本发明涉及服装技术领域,尤其涉及一种微发泡皮裤材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯合成革属于聚氨酯弹性体的一类,具有光泽柔和、自然,手感柔软,真皮感强的外观,具有与基材粘接性能优异、抗磨损、耐挠曲、抗老化等优异的机械性能,同时还具备耐寒性好、透气、可洗涤、加工方便、价格低等优点,是天然皮革的最为理想的替代品,而广泛应用于服装、制鞋、箱包、家具等行业。目前,市场上以聚氨酯合成革为原料制备的皮裤肉感不丰富、透气性差,不能满足人们需求。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种微发泡皮裤材料及其制备方法,手感丰富、透气性好,力学性能优异,制备工艺简便、成本低。
本发明提出一种微发泡皮裤材料,其原料包括:基布、底料、微发泡料、面料,其中,微发泡料的原料按重量份包括:水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂40-60份,十二烷基硫酸钠2-4份,纳米木质素3-5份,纳米二氧化硅1-3份,聚碳化二胺1-3份,羟乙基纤维素1-3份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.1-0.4份,聚二甲基硅氧烷1-1.5份,水40-60份;面料原料按重量份包括:水性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂30-40份,水性增稠剂1-3份,水性消泡剂0.5-1份,水性滑爽剂0.2-0.8份,水性流平剂0.5-1份,水60-70份。
优选地,底料原料为溶剂型聚氨酯浆料或水性聚氨酯浆料。
本发明还提出上述微发泡皮裤材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将面料原料搅拌混合均匀后,涂覆在离型纸表面,干燥制得皮裤面层;
S2、将微发泡料原料混合均匀,经空气发泡机发泡后,涂覆皮裤面层表面,干燥制得皮裤中间微发泡层;
S3、将底料浆料涂敷在皮裤中间微发泡层表面,再与基布半干贴合后,干燥制得微发泡皮裤材料。
优选地,S1中面料的涂覆量为100-200g/m2,干燥温度为120-140℃,干燥时间为2-5min。
优选地,S2中微发泡料的发泡倍数为1.5-2.5倍,涂覆量为200-300g/m2,干燥温度为100-120℃,干燥时间为3-6min。
优选地,S3中底料涂覆量为80-150g/m2,干燥温度为120-140℃,干燥时间为1-3min。
本发明以基布、底料、微发泡料、面料为原料组成微发泡皮裤材料,其中,以水性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂、水性增稠剂、水性消泡剂、水性滑爽剂、水性流平剂及水为原料制得皮裤面料,高韧、耐磨,手感好;以水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂、十二烷基硫酸钠、纳米木质素、纳米二氧化硅、聚碳化二胺、羟乙基纤维素、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷及水为原料,经空气发泡机发泡制得微发泡料,作为皮裤中间微发泡层,手感柔软、透气性能好;以溶剂型或水性聚氨酯作为皮裤底料,与基布的附着力好;本发明采用离型纸转移工艺,将面层、中间微发泡层、底层分别涂覆到离型纸上,再经半干法工艺贴合基布制得微发泡皮裤材料,避免湿法工艺贴合手感硬的问题,制得皮裤材料的手感柔软、肉感强,透气性能好。

实施例1
一种微发泡皮裤材料,其原料包括:基布、底料、微发泡料、面料,其中,微发泡料的原料按重量份包括:水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂40份,十二烷基硫酸钠2份,纳米木质素3份,纳米二氧化硅1份,聚碳化二胺1份,羟乙基纤维素13份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.1份,聚二甲基硅氧烷1份,水40份;面料原料按重量份包括:水性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂30份,水性增稠剂1份,水性消泡剂0.5份,水性滑爽剂0.2份,水性流平剂0.5份,水60份。
上述微发泡皮裤材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将面料原料搅拌混合均匀后,按100g/m2的涂覆量涂覆在离型纸表面,在温度120℃干燥2min,制得皮裤面层;
S2、将微发泡料原料混合均匀,经空气发泡机发泡1.5倍后,按200g/m2的涂覆量涂覆皮裤面层表面,在温度100℃干燥3min,制得皮裤中间微发泡层;
S3、将底料浆料按80g/m2的涂覆量涂敷在皮裤中间微发泡层表面,再与基布半干贴合后,在温度120℃干燥1min,制得微发泡皮裤材料。
实施例2
一种微发泡皮裤材料,其原料包括:基布、底料、微发泡料、面料,其中,微发泡料的原料按重量份包括:水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂60份,十二烷基硫酸钠4份,纳米木质素5份,纳米二氧化硅3份,聚碳化二胺3份,羟乙基纤维素3份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.4份,聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5份,水60份;面料原料按重量份包括:水性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂40份,水性增稠剂3份,水性消泡剂1份,水性滑爽剂0.8份,水性流平剂1份,水70份。
上述微发泡皮裤材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将面料原料搅拌混合均匀后,按200g/m2的涂覆量涂覆在离型纸表面,在温度140℃干燥5min,制得皮裤面层;
S2、将微发泡料原料混合均匀,经空气发泡机发泡2.5倍后,按300g/m2的涂覆量涂覆皮裤面层表面,在温度120℃干燥6min,制得皮裤中间微发泡层;
S3、将底料浆料按150g/m2的涂覆量涂敷在皮裤中间微发泡层表面,再与基布半干贴合后,在温度140℃干燥3min,制得微发泡皮裤材料。

S1、将面料原料搅拌混合均匀后,按150g/m2的涂覆量涂覆在离型纸表面,在温度130℃干燥4min,制得皮裤面层;

S3、将底料浆料按110g/m2的涂覆量涂敷在皮裤中间微发泡层表面,再与基布半干贴合后,在温度130℃干燥2min,制得微发泡皮裤材料。

一种微发泡皮裤材料,其原料包括:基布、底料、微发泡料、面料,其中,微发泡料的原料按重量份包括:水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂45份,十二烷基硫酸钠2.5份,纳米木质素4.5份,纳米二氧化硅1.5份,聚碳化二胺2.5份,羟乙基纤维素2.5份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.3份,聚二甲基硅氧烷1.1份,水55份;面料原料按重量份包括:水性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂38份,水性增稠剂1.5份,水性消泡剂0.6份,水性滑爽剂0.7份,水性流平剂0.6份,水68份。
上述微发泡皮裤材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将面料原料搅拌混合均匀后,按180g/m2的涂覆量涂覆在离型纸表面,在温度135℃干燥3min,制得皮裤面层;
S2、将微发泡料原料混合均匀,经空气发泡机发泡1.8倍后,按280g/m2的涂覆量涂覆皮裤面层表面,在温度105℃干燥5min,制得皮裤中间微发泡层;
S3、将底料浆料按130g/m2的涂覆量涂敷在皮裤中间微发泡层表面,再与基布半干贴合后,在温度125℃干燥3min,制得微发泡皮裤材料。
