本发明提供一种高效滤材,包括依次设置的迎风层、主过滤层和支撑层,所述主过滤层为超细玻璃纤维层,所述支撑层孔径大于所述迎风层的孔径,所述迎风层、所述主过滤层和所述支撑层通过超声波点压粘合。其具有过滤效率高、阻力低、粘合牢固、纤维损伤小和使用寿命长的优点。

一种高效滤材
技术领域
本发明属于过滤材料领域,具体的说,涉及一种高效滤材。
背景技术
工业气体排放目前是我国大气污染物的主要来源,而对于工业性尘源的控制,运行可靠、使用灵活方便、除尘效率高的袋式除尘器是首选。袋式除尘器的关键材料是滤料,传统的针刺毡滤料采用非织造针刺工艺和粘合技术,多呈三维交错结构,可充分发挥纤维的捕尘功能,捕尘效果稳定,但普通针刺毡滤料对于超细粉尘尤其是PM2.5的过滤效率往往不尽如人意。传统除尘滤料为满足在复杂工况条件下高效率的除尘要求,通常采用增加克重、涂层或PTFE覆膜的处理。但这种滤料并不能实现对PM2.5的有效过滤,并且除尘设备运行阻力高,大幅增加除尘费用。
为了解决上述问题,我们一直在寻求一种理想的技术解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,从而提供一种过滤效率高且阻力低的滤材。
一种高效滤材,包括依次设置的迎风层、主过滤层和支撑层,其特征在于,所述主过滤层为超细玻璃纤维层,所述支撑层孔径大于所述迎风层的孔径,所述迎风层、所述主过滤层和所述支撑层通过超声波点压粘合。
基于上述,它的粘合点的面积大小为0.01~1cm2,粘合点密度为200-500个/m2,粘合点大小及粘合点的密度与粘合牢固度正相关,而与有效过滤面积负相关。
基于上述,所述滤料层的克重范围为30~80g/m2,厚度范围在0.4~0.8mm之间。
基于上述,所述迎风层包括迎风基布层和迎风纤维层,所述迎风纤维层采用细旦纤维和/或普通纤维纺织构成,所述支撑层包括支撑基布层和支撑纤维层,所述支撑纤维层采用普通纤维和/或粗旦纤维纺织构成。普通纤维规格为2.2D,长度50-70mm的纤维,细旦纤维是规格为细度1.56D,长度50-70mm的纤维,粗旦纤维为2.78D,长度50-70mm的纤维。
基于上述,所述迎风纤维层采用细旦纤维和普通纤维按质量比1:1的比例配合混纺,所述支撑纤维层采用普通纤维和粗旦纤维按质量比1:1的比例配合混纺。
本发明相对现有技术具有突出的实质性特点和显著的进步,具体的说,本发明的主过滤层采用玻璃超细纤维材质,且支撑层孔径大于迎风层,具有过滤效率高和阻力低的优点。进一步说,本发明的三层结构采用超声波点压粘合,粘合牢固,纤维损伤小,使用寿命长。其具有过滤效率高、阻力低、粘合牢固、纤维损伤小和使用寿命长的优点。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。
如图1、一种高效滤材,包括依次设置的迎风层、主过滤层3和支撑层,所述迎风层包括迎风基布层2和迎风纤维层1,所述迎风纤维层1采用细旦纤维和普通纤维按质量比1:1的比例配合混纺,两层结构通过针刺工艺粘合;所述支撑层包括支撑基布层5和支撑纤维层4,所述支撑纤维层4采用普通纤维和粗旦纤维按质量比1:1的比例配合混纺,两层结构也通过针刺工艺粘合;所述支撑层孔径大于所述迎风层的孔径。
支撑层和迎风层由送料机构上下交叠,超细玻璃纤维被熔喷在支撑层上,形成主过滤层3,然后三层一起交叠并通过超声波压合机构进行点压。利用超声波粘合的粘合方法使迎风层、主过滤层和支撑层形成成一定花纹图案的三层粘合结构。其中迎风层实现对大颗粒物粉尘和部分超细粉尘的有效过滤,主过滤层采用熔喷超细玻璃纤维,对迎风层未能有效过滤的超细粉尘进行再次过滤,确保实行对超细粉尘的有限过滤。支撑层孔径大于迎风层,可以有效降低风阻,节约能耗。
本发明的粘合点的面积大小为0.01~1cm2,粘合点密度为200-500个/m2。所述主过滤层的克重范围为30~80g/m2,厚度范围在0.4~0.8mm之间。

对实施例1-6中的产品进行PM2.5的过滤效率测试,测试结果均不小于99.99%。其测试方法为:将滤料固定在集气管通道内,集气管内通入气溶胶气体,风速为1.0m/min,采用尘粒监测仪测试集气管的进气侧采样口和出气侧采样口的浓度,每组测10个数据取平均值,并计算过滤效率η,η=(n1-n2)/n1;
式中η为分级过滤效率,单位是%;
n1为滤料进气侧PM2.5颗粒物浓度平均值,单位是μg/m3
n2为滤料出气侧PM2.5颗粒物浓度平均值,单位是μg/m3
由实施例1-6的产品测试结果可知:本发明过滤效率高,达到了现有的高效滤材标准,尤其是PM2.5的过滤效率突出,不低于99.99%。其次,相比于常规的工业过滤滤材,其阻力系数明显降低,为10-20Pa.min/m,是常规工业滤料的1/10左右,过滤阻力大大降低使得过滤电耗量明显降低,能够减少过滤成本。
最后应当说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对其限制。尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,所属领域的普通技术人员应当理解:依然可以对本发明的具体实施方式进行修改或者对部分技术特征进行等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神,其均应涵盖在本发明请求保护的技术方案范围当中。

1.一种高效滤材,包括依次设置的迎风层、主过滤层和支撑层,其特征在于,所述主过滤层为超细玻璃纤维层,所述支撑层孔径大于所述迎风层的孔径,所述迎风层、所述主过滤层和所述支撑层通过超声波点压粘合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效滤材,其特征在于,它的粘合点面积大小为0.01~1cm2,粘合点密度为200-500个/m2
3.根据权利要求1所述的高效滤材,其特征在于,所述主过滤层的克重范围为30~80g/m2,厚度范围在0.4~0.8mm之间。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的高效滤材,其特征在于,所述迎风层包括迎风基布层和迎风纤维层,所述迎风纤维层采用细旦纤维和/或普通纤维纺织构成,所述支撑层包括支撑基布层和支撑纤维层,所述支撑纤维层采用普通纤维和/或粗旦纤维纺织构成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的高效滤材,其特征在于,所述迎风纤维层采用细旦纤维和普通纤维按质量比1:1的比例配合混纺,所述支撑纤维层采用普通纤维和粗旦纤维按质量比1:1的比例配合混纺。
