Abstract
本发明公开一种铝合金切削液及其制备方法,切削液组分按重量份数包括基础油20‑30份、润滑剂10‑15份、表面活性剂10‑15份、防锈剂5‑10份、抗氧化剂1‑3份、极压剂8‑12份、消泡剂0.5‑1份,余量为去离子水。采用本发明上述配方制成的铝合金切削液结构稳定,不发溴,不易破乳,经久耐用,而且不含有对人体有毒的亚硝酸。

技术领域
本发明涉及铝合金切削液领域,尤其涉及一种铝合金切削液及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市面上的铝合金切削液普遍存在的问题是槽液稳定性差,使用一段时间后易破乳,易发溴,不耐用,防腐蚀性不够好,易引起铝材起白灰,还有些产品中为了增加其防腐性能而添加了对人体有害的亚硝酸盐。而且市面上的铝合金切削液制备工艺复杂,需要在高温下操作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于避免现有技术的不足之处而提供一种铝合金切削液及其制备方法,该种铝合金切削液结构稳定,不发溴,不易破乳,经久耐用,不含对人体有毒的亚硝酸,该铝合金切削液制作简单,适合常温操作。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种铝合金切削液,切削液的组分按重量份数计算包括基础油20-30份、润滑剂10-15份、表面活性剂10-15份、防锈剂5-10份、抗氧化剂1-3份、极压剂8-12份和消泡剂0.5-1份,余量为去离子水。
优选地,所述切削液的组分按重量份数计算包括基础油25份、润滑剂12份、表面活性剂12份、防锈剂8份、抗氧化剂2份、极压剂10份和消泡剂0.8份,余量为去离子水。
其中,所述基础油为机械油、太古油和植物油中的至少一种。
其中,所述润滑剂为油酸、妥尔油酰胺、聚乙二醇和甘油中的至少一种。
其中,所述表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂中的至少一种。
其中,所述防锈剂为三乙醇胺和石油磺酸钠中的至少一种。
其中,所述抗氧化剂为苯甲酸钠和山梨酸钾中的至少一种。
其中,所述极压剂为硼酸酯、磷酸酯、妥尔油酸酯和石蜡中的至少一种。
其中,所述消泡剂为二甲基硅油。
此外,本发明还提供一种如上任一所述的铝合金切削液的制备方法,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、在搅拌釜中加入计量好的水和消泡剂,慢速搅拌到完成溶解;
B、按顺序加入计量好的表面活性剂、防锈剂、抗氧化剂、润滑剂、极压剂和基础油,搅拌分散至透明,即得高性能铝合金切削液。

实施例一:
按重量份数计算,采用以下组分:机械油10份、太古油15份、油酸3份、妥尔油酰胺6份、甘油3份、非离子表面活性剂12份、三乙醇胺8份、苯甲酸钠2份、硼酸酯6份、磷酸酯4份、二甲基硅油0.8份、余量为纯水。上述组分称量后,在搅拌釜中加入计量好的水和二甲基硅油,慢速搅拌到完全溶解,再依次加入机械油、太古油、油酸、妥尔油酰胺、甘油、非离子表面活性剂、三乙醇胺、苯甲酸钠、硼酸酯和磷酸酯,搅拌分散至透明,即得到高性能铝合金切削液。
实施例二:
按重量份数计算,采用以下组分:植物油4份、太古油16份、聚乙二醇5份、甘油5份、阴离子表面活性剂10份、石油磺酸钠5份、山梨酸钾1份、妥尔油酸酯5份、磷酸酯3份、二甲基硅油0.5份、余量为纯水。上述组分称量后,在搅拌釜中加入计量好的水和二甲基硅油,慢速搅拌到完全溶解,再依次加入植物油、太古油、聚乙二醇、甘油、阴离子表面活性剂、石油磺酸钠、山梨酸钾、妥尔油酸酯和磷酸酯,搅拌分散至透明,即得到高性能铝合金切削液。
实施例三:
按重量份数计算,采用以下组分:机械油20份、植物油10份、油酸6份、聚乙二醇5份、甘油4份、非离子表面活性剂8份、阴离子表面活性剂7份、三乙醇胺5份、石油磺酸钠5份、苯甲酸钠1份、山梨酸钾2份、妥尔油酸酯5份、石蜡7份、二甲基硅油1份、余量为纯水。上述组分称量后,在搅拌釜中加入计量好的水和二甲基硅油,慢速搅拌到完全溶解,再依次加入机械油、植物油、油酸、聚乙二醇、甘油、非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、三乙醇胺、石油磺酸钠、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、妥尔油酸酯、石蜡和二甲基硅油,搅拌分散至透明,即得到高性能铝合金切削液。
本实施例的一种铝合金切削液及其制备方法,制成的铝合金切削液结构稳定,不发溴,不易破乳,经久耐用,而且不含有对人体有毒的亚硝酸,冷却效果好,还可以兑水使用,经济环保,制备方法操作简单,适合在常温下操作。

4.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金切削液,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为油酸、妥尔油酰胺、聚乙二醇和甘油中的至少一种。
