本发明公开了一种工业用防腐蚀阀门,包括阀体,阀体一侧设有进口,进口的对侧设有出口,进口和出口均与阀体连通,进口顶端的一侧设有下密封座,下密封座的顶部设有上密封座,下密封座与阀体通过螺栓固定连接,上密封座覆盖设置在下密封座上,并与下密封座通过螺栓固定连接,上密封座的内部设有阀杆,阀杆贯穿设置在上密封座的内部,并与上密封座活动连接,阀杆的侧面设有密封填料,密封填料嵌套设置在阀杆上,具有防腐蚀能力强,尤其是对阀芯保护到位,使用寿命长等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,具体讲是一种工业用防腐蚀阀门。
背景技术
在工业领域由于有些介质具有腐蚀性,一般的碳钢阀门的阀芯很容易被腐蚀,即使是不锈钢阀门,在长久使用后仍存在被腐蚀的危险,阀门可用于控制空气、水、蒸汽、各种腐蚀性介质、泥浆、油品、液态金属和放射性介质等各种类型流体的流动,阀门根据材质还分为铸铁阀门,铸钢阀门,不锈钢阀门,铬钼钢阀门,铬钼钒钢阀门,双相钢阀门,塑料阀门,非标订制阀门等。
经过检索发现,专利号CN202674449U的发明公开了一种防腐蚀阀门,其结构包括:括阀体、镀焊层、聚四氟乙烯防腐层;镀焊层位于阀体的内壁,聚四氟乙烯防腐层位于镀焊层的外侧和阀体外部。镀焊层的耐腐蚀合金采用ERNiCrMo-3材料,本发明采用镀焊层和聚四氟乙烯双层保护,可以很好的保证阀体的安全性,保证阀体的正常工作,本发明结构简单,有很好的实用价值。
然而,经过分析发现,现有的工业用防腐蚀阀门存在以下不足;其一:对阀门的保护不到位,其二:防腐蚀能力有待加强;其三:使用寿命存在局限。
发明内容
因此,为了解决上述不足,本发明在此提供一种工业用防腐蚀阀门,具有防腐蚀能力强,尤其是对阀芯保护到位,使用寿命长等优点。
本发明是这样实现的,构造一种工业用防腐蚀阀门,包括阀体,阀体一侧设有进口,进口的对侧设有出口,进口和出口均与阀体连通,进口顶端的一侧设有下密封座,下密封座的顶部设有上密封座,下密封座与阀体通过螺栓固定连接,上密封座覆盖设置在下密封座上,并与下密封座通过螺栓固定连接,上密封座的内部设有阀杆,阀杆贯穿设置在上密封座的内部,并与上密封座活动连接,阀杆的侧面设有密封填料,密封填料嵌套设置在阀杆上,并与阀杆贴合固定,阀杆的底部设有陶瓷阀芯,陶瓷阀芯嵌入设置在阀体当中,并与阀杆通过螺栓固定连接,陶瓷阀芯的对侧设有手环,陶瓷阀芯的邻侧设有储水槽。
作为上述技术方案的改进,陶瓷阀芯的内侧面设有钢圈,钢圈嵌套设置在陶瓷阀芯上,并与陶瓷阀芯固定连接。通过设置的钢圈朝中心紧固陶瓷阀芯,由于陶瓷阀芯本身具备良好的防腐蚀性能,利用钢圈的环抱结加强弥补陶瓷阀芯的结构强度,在保证防腐蚀能力的同时,延长使用寿命。
作为上述技术方案的改进,储水槽的顶端设有低位挡板,低位挡板嵌入设置在阀体当中,并与阀体焊接。通过设置的低位挡板能够使每次进水后,都能在位置较为凹陷的储水槽中储存一点水,这样的话就可以利用这些储水槽中的水将陶瓷阀芯和出口一侧的管道分隔开,防止工业原料滞留在管道内的腐蚀性气体进入阀体,能够起到很好的防腐蚀性。
作为上述技术方案的改进,下密封座的内侧面设有对称的气孔。通过设置的气孔可以排出阀体内的气体,防止阀体内部压力过大而导致储水槽被排空而无法蓄水。
本发明通过改进在此提供一种工业用防腐蚀阀门,与现有工业用防腐蚀阀门相比,具有如下优点:具有防腐蚀能力强,尤其是对阀芯保护到位,使用寿命长等优点,具体体现为:
优点1:陶瓷阀芯的内侧面设有钢圈,钢圈嵌套设置在陶瓷阀芯上,并与陶瓷阀芯固定连接。通过设置的钢圈朝中心紧固陶瓷阀芯,由于陶瓷阀芯本身具备良好的防腐蚀性能,利用钢圈的环抱结构加强弥补陶瓷阀芯的结构强度,在保证防腐蚀能力的同时,延长使用寿命。

