Abstract

本发明公开了一种硅晶体多线锯水基切削液的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:首先称量各个原料,然后,依次将脂肪醇嵌段聚醚、聚醚多元醇、炔二醇改性表面活性剂、壬二酸、苯并三氮唑、水(按重量份数计)加入到反应釜中搅拌,搅拌均匀即可得切削液。本发明提高了切削液的润滑性、渗透性和清洗作用,有效提高切割工艺的效率,提升硅片的表面质量和合格率,对硅粉的悬浮分散能力和保护钢线的能力显著提高,可以降低硅片的生产成本,提高企业的经济效益,进一步促进光伏产业的发展。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种切削液,特别涉及一种硅晶体多线锯水基切削液。
技术背景
随着光伏产业的迅速发展,对硅片的数量和质量的要求不断提高,硅片大直径、超薄化已经成为一种必然的发展趋势。传统的内圆切割已经不能满足光伏产业实际生产的需求,因此需要一种全新的硅片加工方式,在此背景下,线锯切割工艺应运而生,成为目前大直径硅片加工的常用方法。金刚石线锯切割加工从本质上来讲是固定在钢线上的金刚石颗粒对硅工件不断摩擦的过程,而切削液在这个过程中起到了很大的辅助作用。在切割过程中,由于强烈的摩擦作用,产生了大量的摩擦热和破碎的切屑将被带入切削液中。所以性能优良的线锯水基切削液不仅具有良好的导热性能和流动性能,还必须具有良好的润滑、渗透、分散、防腐蚀等功能。切削液是线锯切割工艺中一种必不可少的辅材,它具有润滑、清洗、冷却、分散悬浮的作用,有效提高切割工序的效率,提升硅片的表面质量和合格率。近年来由于社会的发展,科技的进步,太阳能光伏产业的成熟,硅片的使用越来越多,多线锯切割工艺在市场中的份额正在逐渐攀升,适用于此工艺的水基切削液的消耗量也在快速上升。但是,国内对此研究甚少,国内的光伏企业使用的大多是外国进口的产品,国内的一些此类切削液产品普遍存在着润滑渗透能力差,对硅粉的悬浮分散能力不足,保护钢线的能力弱等缺点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对以上弊端提供一种硅晶体多线锯切削液,可提高切削液的润滑渗透能力和硅粉的悬浮分散能力,加强对钢线的保护能力。
为了解决上述技术问题,发明一种硅晶体多线锯切削液的制备方法,其中,包含以下步骤:首先称量各个原料,然后,依次将脂肪醇嵌段聚醚、聚醚多元醇、炔二醇改性表面活性剂、壬二酸、苯并三氮唑、水(按重量份数计)加入到反应釜中搅拌,搅拌均匀即可得切削液。
上述一种硅晶体多线锯切削液的制备方法,其中,所述搅拌时间为2h。
上述一种硅晶体多线锯切削液的制备方法,其中,所述搅拌温度为60度。
上述一种硅晶体多线锯切削液的制备方法,其中,所述水为去离子水。
一种硅晶体多线锯切削液的制备方法,由脂肪醇嵌段聚醚5-20份、聚醚多元醇5-20份、炔二醇改性表面活性剂4-10份、壬二酸7-15份、苯并三氮唑1-8份、水60-80份组成,以重量份数计。
上述一种硅晶体多线锯切削液的制备方法,其中,优选地,由脂肪醇嵌段聚醚19份、聚醚多元醇18份、炔二醇改性表面活性剂7份、壬二酸12份、苯并三氮唑3份、水70份组成,以重量份数计。
上述一种硅晶体多线锯切削液的制备方法,其中,所述聚醚多元醇和苯并三氮唑的重量比为6∶1。
具体实施方案
实施例一
一种硅晶体多线锯切削液,由脂肪醇嵌段聚醚19份、聚醚多元醇18份、炔二醇改性表面活性剂7份、壬二酸12份、苯并三氮唑3份、水70份组成,以重量份数计,将上述原料依次放入反应釜中搅拌,搅拌温度为60度,搅拌时间2h。
性能指标:将纯水与切削液以50∶1的比例预先混合调配,进行硅片切割,连续切割10刀,一次合格率为96.93%,具有良好的渗透作用和清洁作用,能够有效降低不良率,节约生产成本。
实施例二
一种硅晶体多线锯切削液,由脂肪醇嵌段聚醚15份、聚醚多元醇12份、炔二醇改性表面活性剂4份、壬二酸10份、苯并三氮唑2份、水65份组成,以重量份数计,将上述原料依次放入反应釜中搅拌,搅拌温度为60度,搅拌时间2h。
性能指标:将纯水与切削液以50∶1的比例预先混合调配,进行硅片切割,连续切割10刀,一次合格率为93.76%,具有良好的渗透作用和清洁作用,能够有效降低不良率,节约生产成本。
实施例三
一种硅晶体多线锯切削液,由脂肪醇嵌段聚醚20份、聚醚多元醇18份、炔二醇改性表面活性剂9份、壬二酸14份、苯并三氮唑3份、水75份组成,以重量份数计,将上述原料依次放入反应釜中搅拌,搅拌温度为60度,搅拌时间2h。
性能指标:将纯水与切削液以50∶1的比例预先混合调配,进行硅片切割,连续切割10刀,一次合格率为94.42%,具有良好的渗透作用和清洁作用,能够有效降低不良率,节约生产成本。

1.一种硅晶体多线锯水基切削液,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:首先称量各个原料,然后,依次将脂肪醇嵌段聚醚、聚醚多元醇、炔二醇改性表面活性剂、壬二酸、苯并三氮唑、水(按重量份数计)加入到反应釜中搅拌,搅拌均匀即可得切削液。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种硅晶体多线锯水基切削液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述搅拌时间为2h。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种硅晶体多线锯水基切削液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述搅拌温度为60度。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种硅晶体多线锯水基切削液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述水为去离子水。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种硅晶体多线锯水基切削液的制备方法,其特征在于,由脂肪醇嵌段聚醚5-20份、聚醚多元醇6-30份、炔二醇改性表面活性剂4-10份、壬二酸7-15份、苯并三氮唑1-5份、水60-80份组成,以重量份数计。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种硅晶体多线锯水基切削液的制备方法,其特征在于,优选地,由脂肪醇嵌段聚醚19份、聚醚多元醇18份、炔二醇改性表面活性剂7份、壬二酸12份、苯并三氮唑3份、水70份组成,以重量份数计。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种硅晶体多线锯水基切削液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述聚醚多元醇和苯并三氮唑的重量比为6∶1。
