The invention discloses a mechanical seal protection device with an inclined large connecting pipe on the outer wall, which comprises a barrel, an upper supporting ring and a lower supporting ring which are fixedly connected with two ends of the barrel, wherein two ends of more than three supporting pipes are fixedly connected with the upper supporting ring and the lower supporting ring respectively, the supporting pipes are fixedly connected with an upper connecting plate and a lower connecting plate, a seal end cover is arranged on the lower side of the lower supporting ring, more than three studs slide through the seal end cover, the respective upper connecting plate and lower connecting plate, springs, gaskets and fixed clamping blocks are sleeved on the studs in sequence, and rubber gaskets are connected with all the fixed clamping blocks; the outer side of the sealing end cover is fixedly connected with a protection cylinder body, and the outer side face of the convex ring of the sealing end cover is provided with a sealing ring; the invention has the advantages of light weight, easy carrying, easy operation and good sealing effect, can prevent collision damage and prevent the connecting pipe from being polluted, has strong universality and can realize installation and disassembly without a special auxiliary device.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a mechanical seal protection device for a connecting pipe, in particular to a mechanical seal protection device for a large inclined connecting pipe on the outer wall of nuclear safety equipment in a nuclear power station.
Background
At present, main nuclear safety equipment in a nuclear power station such as a steam generator, a voltage stabilizer, an injection tank and the like is generally required to be filled with nitrogen or other inert gases for protection and maintain certain low pressure (usually 0.01 MPa) until the equipment is installed in the transportation and on-site storage processes after the manufacturing is completed so as to avoid the pollution of the equipment by chlorides, halogens or carbon steel and the like. This requires plugging all of the connection tubes on the device to maintain the required pressure. The connecting pipe of the container equipment is subjected to low-pressure sealing at present, and three modes are mainly adopted: and welding end plates, plugs and mechanical seals.
The sealing is carried out by adopting a welding mode, so that the effect is the best and the sealing effect is easy to ensure. But the welding sealing piece of the connecting pipe is required to be cut and dismantled on site, and the groove of the connecting pipe is processed until the requirement of on-site butt welding is met. The form of the pipe connecting groove of the nuclear safety equipment is complex in structure, mechanics, field installation and the like, the processing requirements are high, the on-site machining equipment, the environmental conditions and the worker technology are difficult to meet the requirements, and meanwhile, a customer generally also requires that the pipe connecting groove is required to be processed to meet the on-site welding state, so that the pipe connecting groove is not sealed in a welding mode, and the butt joint pipe is sealed and protected in a mechanical sealing mode.
The mechanical sealing mode adopted by the connecting pipe 27 commonly used at present is that, as shown in fig. 1, an integral steel plate is adopted as a fixing block for inner sealing at the arc section of the inner side of the connecting pipe connected with the container body, so as to fix and support the sealing device, and the port of the connecting pipe adopts a circular sealing ring and is pressed by a flat cover without a groove to realize the mechanical sealing of the port. Such a seal has the following disadvantages: 1) The arc section of the inner wall of the connecting pipe adopts a whole fixed block, so that the mass is increased, and the fixed block is not suitable for manual transportation; 2) Because the fixed block is a whole steel plate, the fixed block is not easy to design into the necessary operations such as installation through the inner hole of the connecting pipe and removal through the inner hole when the fixed block is detached, an operator is required to drill into the container to carry the fixed block to the arc-shaped position, which is connected with the container body, on the inner side of the connecting pipe for installation, and the operator is required to reach the position when the fixed block is detached, so that time and labor are wasted, and the operation risk of the operator is increased; 3) The port of the connecting pipe is sealed by adopting a flat cover and a flat gasket without grooves, and leakage often occurs due to the small blunt edge of the groove; 4) The inside fixed block directly contacts with the takeover, has increased the risk that the takeover was damaged.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a novel mechanical sealing and protecting structure with an inclined outer wall and without large connecting pipes in horizontal and vertical sections and an operation method. The method is characterized in that: 1) The fixed clamping block on the inner side of the connecting pipe does not adopt a whole steel plate, but adopts a plurality of fixed clamping blocks with threads and rotates the fixed clamping blocks through rotating the stud by screwing with the stud, so that the mechanical sealing structure is light in weight, easy to carry and easy to operate, and workers do not need to drill into the container to operate.
