技术领域
本发明涉及铸造用过滤器以及过滤器壳生产方法。
背景技术
在铸造领域通过浇注管向模具内浇铸熔融状态的金属液进行铸造是常见的铸造工艺,但是由于熔融的金属液经常会夹杂一些杂质,通过过滤还会减少夹杂缺陷能有效减少夹杂物数量,减少、消除夹杂及相关废品缺陷;稳定铸件质量使铸件的各项质量指标更加稳定;提高工艺出品率,过滤的有效作用允许简化原来为消除夹杂物而设计的复杂浇注系统,提高工艺出品率;提高加工性能,金属基体中夹杂物数量的减少,可以明显提高切削刀具的寿命。但是现有的过滤器都是采用陶瓷件制成的,不仅体积大而且重量也大,在运输和安装中不方便。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的不足,提供一种方便安装运输,质量轻的铸造用过滤器,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种铸造用过滤器,包括上壳体和下壳体,所述的上壳体和下壳体均呈漏斗状,在所述的上壳体和下壳体内还设有过滤网,在所述的上壳体和下壳体对接处设有翻边,在所述的上壳体的翻边位置设有扣在下壳体翻边上的折边,所述的折边对称设置在下壳体相对的两个翻边位置。
所述的上壳体和下壳体均采用下述重量比原料制成,包括:木浆板3-7、碳纤维1-3、硅酸铝纤维1-3、岩棉1-3、粘土2-4、蒙脱石0-1、膨润土0-1、高铝粉0-1、长石0-1、石英0-1份、石墨0-1份、粘结剂0-3、防水防潮剂0-2、增强剂0-3、助滤剂0-2及助熔剂0-3;
所述粘结剂为酚醛树脂、改性淀粉、羧甲基纤维、聚乙稀醇、聚丙烯酰胺的任意一种或任意两种的组合。
所述防水防潮剂为硫酸铝、聚乙稀醇、聚丙稀、聚乙稀的任意一种或任意两种的组合。
所述增强剂为聚丙烯酰胺、改性淀粉、羧甲基纤维素的任意一种或任意两种的组合。
所述助滤剂为滑石粉、聚丙烯酰胺的任意一种或其两种的组合。
所述助熔剂为氧化钠、氟铝酸钠的任意一种或其两种的组合。
所述的过滤网材质为莫来石。
一种生产带折边的过滤器壳,包括以下步骤:制备料浆:将原料按照配比制备成料浆;
制备毛坯:将模具沉入料浆中采用吸附的办法在模具表面形成过滤器壳的毛坯;
整形:将壳体放置整形设备中,将预留有折边的翻边对折后进行加热整形。
在整形前增加步骤裁边:将翻边剪裁到规格宽度,在需要折边的翻边部位预留出折边的宽度;
由于该过滤器的上壳体和下壳体均采用添加有耐火材料的纸质材料制成,其壁厚薄使得体积小,更重要是重量轻易于运输和安装,同时对接部位设置翻边卡扣或者承插结构能够确保上下壳体连接稳固紧密,放入砂型中时不会变形移位,使操作更加方便。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示的铸造用过滤器包括上壳体1和下壳体2,上壳体1和下壳体2呈漏斗状,上壳体1与下壳体2均包括有与浇铸管道连接的管状接口,上壳体1和下壳体2漏斗状开口较大的一端相对连接,在上壳体1和或下壳体2对接的部位内部设有过滤网3。
如图3和图4所示在上壳体1或者下壳体2的翻边4处设置折边5,折边5正好扣在相对的没有设置折边5的翻边4上,从而在砂型中安装过滤器时不需要在过滤器外部再缠绕胶带来固定,设置的折边5对称设置在上壳体1或下壳体2相对的两个翻边4位置,实质上折边5和翻边4是一个整体,通过在设置折边5的翻边4上预留出足够的宽度进行弯折后整形得到,如图4所示将上壳体1和下壳体2安装在一起时:将未设置折边5的翻边4的插入折边5和翻边围成的缝隙中固定,该过滤器置于砂型中时由于有折边5的固定不会松动,从而避免了在安装过滤器时上壳体1和下壳体2错位。
该过滤器中的上壳体1和下壳体2均采用下述重量比原料制成,包括:木浆板3-7、碳纤维1-3、硅酸铝纤维1-3、岩棉1-3、粘土2-4、蒙脱石0-1、膨润土0-1、高铝粉0-1、长石0-1、石英0-1份、石墨0-1份、粘结剂0-3、防水防潮剂0-2、增强剂0-3、助滤剂0-2及助熔剂0-3;所述粘结剂为酚醛树脂、改性淀粉、羧甲基纤维、聚乙稀醇、聚丙烯酰胺的任意一种或任意两种的组合。防水防潮剂为硫酸铝、聚乙稀醇、聚丙稀、聚乙稀的任意一种或任意两种的组合;增强剂为聚丙烯酰胺、改性淀粉、羧甲基纤维素的任意一种或任意两种的组合;助滤剂为滑石粉、聚丙烯酰胺的任意一种或其两种的组合;助熔剂为氧化钠、氟铝酸钠的任意一种或其两种的组合。而其中的过滤网3则采用传统的过滤网主要由莫来石制得。
