技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种针对自闭症患者进行安抚与沟通的装置,具体是一种便于随身隐蔽携带的自闭症患者用随身佩戴装置。
背景技术
自闭症,又称孤独症或孤独性障碍等,是广泛性发育障碍的代表性疾病。根据美国疾病控制和预防中心的研究,每88个美国孩子就有一个被诊断为自闭症儿童,而世界上更有着高达千万的自闭症病患。这种疾病普遍表现出包括自发性行为异常、缺乏交流、突然发作等症状。自闭症让孩子很难适应正常的社会,导致孩子未来在社会中处于劣势,且至今没有有效的治疗手段。相比特殊学校,专家普遍认为自闭症孩童在主流学校里接受教育更为有利,因为在那里他们可以学习相互交往,控制和修正他们的行为。但是,只有采取一定措施以减小主流学校的环境对于自闭症孩子的压力,并提供一定的沟通途径,自闭症孩子才有可能为主流学校所接纳。
为了治疗自闭症,市场上开发了多种产品,其中许多产品使用了基于震动的分散注意力疗法。这一方法被证实在处理自闭症孩子不受控制的突然发作时极为有效,它通过震动分散病患对当前环境的注意力,从而减轻自闭症的发作程度。此外,为了帮助病患增加交流能力,填补病患与其他正常人群间的社会隔阂,一些装置设计了具有可定制的通信选项的功能,研究证明,该功能有助于病患与他人的沟通。这些装置的使用证实了基于震动的分散注意力疗法和可定制的通信功能对于自闭症孩子是有帮助的。然而,当前产品普遍功能单一,价格昂贵,且尺寸较大,在主流学校里无法得到实际的应用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是为自闭症病患提供一种新型随身佩戴装置,该装置不仅可以通过震动疗法对突然爆发的病患具有安抚功能,还能通过无线技术辅助病患与监护人或者教师进行沟通,且体积轻巧,便于携带,有助于病患融入社会。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种自闭症患者用随身佩戴装置,其特征在于包括 :病患随身佩戴的腕带和由监护人或者教师持有的遥控器;所述腕带内置心率监测器,以实时分析病患的心率,并通过无线信号收发器发送至遥控器,并由遥控器上的指示器显示心率;所述腕带还内置加速计,以监测病患手臂突然和重复的动作,以根据加速度大小判断出病患是否存在暴怒行为;所述腕带还内置震动马达,可通过遥控器触发产生可调节强度的震动。其中,无线信号收发器为蓝牙或射频信号收发器。
上下腕带由锁扣装置相连,组成可拆卸完整腕带。
所述的腕带由高分子材料制成。
所述的上腕带内置蓝牙和射频天线,能同时对遥控器发送信息并接收遥控器发送的指令。
所述的下腕带在内侧与病患皮肤接触处表面带有心率监测器,可以实时分析病患的心率,并通过射频天线发送至遥控器心率指示器显示。
所述的上腕带内置加速计,可以监测病患手臂突然和重复的动作(比如突然暴怒和重复刻板行为),并通过心率和动作的加速度(心率和加速度的预设值,可通过多次实验获得)检测到病患暴怒行为的发生,并尽可能减少误报。
所述的上腕带内置微型震动马达,可通过遥控器触发产生震动。
所述的上腕带上表面设有带指示灯的按钮,可以通过按触激发遥控器上相应的按钮。
所述的遥控器面板上设有与腕带上相同的按钮,两处相同颜色的按钮可以互相激发。
所述的遥控器面板上设有心率指示器,可以反映病患当前的心率。
所述的遥控器面板上带有震动调节旋钮,可以遥控调节腕带内置的震动马达。
所述的遥控器面板上带有震动强度指示器,可以反映当前腕带的震动强度。
本发明由病患佩戴腕带,监护人或者教师持有遥控器。使用过程中,病患如有需要,按触腕带上的按钮,遥控器相应的按钮点亮,可以向监护人表明某种需求;病患突然发作时,心率指示器提醒监护人,随后由监护人遥控腕带产生震动,安抚病患。
所述的自闭症患者用随身佩戴装置的工作方法,包括:所述的腕带佩戴在病患的手腕、和/或脚腕,和/或颈部;心率监测器实时分析病患的心率,并通过无线信号收发器送至遥控器,遥控器上的指示器显示心率;同时所述加速计监测病患手臂、脚或颈部的动作,根据所述加速计测得的加速度大小和心率监测器测得的心率,判断病患当前是否存在暴怒行为;若存在暴怒行为,则发送报警信号至遥控器,同时监护人或者教师根据报警信号的强度调节所述震动马达的震动幅度。
本发明有益效果是:本发明集干扰震动疗法和通信功能于一体,体积紧凑便于随身隐蔽携带,为自闭症病患不明显地融入主流学校和家庭提供了一种解决方案,并可观地提升他们的生活方式。

