本发明的多功能无尘复合矿物宠物用砂,各原料的重量百分比为:蛭石20‑25%,膨润土65‑75%,凹凸棒土0‑5%,海泡土0‑5%,活性炭复配粉1‑5%,银离子溶液0.1‑0.5%,托玛琳复配粉0.1‑1%,上述各组分的总和为100%;其制备方法包括:准备原料;将蛭石、部分膨润土、活性炭复配粉倒入滚球造粒机,加水,完成一次造粒;将剩余膨润土、凹凸棒土、海泡土、托玛琳复配粉倒入滚球造粒机,加水,完成二次造粒;往滚球造粒机中加入银离子溶液,完成三次造粒;在100℃至200℃温度下进行焙烧,制成宠物用砂。加工工艺简单,制备成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种宠物用砂,具体指的是多功能无尘复合矿物宠物用砂及其制备方法。
背景技术
宠物用砂是用于宠物用厕所中,用来掩盖和包裹宠物排泄物,其作用是保持宠物厕所的清洁。使用宠物用砂能够使排泄物更易清理,吸附及祛除排泄物异味,维护宠物生理健康。
常见宠物用砂类型主要有:
矿产余料:存在功能单一,使用过程会产生粉尘等缺点,粉尘的产生不利于宠物的健康;
豆腐渣、再生纸等植物纤维再加工制成的宠物用砂:这类宠物用砂有保质期,容易变质,不易保存,且使用时容易滋生细菌;
硅胶:硅胶使用过程中会生产硅胶粉尘,而硅胶粉尘具有生物毒性,会影响宠物健康;
沸石等化工材料简单加工制成的宠物用砂:这类宠物用砂功能单一,实际效果往往与宣传不符。
现有的宠物用砂,成分结构单一,有些甚至会影响宠物健康,因此需要开发使用效果更佳,且不会对宠物健康造成损害的宠物用砂。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状,而提供吸水性好,能够吸附异味,持续杀菌时间长的多功能无尘复合矿物宠物用砂,其制备方法工艺简单,制备成本低。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
多功能无尘复合矿物宠物用砂,各原料的重量百分比为:蛭石20-25%,膨润土65-75%,凹凸棒土0-5%,海泡土0-5%,活性炭复配粉1-5%,银离子溶液0.1-0.5%,托玛琳复配粉0.1-1%,上述各组分的总和为100%。

上述的焙烧的时间为1小时至2小时。
与现有技术相比,本发明宠物用砂以蛭石为颗粒核心,混合膨润土、凹凸棒土、海泡土、活性炭复配粉、托玛琳复配粉通过三次造粒后焙烧制成,加工工艺简单,制备成本低;所制成的宠物用砂吸水性好,能够吸附异味,持续杀菌时间长,功能多样,且无尘无害,不会损害宠物健康。