下面将结合附图1-图2对本发明进行详细说明,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明通过改进在此提供一种工业用防腐蚀阀门,如图1-图2所示,可以按照如下方式予以实施;包括阀体5,阀体5一侧设有进口1,进口1的对侧设有出口2,进口1和出口2均与阀体5连通,进口1顶端的一侧设有下密封座6,下密封座6的顶部设有上密封座7,下密封座6与阀体5通过螺栓固定连接,上密封座7覆盖设置在下密封座6上,并与下密封座6通过螺栓固定连接,上密封座7的内部设有阀杆8,阀杆8贯穿设置在上密封座7的内部,并与上密封座7活动连接,阀杆8的侧面设有密封填料9,密封填料9嵌套设置在阀杆8上,并与阀杆8贴合固定,阀杆8的底部设有陶瓷阀芯11,陶瓷阀芯11嵌入设置在阀体5当中,并与阀杆8通过螺栓固定连接,陶瓷阀芯11的对侧设有手环10,陶瓷阀芯11的邻侧设有储水槽3。
陶瓷阀芯11的内侧面设有钢圈12,钢圈12嵌套设置在陶瓷阀芯11上,并与陶瓷阀芯11固定连接。通过设置的钢圈12朝中心紧固陶瓷阀芯11,由于陶瓷阀芯11本身具备良好的防腐蚀性能,利用钢圈12的环抱结构加强弥补陶瓷阀芯11的结构强度,在保证防腐蚀能力的同时,延长使用寿命。
储水槽3的顶端设有低位挡板4,低位挡板4嵌入设置在阀体5当中,并与阀体5焊接。通过设置的低位挡板4能够使每次进水后,都能在位置较为凹陷的储水槽3中储存一点水,这样的话就可以利用这些储水槽3中的水将陶瓷阀芯11和出口2一侧的管道分隔开,防止工业原料滞留在管道内的腐蚀性气体进入阀体5,能够起到很好的防腐蚀性。
下密封座6的内侧面设有对称的气孔13。通过设置的气孔13可以排出阀体5内的气体,防止阀体5内部压力过大而导致储水槽3被排空而无法蓄水。
一种工业用防腐蚀阀门的工作原理:该种防腐蚀阀门的陶瓷阀芯11通过设置的钢圈12朝中心紧固陶瓷阀芯11,由于陶瓷阀芯11本身具备良好的防腐蚀性能,利用钢圈12的环抱结构加强弥补陶瓷阀芯11的结构强度,在保证防腐蚀能力的同时,延长使用寿命,在阀芯11的邻侧具有一个向下凹的储水槽3,在储水槽3的顶部具有一个低位挡板4,储水槽3内保证了水位始终低于阀体5内水位,这样的话每次进水后,都能在位置较为凹陷的储水槽3中储存一点水,利用这些储水槽3中的水将陶瓷阀芯11和出口2一侧的管道分隔开,防止工业原料滞留在管道内的腐蚀性气体进入阀体5,能够起到很好的防腐蚀性。
综上所述;本发明所述工业用防腐蚀阀门,与现有工业用防腐蚀阀门相比具有防腐蚀能力强,尤其是对阀芯保护到位,使用寿命长等优点。

1.一种工业用防腐蚀阀门,包括阀体(5),其特征在于:所述阀体(5)一侧设有进口(1),所述进口(1)的对侧设有出口(2),所述进口(1)和出口(2)均与所述阀体(5)连通,所述进口(1)顶端的一侧设有下密封座(6),所述下密封座(6)的顶部设有上密封座(7),所述下密封座(6)与所述阀体(5)通过螺栓固定连接,所述上密封座(7)覆盖设置在所述下密封座(6)上,并与所述下密封座(6)通过螺栓固定连接,所述上密封座(7)的内部设有阀杆(8),所述阀杆(8)贯穿设置在上密封座(7)的内部,并与所述上密封座(7)活动连接,所述阀杆(8)的侧面设有密封填料(9),所述密封填料(9)嵌套设置在阀杆(8)上,并与所述阀杆(8)贴合固定,所述阀杆(8)的底部设有陶瓷阀芯(11),所述陶瓷阀芯(11)嵌入设置在阀体(5)当中,并与所述阀杆(8)通过螺栓固定连接,所述陶瓷阀芯(11)的对侧设有手环(10),所述陶瓷阀芯(11)的邻侧设有储水槽(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种工业用防腐蚀阀门,其特征在于:所述陶瓷阀芯(11)的内侧面设有钢圈(12),所述钢圈(12)嵌套设置在所述陶瓷阀芯(11)上,并与所述陶瓷阀芯(11)固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种工业用防腐蚀阀门,其特征在于:所述储水槽(3)的顶端设有低位挡板(4),所述低位挡板(4)嵌入设置在阀体(5)当中,并与所述阀体(5)焊接。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种工业用防腐蚀阀门,其特征在于:所述下密封座(6)的内侧面设有对称的气孔(13)。
