一种快速加热的外卖餐盒,包括用于放置食物的本体和用于密封所述本体的盖体,一固定设置于所述本体上并容纳有加热介质的热源提供单元,所述加热介质受微波加热由其他形态转变为气体形态;至少一连通所述本体与热源提供单元的导通单元;所述本体包括用于隔绝微波的保护膜或所述本体由隔绝微波的材料制备;所述导通单元上设置有控制流量导通或关闭的开关。本发明可实现应用微波对水进行加热产生热蒸汽,由热蒸汽对主食面条进行加热,避免直接被微波加热所造成水份流失,保证了面条的口感,还能利用微波同时对配菜和配汤进行加热,减少了分别加工的时间,降低了加工场所的卫生要求、空间要求和操作难度,便于开设更多加热网点,降低外卖配送时间。

技术领域
本发明属于餐饮技术领域,具体涉及一种快速加热的外卖餐盒。
背景技术
随着科技的进步,现代人对于饮食的习惯及方式也逐渐在改变,从传统走入餐馆用餐,到现在逐渐发展出可以有外卖配送的快餐领域,民众只要在手机智能终端上选择需要食用的餐饮,就可以在短时间内获得外卖配送员配送的外卖。
然而目前的面条类外卖食品,主要分为拌面和汤面。拌面是面条加配菜一起食用,汤面是面条加配汤一起食用。
因为面条外卖需要配送,所以汤面在配送过程中是面条和配汤分开放置在不同餐盒或不同餐格中以避免面条被配汤泡烂。
即使如此,煮面的过程也相对耗时,再加上配送时间较长的因素,送到用户手上的面条就无法保证食用的口感,影响了人们对面食外卖的信任度,因此目前亟需一种能够实现快速加热配送,并保持食用口感的外卖技术。
发明内容
为了有效解决上述问题,本发明提供一种快速加热的外卖餐盒。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种快速加热的外卖餐盒,包括一用于放置食物的本体和一个用于密封所述本体的盖体,还包括:
一固定设置于所述本体上并容纳有加热介质的热源提供单元,所述加热介质受微波加热由其他形态转变为气体形态;
至少一连通所述本体与热源提供单元的导通单元;
所述本体包括用于隔绝微波的保护膜、或本体由隔绝微波的材料制成;
所述导通单元上设置有控制流量导通或关闭的开关。
进一步的,所述本体侧壁上还设置至少一用于与所述导通单元连接的第一连接孔。
进一步的,所述热源提供单元内具有一容置腔,所述容置腔内容纳有加热介质,所述容置腔内高于加热介质液面设置有至少一用于与导通单元连接的第二连接孔。
进一步的,所述加热介质包括但不限于为水。
进一步的,所述导通单元还包括一管体,所述管体一端与所述第一连接孔连接,所述管体另一端与所述第二连接孔连接。
进一步的,所述开关设置于所述管体上,所述开关包括一拨片、一挡板及一连接杆,所述挡板设置于所述管体内并所述挡板直径与所述管体内径相同,所述拨片设置于管体外部,所述管体上设置有安装所述连接杆的通孔,所述连接杆一端与所述挡板连接,所述连接杆另一端与所述拨片连接,拨动所述拨片可带动所述挡板控制所述管体流量导通或关闭。
进一步的,所述本体内设置至少一个分格。
进一步的,所述保护膜包括金属镀层或贴附的一层金属薄膜所述保护膜采用包括但不限于铝或锡。
本发明的有益效果为:可实现应用微波对水进行加热产生热蒸汽,由热蒸汽对主食面条进行加热,主食面条避免直接被微波加热所造成水份流失,保证了面条的口感,还能利用微波对配菜和配汤进行同时加热,减少了分别加工的时间,在不打开包装的前提下降低了加工场所的卫生要求、空间要求和操作难度,便于开设更多加热网点,降低外卖配送时间。

