本发明公开了一种建筑机械用热轧乳液。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对印刷品、包装品、装饰品的质量有了更高的要求,PS板基、包装、装饰用铝薄板、铝箔及防盗瓶盖用铝板的表 面质量要求越来越高,而且需求量也越来越大,决定铝材表面质量的乳液作用更显突出,多年来,热轧乳液一直使用原苏联配方,因其润滑质量较差,热轧毛坯表面存在诸如黑白条、粘铝等缺陷,对成品铝箔、薄板的表面质量造成恶劣的影 响,使铝板材在高质量表面要求领域的应用受到了限制。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种建筑机械用热轧乳液,既能保证热轧板、 带材的产品质量,又能保证生产需求量。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种建筑机械用热轧乳液,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%碳灰,10~35%硫酸硅,1~10%三氧化二铝,0~3%硅土,0~2.5%氧化锰,5~20%碳酸铜,10~20%稀土元素,30~60%氧化亚铁。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,既能保证热轧板、 带材的产品质量,又能保证生产需求量。

实施例1
一种建筑机械用热轧乳液,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5%碳灰,10%硫酸硅,1%三氧化二铝,1%硅土,1%氧化锰,5%碳酸铜,10%稀土元素,30%氧化亚铁,此时热轧板质量不佳。
实施例2
一种建筑机械用热轧乳液,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:6%碳灰,35%硫酸硅,10%三氧化二铝,3%硅土,2.5%氧化锰,20%碳酸铜,20%稀土元素,60%氧化亚铁,此时生产需求量不能得到满足。
实施例3
一种建筑机械用热轧乳液,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:4%碳灰,23%硫酸硅,5%三氧化二铝, 1.5%硅土,1.25%氧化锰,13%碳酸铜,15%稀土元素,45%氧化亚铁,此时既能保证热轧板、 带材的产品质量,又能保证生产需求量。

1.一种建筑机械用热轧乳液,包含添加剂和载体,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%碳灰,10~35%硫酸硅,1~10%三氧化二铝,0~3%硅土,0~2.5%氧化锰,5~20%碳酸铜,10~20%稀土元素,30~60%氧化亚铁。