2) The spherical rubber pad is arranged below the fixed clamping block on the inner side of the connecting pipe and is arranged on the arc section connected with the container body on the inner side of the connecting pipe, so that collision damage of the arc section can be prevented, and pollution to the connecting pipe can be avoided. 3) The port at the outer side of the connecting pipe is sealed by adopting an O-shaped sealing ring, and meanwhile, the O-shaped sealing ring is arranged at the inner side of the port of the connecting pipe, and double sealing is adopted, so that the sealing effect is enhanced; 4) The adapter tube has strong universality and can be installed and detached without a special auxiliary device.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a mechanical seal protection device with an inclined large connecting pipe on the outer wall, which has the advantages of light weight, easiness in carrying and operation and good sealing effect, can prevent collision damage and prevent the connecting pipe from being polluted, has strong universality, and can realize installation and disassembly without a special auxiliary device.
In order to achieve the aim, the mechanical seal protection device with the inclined large connecting pipe on the outer wall comprises a barrel body, and is characterized in that an upper supporting ring and a lower supporting ring are fixedly connected to two ends of the barrel body, the upper supporting ring is fixedly connected with an upper cover plate, two ends of more than three supporting pipes are fixedly connected with the upper supporting ring and the lower supporting ring respectively, the supporting pipes are fixedly connected with an upper connecting plate and a lower connecting plate, a sealing end cover is arranged on the lower side of the lower supporting ring, more than three studs slide through the sealing end cover, the respective upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate, positioning pins penetrating through the respective studs are arranged above the upper connecting plate, springs and gaskets are sleeved on the studs below the upper connecting plate in sequence, fixed clamping blocks are connected to the studs below the gaskets through threads, an annular rubber gasket is connected with all the fixed clamping blocks, and the lower connecting plate is positioned below the fixed clamping blocks; compression nuts are arranged on the studs below the sealing end cover; the outer side of the sealing end cover is fixedly connected with a protection cylinder, a convex ring is fixedly arranged on the upper end face of the sealing end cover between the protection cylinder and the double-end stud, and a sealing ring is arranged on the outer side face of the convex ring through a ring groove;
when the large connecting pipe is used, the fixing clamping block and the compression nut are rotated, so that the rubber gasket is tightly attached to the end face of one side of the large connecting pipe, the spring can provide enough pretightening force, meanwhile, the convex ring is arranged in the inner circle of the other side of the large connecting pipe, the sealing ring is tightly attached to the side wall of the inner circle, and the protection cylinder body is added, so that the two ends of the large connecting pipe can be sealed, the sealing effect is good, the whole device is light in weight and easy to carry, a worker does not need to drill into the container, the installation and the disassembly can be realized easily, a special auxiliary device is not needed, and the universality is strong; the rubber gasket can prevent collision damage, no other parts are in direct contact with the connecting pipe, and the connecting pipe can be prevented from being polluted;
as a further improvement of the invention, a plurality of through holes are arranged on the side wall of the cylinder body and the upper cover plate, and a drying agent is arranged in the cylinder body; the protection effect on the inner wall of the large connecting pipe can be improved;
as a further improvement of the invention, the upper support ring is fixedly connected with the upper cover plate through a plurality of connecting bolts and nuts; the installation and the disassembly are convenient;
as a further improvement of the invention, the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate corresponding to each supporting tube are also connected through a fixing rod; the rotation of the fixed clamping block can be limited, so that the installation is convenient, and the efficiency is improved;
