Abstract
A fabric having a first end and a second end opposite to each other, a line connecting the first end and the second end defining a longitudinal direction, the fabric comprising: an upper layer, including at least a first woven belt, the first woven belt is woven by a plurality of weaving lines and extends curvily to form a plurality of hollow parts; a lower layer, which comprises at least one second woven belt, wherein the second woven belt is woven by a plurality of weaving lines and extends in a curved manner to form a plurality of hollow parts; at least one binding thread, which is used for weaving and fixing the first braid and the second braid, so that the upper layer and the lower layer are fixed by the binding threads.

Claims (8)
1. A fabric having a first end and a second end opposite to each other, a line connecting the first end and the second end defining a longitudinal direction, the fabric comprising:
an upper layer including at least a first woven tape, the first woven tape is woven by a plurality of weaving lines and extends in a wavy manner to form a plurality of hollow parts when being observed along a vertical direction, and the vertical direction is perpendicular to the plane of the upper layer;
a lower layer parallel to the upper layer and overlapping with the upper layer along the vertical direction, comprising at least a second woven belt, wherein the second woven belt is woven by a plurality of weaving lines and extends in a wavy manner to form a plurality of hollow parts when being observed along the vertical direction;
at least one binding wire, which binds and fixes the first braid and the second braid, so that the upper layer and the lower layer are fixed by the binding wire, wherein the binding wire is respectively bound and bound to the adjacent first braid and the second braid;
wherein the at least one first webbing and the at least one second webbing are not completely interwoven and are bound and fixed only by the at least one binding wire;
the upper layer comprises a plurality of first woven belts, the first woven belts are arranged along the longitudinal direction, the lower layer comprises a plurality of second woven belts, the second woven belts are arranged along the longitudinal direction and comprise a plurality of binding wires, and each binding wire is used for weaving and fixing at least one first woven belt and at least one second woven belt;

2. The fabric of claim 1 wherein the first peaks of the first webbing correspond in position to one another and the second peaks of the second webbing correspond in position to one another.
3. The fabric of claim 2 wherein each of said first peaks of each of said first ribbons is located between adjacent second peaks of one of said second ribbons such that said first and second ribbons are interleaved and complementary to each other.
4. The fabric of claim 3, wherein the first peaks of the first webbing are located between adjacent first troughs of adjacent first webbing, the first troughs of the first webbing are located between adjacent first peaks of adjacent first webbing, the second peaks of the second webbing are located between adjacent second troughs of adjacent second webbing, the second troughs of the second webbing are located between adjacent second peaks of adjacent second webbing, and the binding wires are woven simultaneously through adjacent first peaks and first troughs of adjacent first webbing and adjacent second peaks and second troughs of adjacent second webbing.
5. A fabric as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein each said first webbing portion and each said second webbing portion are woven in a horseback weave.
6. The fabric of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein each first strap comprises an outer layer woven from a plurality of threads to form a tubular shape and a mandrel disposed through the outer layer, and wherein each second strap comprises an outer layer woven from a plurality of threads to form a tubular shape and a mandrel disposed through the outer layer.
7. The fabric of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the overlap of the open portion of the upper layer and the open portion of the lower layer forms a plurality of perforations, each of which is defined by part of the first strap and part of the second strap.
8. A fabric as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein the first webbing, the second webbing and the binding-wires extend in a transverse direction which is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and the vertical direction.
