As shown in fig. 3 and 8, and as can be seen in fig. 6 and 7, the card lifting and holding mechanism 3 of the present embodiment includes a card lifting and holding plate 31, and a fixed end of the card lifting and holding plate 31 is rotatably connected with the track side wall 12 through a first link 32, and a free end of the card lifting and holding plate 31 faces a start end of the track 11; the first connecting rod 32 extends out of the track side wall 12 and is provided with a first transmission gear 33, the base 1 is rotatably provided with a second connecting rod 34, and the second connecting rod 34 is provided with a second transmission gear 35 meshed with the first transmission gear 33; the end of the second connecting rod 34, which is opposite to the card lifting and carrying plate 31, is also provided with a fixed sleeve 36, the periphery of the fixed sleeve 36 is provided with a first stress handle 37 and a second stress handle 38, the first stress handle 37 and the second stress handle 38 are positioned at different axial positions of the second connecting rod 34 and are mutually and vertically arranged in the circumferential direction of the second connecting rod 34, and the first stress handle 37 and the second stress handle 38 are respectively provided with a starting position which is vertically arranged with the main disc 42 and a final point which is horizontally arranged with the main disc 42; the bottom surface of the main disc 42 is fixedly provided with a first push block 411, and the first push block 411 is used for driving the first stress handle 37 to rotate from a starting position to a final position so as to enable the free end of the card lifting and carrying plate 31 to descend; the bottom surface of the main disc 42 is also fixedly provided with a second pushing block 412, and the second pushing block 412 is used for driving the second stressed handle 38 to rotate from a starting position to a final position so as to enable the free end of the card lifting and carrying board 31 to lift.
Since the first and second force-bearing shanks 37 and 38 are at different axial positions of the second link 34, the first and second push blocks 411 and 412, respectively, are located on different circumferential lines of the main disc 42, the radial distance between the first and second push blocks 411 and 412 being comparable to the axial distance of the first and second force-bearing shanks 37 and 38. This ensures that the first push block 411 rotates with the turntable 41 to the first force-receiving handle 37 and that the second push block 412 rotates with the turntable 41 to the second force-receiving handle 38.
In this embodiment, the first stress handle 37 and the second stress handle 38 are both in a shape of a cake, the first pushing block 411 is provided with a first groove 413 corresponding to the shape of the first stress handle 37, the second pushing block 412 is provided with a second groove 414 corresponding to the shape of the second stress handle 38, and the first groove 413 and the second groove 414 are disposed opposite to each other.
The working principle of the tile pushing and lifting device of the roller coaster mahjong machine is as follows:
When shuffling, the card pushing head 21 is positioned at the starting end of the track 11, and the free end of the card lifting and bearing plate 31 descends and abuts against the bottom surface of the tail end of the track 11; when the shuffling and dealing are finished, after the mahjong pieces 5 are orderly stacked in the track 11, the motor 45 is started, the driving gear 46 drives the turntable 41 to rotate, the tile pushing head 21 and the second sliding rod 410 rotate along with the turntable 41, and in the process that the tile pushing head 21 slides along the second sliding rod 410, the first sliding rod 22 slides from the starting end of the sliding groove 111 to the tail end of the sliding groove 111, the tile pushing sliding block 23 pushes the mahjong pieces 5 to slide towards the tail end of the track 11, and the mahjong pieces 5 slide onto the tile lifting and carrying plate 31 in sequence; when the mahjong pieces 5 all reach the mahjong piece lifting and bearing plate 31, the second sliding rod 410 slides to the tail end of the sliding groove 111, the second pushing block 412 reaches the position of the second stress handle 38 along with the rotary disc 41 and pushes the second stress handle 38 to enable the second stress handle 38 to reach a final point position from a starting position, when the second connecting rod 34 and the second transmission gear 35 rotate along with the second stress handle 38 towards the free end of the mahjong piece lifting and bearing plate 31, the first transmission gear 33 and the first connecting rod 32 rotate towards the fixed end of the mahjong piece lifting and bearing plate 31, so that the free end of the mahjong piece lifting and bearing plate 31 rises, the mahjong piece lifting and bearing plate 31 is restored to a horizontal state, and the mahjong piece lifting is completed;
When shuffling is performed again, the motor 45 drives the driving gear 46 to rotate reversely, meanwhile, the turntable 41 also rotates reversely, the first pushing block 411 reaches the position of the first stressed handle 37 along with the turntable 41, the first stressed handle 37 is pushed to rotate from the initial position to the final position, meanwhile, the second connecting rod 34 and the second transmission gear 35 both rotate along with the first stressed handle 37 towards the fixed end of the card lifting and carrying plate 31, and the first transmission gear 33 and the first connecting rod 32 rotate towards the free end of the card lifting and carrying plate 31, so that the free end of the card lifting and carrying plate 31 descends; in the process, the card pusher 21 slides along the chute 111 to the beginning of the track 11, waiting for a card to be loaded again.
