背景技术
中国造纸业可持续发展的循环经济特征越来越显著。其中瓦楞原纸是生产瓦楞纸板的重要组成材料之一。瓦楞原纸要求纤维结合强度好,纸面平整,有较好的紧度和挺度,要求有一定的弹性,以保证制成的纸箱具有防震和耐压能力。瓦楞纸是各行各业不可缺少的包装用纸,特别是近年来随着我国电商网购的盛行,对包装用纸需求量急增,大大推动了瓦楞纸生产行业的发展,但是现有技术中瓦楞纸用纸浆性能一般,导致制成的瓦楞纸性能一般,无法满足市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种瓦楞纸用纸浆制备工艺。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种瓦楞纸用纸浆制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)玉米秸秆浆制备:将玉米秸秆干燥后,粉碎,得到玉米秸秆粉,对玉米秸秆粉进行改性,得到改性玉米秸秆粉,将改性玉米秸秆粉与氢氧化钠溶液按120-130g:300mL的比例混合,然后以3000r/min转速搅拌30min,得到玉米秸秆初浆,然后向玉米秸秆初浆中添加其质量0.2%的次氯酸钠,以300r/min转速继续搅拌50min,然后再经PFI磨浆机进行打2200转,得到玉米秸秆浆;
(2)阔叶木浆制备:将阔叶木干燥后,粉碎,得到阔叶木粉,将阔叶木粉与氢氧化钠溶液按100-110g:300mL的比例混合,然后以2800r/min转速搅拌35min,然后再采用功率为500W,频率为30kHz的超声波处理3-5min,得到阔叶木初浆,在40℃然后向阔叶木初浆中添加其质量0.35%的次氯酸钠,以350r/min转速继续搅拌55min,然后再经PFI磨浆机进行打2300转,得到阔叶木浆;
(3)瓦楞纸用纸浆制备:将玉米秸秆浆与阔叶木浆按2:3.1-3.3质量比例混合后,再经PFI磨浆机进行打1200转,即得。
进一步的,步骤(1)所述玉米秸秆粉粒度为500目。
进一步的,所述改性玉米秸秆粉制备方法为:
a玉米秸秆粉预处理:向反应釜中依次添加重量份为3.5份的强氧化性酸、5.5份的氯化锌、0.32份的过硫酸铵、85份的去离子水,搅拌均匀后,再加入31份的玉米秸秆粉,加热至78℃,保温浸泡3-5小时,然后再煮沸12min,然后冷却后,过滤,采用去离子水清洗至中性,烘干至恒重,得到预处理玉米秸秆粉;
b预改性玉米秸秆粉:向反应釜中依次添加重量份为2.8份的N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、4份的乙二胺四乙酸二钠、85份的去离子水,搅拌均匀后,加入34份的预处理玉米秸秆粉,水浴加热至89℃,以550r/min转速搅拌4小时,然后进行过滤,采用去离子水清洗至中性,烘干,得到预改性玉米秸秆粉;
c马来酸改性玉米秸秆粉:向反应釜中依次添加重量份为5.8份的马来酸、0.26份的溴酸钾、85份的去离子水,搅拌均匀后,加入35份的预改性玉米秸秆粉,在62℃下搅拌35min,然后继续加热至98℃,采用超声波处理2-3min,然后自然冷却至室温,然后进行过滤,采用去离子水清洗至中性,烘干,得到马来酸改性玉米秸秆粉。

本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明一种瓦楞纸用纸浆制备工艺,通过采用玉米秸秆浆与阔叶木浆进行协同使用,再进行PFI磨,能降低能耗,提高纸浆性能,通过对玉米秸秆粉进行改性处理,能够有效的提高叩解度,提高纤维强度,减少吨浆打浆时的电耗,减少PFI磨浆机转数,能够以较低的转数达到较高的打浆度,最主要的是,经过改性后的玉米秸秆纤维在玉米秸秆浆与阔叶木浆混合PFI磨时,能够与阔叶木纤维相互交织,纤维与纤维间的空隙大幅度的降低,同时经过改性后的玉米秸秆纤维与阔叶木纤维在纤维之间能够产生桥联作用,使纤维与纤维发生间接结合,提高纤维间的结合强度,从而提高纸张的强度性能;本发明制备的瓦楞纸用纸浆,能够大幅度的改善纤维的滤水性、打浆性及流动性,同时降低生产能耗,提高浆料性能,从而提高瓦楞纸的质量。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种瓦楞纸用纸浆制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)玉米秸秆浆制备:将玉米秸秆干燥后,粉碎,得到玉米秸秆粉,对玉米秸秆粉进行改性,得到改性玉米秸秆粉,将改性玉米秸秆粉与氢氧化钠溶液按120g:300mL的比例混合,然后以3000r/min转速搅拌30min,得到玉米秸秆初浆,然后向玉米秸秆初浆中添加其质量0.2%的次氯酸钠,以300r/min转速继续搅拌50min,然后再经PFI磨浆机进行打2200转,得到玉米秸秆浆;

b预改性玉米秸秆粉:向反应釜中依次添加重量份为2.8份的N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、4份的乙二胺四乙酸二钠、85份的去离子水,搅拌均匀后,加入34份的预处理玉米秸秆粉,水浴加热至89℃,以550r/min转速搅拌4小时,然后进行过滤,采用去离子水清洗至中性,烘干,得到预改性玉米秸秆粉;
c马来酸改性玉米秸秆粉:向反应釜中依次添加重量份为5.8份的马来酸、0.26份的溴酸钾、85份的去离子水,搅拌均匀后,加入35份的预改性玉米秸秆粉,在62℃下搅拌35min,然后继续加热至98℃,采用超声波处理2.3min,然后自然冷却至室温,然后进行过滤,采用去离子水清洗至中性,烘干,得到马来酸改性玉米秸秆粉。
进一步的,步骤a所述强氧化性酸为硝酸。
进一步的,步骤a所述玉米秸秆粉粒度为150目。
进一步的,步骤c所述超声波功率为800W,频率为40kHz。
进一步的,步骤(2)所述阔叶木为杨木、椴木按3:1质量比例混合得到。
进一步的,步骤(1)所述氢氧化钠溶液溶液pH为10.2,步骤(2)所述氢氧化钠溶液pH为10.5。

对比例4:与实施例1区别仅在于改性玉米秸秆粉替换将玉米秸秆粉采用申请号:201510909257.3中公开的秸秆粉改性方法处理得到的改性玉米秸秆粉。
对照组:纯阔叶木浆。
按实施例与对比例方法得到的纸浆,按定量200g/m²抄片,每组抄造10张;干燥,平衡水分,测物理性能(撕裂指数)(GBT455-2002):

由表1可以看出,本发明制备的瓦楞纸用纸浆制成的瓦楞纸具有更好的力学性能。

Claims (8)

1.一种瓦楞纸用纸浆制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)玉米秸秆浆制备:将玉米秸秆干燥后,粉碎,得到玉米秸秆粉,对玉米秸秆粉进行改性,得到改性玉米秸秆粉,将改性玉米秸秆粉与氢氧化钠溶液按120-130g:300mL的比例混合,然后以3000r/min转速搅拌30min,得到玉米秸秆初浆,然后向玉米秸秆初浆中添加其质量0.2%的次氯酸钠,以300r/min转速继续搅拌50min,然后再经PFI磨浆机进行打2200转,得到玉米秸秆浆;
(2)阔叶木浆制备:将阔叶木干燥后,粉碎,得到阔叶木粉,将阔叶木粉与氢氧化钠溶液按100-110g:300mL的比例混合,然后以2800r/min转速搅拌35min,然后再采用功率为500W,频率为30kHz的超声波处理3-5min,得到阔叶木初浆,在40℃然后向阔叶木初浆中添加其质量0.35%的次氯酸钠,以350r/min转速继续搅拌55min,然后再经PFI磨浆机进行打2300转,得到阔叶木浆;
(3)瓦楞纸用纸浆制备:将玉米秸秆浆与阔叶木浆按2:3.1-3.3质量比例混合后,再经PFI磨浆机进行打1200转,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种瓦楞纸用纸浆制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述玉米秸秆粉粒度为500目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种瓦楞纸用纸浆制备工艺,其特征在于,所述改性玉米秸秆粉制备方法为:

5.根据权利要求3所述的一种瓦楞纸用纸浆制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤a所述玉米秸秆粉粒度为150目。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种瓦楞纸用纸浆制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤c所述超声波功率为800W,频率为40kHz。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种瓦楞纸用纸浆制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述阔叶木为杨木、椴木按3:1质量比例混合得到。
