Abstract

本发明公开了一种秸秆造纸工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)将秸秆软化;(2)将软化的秸秆倒入双螺杆搓丝机内挤压分丝;(3)将物料倒入温度为90度的反应仓内进行过氧化氢漂白反应处理90‑100分钟;(4)将物料倒入另一个双螺杆搓丝机内再次挤压分丝;(5)将挤出的物料倒入磨浆机磨成浆,得粗浆;(6)将粗浆倒入纤维疏解器中消潜5分钟;(6)用磨浆机将消潜后的粗浆进行磨浆,得精磨浆;(7)用除渣器除去精磨浆中未成浆的渣料,得干净浆;(8)用离心式脱水机将干净浆中的水脱出,得浓缩浆;(9)在调浆池中用中和剂调节浓缩浆的酸碱度,使PH=7,得调节浆;(10)用成型机将调节浆制作成浆板或纸制品。本发明所制得的草浆浓度高,产品质量好。

秸秆造纸工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及秸秆造纸技术领域,具体讲是一种秸秆造纸工艺。
背景技术
秸秆是成熟农作物茎叶部分的总称。通常指小麦、水稻、玉米、薯类、油菜、棉花、甘蔗和其它农作物(通常为粗粮)在收获籽实后的剩余部分。农作物光合作用的产物有一半以上存在于秸秆中,秸秆富含氮、磷、钾、钙、镁和有机质等,是一种具有多用途的可再生的生物资源。
秸秆可用于造纸,其工艺一般分为两个步骤:首先将植物秸杆原料制成纸浆,然后再将纸浆制作成纸、纸板和纸制品。目前造纸制浆工艺可分为化学蒸煮制浆、机械制浆和化学机械制浆三种方式。其中化学蒸煮制浆工艺占70%以上,机械制浆工艺占比例很小,其余为化学机械制浆工艺,但这些造纸制浆工艺都存在着草浆浓度不高的问题,产品的质量有待于提高。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的在于:提供一种秸秆造纸工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案是:秸秆造纸工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将秸秆放至90度热水中浸渍20-25分钟,将秸秆软化;
(2)将软化的秸秆倒入双螺杆搓丝机内挤压分丝,并在双螺杆搓丝机内倒入烧碱,烧碱质量为秸秆质量的4%-8%;
(3)将双螺杆搓丝机挤出的物料倒入温度为90度的反应仓内进行过氧化氢漂白反应处理90-100分钟;
(4)将反应仓内的物料倒出并倒入另一个双螺杆搓丝机内再次挤压分丝;
(5)将挤出的物料倒入磨浆机磨成浆,得粗浆;
(6)将粗浆倒入温度为60-70度的纤维疏解器中消潜5-10分钟;
(6)用磨浆机将消潜后的粗浆进行磨浆,得精磨浆;
(7)用除渣器除去精磨浆中未成浆的渣料,得干净浆;
(8)用离心式脱水机将干净浆中的水脱出,得浓缩浆;
(9)在调浆池中用中和剂调节浓缩浆的酸碱度,使PH=7,得调节浆;
(10)用成型机将调节浆制作成浆板或纸制品。
本发明的有益效果是:秸秆通过两个双螺杆搓丝机进行了两次挤压分丝处理,得到细的丝,纤维疏解器将秸秆纤维分解疏散,使得精磨浆的浓度高,渣料少,最后生产出来的产品质量好。

为比较直观、完整地理解本发明的技术方案,现就进行非限制性的特征说明如下:
实施例一:如图1所示,秸秆造纸工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将秸秆放至90度热水中浸渍20分钟,将秸秆软化;
(2)将软化的秸秆倒入双螺杆搓丝机内挤压分丝,并在双螺杆搓丝机内倒入烧碱,烧碱质量为秸秆质量的4%;
(3)将双螺杆搓丝机挤出的物料倒入温度为90度的反应仓内进行过氧化氢漂白反应处理100分钟;
(4)将反应仓内的物料倒出并倒入另一个双螺杆搓丝机内再次挤压分丝;
(5)将挤出的物料倒入磨浆机磨成浆,得粗浆;
(6)将粗浆倒入温度为60度的纤维疏解器中消潜5分钟;
(6)用磨浆机将消潜后的粗浆进行磨浆,得精磨浆;
(7)用除渣器除去精磨浆中未成浆的渣料,得干净浆;
(8)用离心式脱水机将干净浆中的水脱出,得浓缩浆;
(9)在调浆池中用中和剂调节浓缩浆的酸碱度,使PH=7,得调节浆;

1.秸秆造纸工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将秸秆放至90度热水中浸渍20-25分钟,将秸秆软化;
(2)将软化的秸秆倒入双螺杆搓丝机内挤压分丝,并在双螺杆搓丝机内倒入烧碱,烧碱质量为秸秆质量的4%-8%;
(3)将双螺杆搓丝机挤出的物料倒入温度为90度的反应仓内进行过氧化氢漂白反应处理90-100分钟;
(4)将反应仓内的物料倒出并倒入另一个双螺杆搓丝机内再次挤压分丝;
(5)将挤出的物料倒入磨浆机磨成浆,得粗浆;
(6)将粗浆倒入温度为60-70度的纤维疏解器中消潜5-10分钟;
(6)用磨浆机将消潜后的粗浆进行磨浆,得精磨浆;