下面对本发明的实施例做详细说明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
本实施例的自闭症患者用随身佩戴装置,包括 :病患随身佩戴的腕带和由监护人或者教师持有的遥控器;所述腕带内置心率监测器,以实时分析病患的心率,并通过无线信号收发器发送至遥控器,并由遥控器上的指示器显示心率;所述腕带还内置加速计,以监测病患手臂突然和重复的动作,以根据加速度大小判断出病患是否存在暴怒行为;所述腕带还内置震动马达,可通过遥控器触发产生可调节强度的震动。
所述腕带包括由锁扣装置相连的上、下腕带。
所述的上腕带的上表面设有带指示灯的按钮,可以通过按触该带指示灯的按钮,激发遥控器上相应的按钮;所述的遥控器面板上设有与腕带上相同的按钮,两处相同颜色的按钮可以互相激发。
所述的遥控器面板上带有震动调节旋钮,可以通过无线技术遥控调节腕带内置的震动马达。
所述的遥控器面板上带有震动强度指示器,可以通过无线技术接收腕带传送的震动强度信号并反映在遥控器表面。

若存在暴怒行为,则发送报警信号至遥控器,同时监护人控制所述震动马达以较大的震动幅度震动。
若不存在暴怒行为,则监护人不开启所述震动。
应用例1:病患突然发作,心跳加快,心率监测器获得心跳过快的信息,通过腕带内置射频天线或者蓝牙发送至遥控器,遥控器的心率指示器产生较高读数,提醒监护人采取措施,监护人通过遥控器的震动调节旋钮开启腕带内置马达,在病患腕部产生震动,分散病患的注意力,直至病患心跳逐渐平静,监护人关闭震动马达。
应用例2:病患需要帮助,按触腕带上事先约定的某一按钮,表达需求,遥控器相应颜色的按钮点亮,提醒监护人采取措施,监护人按照与病患预先约定的意思做出了符合病患需求的举动,满足了病患的要求。
应用例3:监护人想要与病患进行沟通,通过遥控器按触某个按钮,此时病患腕部的腕带上相应按钮点亮,病患按照事先约定按触另一个按钮进行回应,在患者难以语言沟通的情况下进行了信号沟通。

Claims (1)

1.一种自闭症患者用随身佩戴装置,其特征在于,包括 :病患随身佩戴的腕带和由监护人或者教师持有的遥控器;
所述腕带内置心率监测器,以实时分析病患的心率,并通过无线信号收发器发送至遥控器,并由遥控器上的指示器显示心率;
所述腕带还内置加速计,以监测病患手臂突然和重复的动作,以根据加速度大小判断出病患是否存在暴怒行为;
所述腕带还内置震动马达,可通过遥控器触发产生可调节强度的震动;
所述的腕带佩戴在病患的手腕;
心率监测器实时分析病患的心率,并通过无线信号收发器送至遥控器,遥控器上的指示器显示心率;
同时所述加速计监测病患手臂、脚或颈部的动作,根据所述加速计测得的加速度大小和心率监测器测得的心率,判断病患当前是否存在暴怒行为;
若存在暴怒行为,则发送报警信号至遥控器,同时监护人或者教师根据报警信号的强度调节所述震动马达的震动幅度;
