Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of mechanical assembly, and particularly relates to a clamp and a plugging method for hydrogen leakage under pressure of a generator flange. In the invention, the first clamp and the second clamp are tightly buckled together, and the first clamp and the second clamp are of the same symmetrical structure; the first clamp comprises an ear plate, an end plate and a shell, wherein the shell is in a semi-cylindrical shape, a glue injection hole is formed in the center of the cylinder, the end plate is welded at one end of the cylinder, two through holes which are symmetrical in center are formed in the end plate, and the symmetrical ear plates are welded on the outer walls of the end plate and the shell. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, replacing bolts of a flange with long screws; step 2, fixing a clamp; step 3, dismantling bolts and mounting fixtures in field implementation; step 4, coating sealant on the surface of the bolt and the clamp; step 5, installing a clamp lug plate bolt; and 6, plugging the leakage points. The clamp disclosed by the invention is simple and reliable in structure, simple and quick to use and capable of realizing the pressurized plugging of the hydrogen leakage of the generator.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of mechanical assembly, and particularly relates to a clamp and a plugging method for hydrogen leakage under pressure of a generator flange.
Background
In Tian Wan nuclear power station, two WWER-1000 nuclear power units of one-term engineering adopt Russian supply type-3 TVB-1000-2, which is a hydrogen cooling unit. After the T206 of the Tian Wan nuclear power station is overhauled, the hydrogen pipeline flange of the generator leaks hydrogen. The leakage position is quite special and is positioned at the joint of the flange and the generator bottom body, as shown in figure 1;
the leakage point is characterized in that firstly, a leakage medium is hydrogen, the leakage amount is large, the high explosion risk is achieved, and another more important reason is that a common flange clamp is not suitable for the working condition, a straight pipe clamp cannot be used for fixing, and the leakage point is easy to generate movement in the glue injection process and cannot realize sealing. When other similar structures of the medium leak, the clamp can be connected with the equipment body by adopting a welding method, so that the problem of the movement of the clamp is solved, but the leaked medium is hydrogen and cannot be treated by adopting the welding method, so that the clamp can be fixed without moving fire, and a complete pressurized plugging scheme for sealing the cavity is formed.

A method for plugging a generator flange with hydrogen leakage under pressure comprises the following steps:
step 1, removing one bolt of a leakage flange, namely replacing an original fastening bolt of the flange with a long screw rod, fastening the flange by using a back cap, and replacing the bolt of the flange with the long screw rod in sequence;
step 2, combining the clamp I and the clamp II into a complete clamp, enabling the opposite side of the end plate to be close to the generator, enabling the long screw rod to pass through the clamp through hole, and fastening the outer side of the end plate of the clamp by using a nut to realize the fixation of the clamp;
step 3, a copper wrench is used in the process of removing the bolts and installing the clamp in site implementation;
step 4, coating sealant on all the surfaces possibly contacted with the bolts and the clamp to prevent sparks from being generated by collision;
step 5, installing a clamp lug plate bolt, enabling the bolt to penetrate through the lug plate, installing a nut, fastening the clamp I and the clamp II, and limiting the radial freedom degree of the clamp by utilizing the designed lug plate bolt of the clamp;
and 6, sealing and injecting glue to the clamp after the clamp is installed, and plugging leakage points.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the clamp provided by the invention, the radial freedom degree of the clamp is limited by using the designed clamp lug plate bolt; the original fastening bolt of the flange is replaced by the long screw rod, the flange is fastened by the back cap, then the long screw rod passes through the clamp, and the clamp is fastened at one end of the clamp by the nut, so that the clamp is fixed. The long screw rod is used for limiting the clamp along the axial direction of the pipeline, so that the clamp cannot move in the glue injection process; and (3) smearing sealant on all the surfaces possibly contacted with the bolt and the clamp, so as to prevent the clamp from being knocked by metal to generate sparks and prevent hydrogen explosion.

As shown in fig. 2, the clamp for the hydrogen leakage and pressurized plugging of the generator flange provided by the invention comprises a clamp I1 and a clamp II 2, wherein the clamp I1 and the clamp II 2 are tightly buckled together, the clamp I1 and the clamp II 2 have the same symmetrical structure, the clamp I1 is taken as an example, as shown in fig. 3, the clamp I1 comprises an ear plate 5, an end plate 6 and a shell 7, the shell 7 is in a semi-cylindrical shape, a glue injection hole 4 is formed in the middle of the cylinder, an end plate 6 is welded at one end of the cylinder, two through holes 3 which are symmetrical in the center are formed in the end plate 6, and symmetrical ear plates 5 are welded on the outer walls of the end plate 6 and the shell 7.
According to the structural feature at leakage position, the bolt of flange joint body is single head bolt, totally four, and one end threaded connection is in generator body shell, through changing the original fastening bolt of flange into long screw rod, uses the back to push up earlier with the flange fastening, changes the flange bolt into long screw rod in proper order after, passes anchor clamps through-hole 3 with long screw rod again, utilizes the nut fastening at anchor clamps one end just so to realize the fixed of anchor clamps. When the method is implemented on site, a copper wrench is used in the process of dismantling the bolts and the mounting fixtures, and sealant is smeared on all the surfaces possibly contacted with the bolts and the fixtures, so that sparks are prevented from being generated by collision. The long screw rod is used for limiting the clamp along the axial direction of the pipeline, so that the clamp cannot move in the glue injection process. The radial freedom degree of the clamp is limited by the lug plate bolts of the designed clamp, and sealing glue injection is carried out on the clamp after the clamp is successfully installed, so that leakage point plugging is completed.
The invention provides a method for plugging a generator flange with hydrogen under pressure, which comprises the following steps:
