to the proportion;
2) fully mixing dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid, polymaleic anhydride, sodium polyacrylate, seaweed micro powder, sodium benzoate, sodium tartrate and sodium carbonate, slowly adding triethanolamine while stirring to obtain a mixture A;
3) and adding the graphene nanoplatelets, the tea saponin, the berberine, the solubilizer and the defoaming agent into the mixture A, and fully stirring and mixing to obtain the required degreasing agent.