在制造时,将上述配方制备成浆料后通过模具在浆料中吸附形成上壳体和下壳体的毛培,如图5所示上壳体和下壳体的毛坯结构相同均只设有翻边,整形前上壳体和下壳体的毛坯还含有大量水分,没有设置折边的壳体通过整形机实施加热脱水定型。而在设置有折边的翻边位置留出足够的宽度用于翻折出折边,一种情况是模具从浆料中吸附出的毛坯的翻边直接预留有折边的宽度;或者是模具从浆料中吸附出的毛坯翻边足够宽(效果均如图6所示),然后通过裁剪翻边预留出折边的宽度,通过这两种做法形成的毛坯在整形时候将在翻边上预留的宽度进行翻折形成折边。
Claims (10)
1.一种铸造用过滤器,包括上壳体(1)和下壳体(2),所述的上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)均呈漏斗状,在所述的上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)内还设有过滤网(3),其特征在于:在所述的上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)对接处设有翻边(4),在所述的上壳体(1)的翻边(4)位置设有扣在下壳体(2)翻边(4)上的折边(5),所述的折边(5)对称设置在下壳体(2)相对的两个翻边(4)位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铸造用过滤器,其特征在于:所述的上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)均采用下述重量比原料制成,包括:木浆板3-7、碳纤维1-3、硅酸铝纤维1-3、岩棉1-3、粘土2-4、蒙脱石0-1、膨润土0-1、高铝粉0-1、长石0-1、石英0-1份、石墨0-1份、粘结剂0-3、防水防潮剂0-2、增强剂0-3、助滤剂0-2及助熔剂0-3。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种铸造用过滤器,其特征在于:所述粘结剂为酚醛树脂、改性淀粉、羧甲基纤维、聚乙稀醇、聚丙烯酰胺的任意一种或任意两种的组合。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种铸造用过滤器,其特征在于:所述防水防潮剂为硫酸铝、聚乙稀醇、聚丙稀、聚乙稀的任意一种或任意两种的组合。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种铸造用过滤器,其特征在于:所述增强剂为聚丙烯酰胺、改性淀粉、羧甲基纤维素的任意一种或任意两种的组合。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种铸造用过滤器,其特征在于:所述助滤剂为滑石粉、聚丙烯酰胺的任意一种或其两种的组合。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种铸造用过滤器,其特征在于:所述助熔剂为氧化钠、氟铝酸钠的任意一种或其两种的组合。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种铸造用过滤器,其特征在于:所述的过滤网(3)材质为莫来石。
9.一种生产权利要求2所述的带折边的过滤器壳的方法,包括以下步骤:制备料浆:将原料按照配比制备成料浆;
制备毛坯:将模具沉入料浆中采用吸附的办法在模具表面形成过滤器壳的毛坯;
整形:将壳体放置整形设备中,将预留有折边的翻边对折后进行加热整形。
10.一种生产权利要求2所述的带折边的过滤器壳的方法,其特征在于:在整形前增加步骤裁边:将翻边剪裁到规格宽度,在需要折边的翻边部位预留出折边的宽度。