实施例一,如图1-4所示,一种快速加热的外卖餐盒,包括:一用于放置食物的本体1、一个用于密封所述本体1的盖体2、一容纳有加热介质的热源提供单元3和至少一连通所述本体1与热源提供单元3的导通单元4。
所述本体1形状包括但不限长方体、正方体、圆柱体或不规则几何形体,所述本体1内可设置至少一个分格用于放置主食或其他待蒸的食品,所述本体1包括用于隔绝微波的保护膜11,所述保护膜1可设置于所述本体1内表面、外表面、夹层内或直接作为本体1组成结构,所述保护膜11包括金属镀层或贴附的一层金属薄膜、或本体1由隔绝微波的材料制成,所述保护膜11采用包括但不限于铝或锡等餐饮类常用金属。
所述热源提供单元3固定设置于所述本体1的任意一外侧壁上,所述热源提供单元3内具有一容置腔,所述容置腔内容纳所述加热介质,所述加热介质受微波加热由其他形态转变为气体形态,所述加热介质包括但不限于为水或汤,在加热介质为汤的情况下,除了部分汤被加热汽化进入本体1内,其他汤也同时被加热。加热完毕后,食用时再将食物与汤混合在一起。
所述本体1侧壁上还设置至少一用于与所述导通单元4连接的第一连接孔12,所述容置腔内高于所述加热介质位置设置有至少一用于与导通单元4连接的第二连接孔31,所述导通单元4包括一管体41及一开关42,所述管体41一端与所述第一连接孔12连接,所述管体41另一端与所述第二连接孔31连接,所述管体41形状包括但不限于“U”形、“L”形等任意可实现连接的形状,所述开关42设置于所述管体41上用于控制管体41内气化后的加热介质的通断,所述开关42包括一拨片421、一挡板422及一连接杆423,所述挡板422设置于所述管体41内并所述挡板422直径与所述管体41内径相同,所述拨片421设置于管体41外部,所述管体41上设置有安装所述连接杆423的通孔,所述连接杆423一端与所述挡板422连接,所述连接杆423另一端与所述拨片421连接,通过拨动拨片421,可以调整挡板422的转向,从而实现控制所述管体41的通断。
实施例二,本实施例与上述实施例基本相同,不同之处在于,所述开关42可替换为球形阀结构或按压阻挡结构等现有开关结构。
加热时,将餐盒放置在微波炉中,通过在本体内侧壁设置的保护膜,可以使本体内的食物不受微波的影响,但热源提供单元内的加热介质受热气化体积膨胀通过导通单元导入到本体中,蒸气会将主食面条加热,导通单元设置开关可以防止在运输途中加热介质与食物混在一起。
在其他实施例中,所述本体1的侧壁顶部或在盖体2上预留有可以使得过多气态形态的加热介质喷出的贯穿孔,避免容置本体1内的压力过大。
在其他实施例中,所述餐盒装置还可包括一副食盒,所述副食盒内成装有配汤或配菜;所述副食盒接设于所述本体1顶部或内部或分置于本体1的外部并与主食一起被加热;在主食加热完成后,所述副食盒内的配菜可被放置于主食内,并与主食搅拌食用;或者,主食可以被放置于所述副食盒内,与配汤一起食用。
可以理解的,所述餐盒装置还可包括多个副食盒,分别盛装配菜和配汤。
本发明的有益效果在于,使用保护膜隔绝微波而通过加热水产生蒸气来实现食物的加热,即利用微波加热实现了蒸气加热的效果,克服了使用微波炉直接加热蒸干水分导致食物口感下降的问题,加热效率高的同时保持食物的口感不产生变化。

Claims (8)

1.一种快速加热的外卖餐盒,包括一用于放置食物的本体和一个用于密封所述本体的盖体,其特征在于,还包括:
一固定设置于所述本体上并容纳有加热介质的热源提供单元,所述加热介质受微波加热由其他形态转变为气体形态;
至少一连通所述本体与热源提供单元的导通单元;所述导通单元上设置有控制流量导通或关闭的开关;
所述本体包括用于隔绝微波的保护膜、或本体由隔绝微波的材料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的餐盒,其特征在于,所述本体侧壁上还设置至少一用于与所述导通单元连接的第一连接孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的餐盒,其特征在于,所述热源提供单元内具有一容置腔,所述容置腔内容纳有所述加热介质,所述容置腔内高于加热介质液面设置有至少一用于与导通单元连接的第二连接孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的餐盒,其特征在于,所述加热介质包括但不限于为水。
5.根据权利要求3所述的餐盒,其特征在于,所述导通单元还包括一管体,所述管体一端与所述第一连接孔连接,所述管体另一端与所述第二连接孔连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的餐盒,其特征在于,所述开关设置于所述管体上,所述开关包括一拨片、一挡板及一连接杆,所述挡板设置于所述管体内并所述挡板直径与所述管体内径相同,所述拨片设置于管体外部,所述管体上设置有安装所述连接杆的通孔,所述连接杆一端与所述挡板连接,所述连接杆另一端与所述拨片连接,拨动所述拨片可带动所述挡板控制所述管体流量导通或关闭。
7.根据权利要求1所述的餐盒,其特征在于,所述本体内设置至少一个分格。
8.根据权利要求1所述的餐盒,其特征在于,所述保护膜包括金属镀层或贴附的一层金属薄膜,所述保护膜采用包括但不限于铝或锡。
