本发明公开了一种螟蛾类仓储害虫驱避剂及其制备方法与应用,其主要活性物为:含有光叶鸡骨柴精油、石木姜子精油和粘毛蓼精油的组合物,该组合物中各组分的质量份数为:光叶鸡骨柴精油40~65份、石木姜子精油20~35份和粘毛蓼精油15~30份。本发明中的主要活性物是从光叶鸡骨柴、石木姜子和粘毛蓼中提取的精油,其成分是纯天然的,且多样的,不易使螟蛾类产生抗药性,也不会危害食品安全。而且本发明利用了光叶鸡骨柴精油、石木姜子精油和粘毛蓼精油之间的协同增效作用,使得本发明的驱避剂驱避效果显著增加。本发明的制备工艺简单,整个制备过程不会产生对环境有害的物质。

本发明涉及一种螟蛾类仓储害虫驱避剂及其制备方法与应用,属于植物源农药技术领域。
背景技术
螟蛾是鳞翅目蛾亚目螟蛾科的通称。全世界已有1万种以上,中国记录有1000余种,螟蛾身体细长脆弱,小型或中等大小。有喙或者萎缩。有单眼及复眼。触角细长。幼虫一生蜕皮4~5次,分5~6龄,蛹裸露纺锤形。在茎秆内、树杈间、土壤中吐丝化蛹。
世界性的螟蛾类仓储害虫主要有紫斑谷螟、印度谷螟、地中海斑螟。这些螟蛾类仓储害虫的幼虫危害各种粮食、豆类、油料、花生、各种干果、干菜、蜜饯果品、中药材、烟叶等,是储存食品最主要的危害者。以上各种食品在储存时,如果能控制螟蛾科害虫的成虫不在食品上产卵和排泄,就能有效地保护食品等不受其幼虫的危害。
目前,防治这些螟蛾科仓储害虫的方法主要是采用化学合成的防虫剂和杀虫剂,例如专利201410543754.1“用于防治玉米螟蛾类害虫的杀虫组合物”中主要是采用了噻虫嗪、啶虫咪的组合物作为杀虫剂;又如专利201310672223.8“用于防治水稻螟蛾类害虫的组合物”中主要是采用了磷虫威、三氟醚菊酯作为主要的杀虫剂;但是这些化学合成类杀虫剂不仅会使螟蛾类产生抗药性,而且其成分的残留还会危害食品的安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种不易产生耐药性,不会危害食品安全的植物源螟蛾类仓储害虫驱避剂及其制备方法与应用。
本发明这种螟蛾类仓储害虫驱避剂,其主要活性物为:含有光叶鸡骨柴精油、石木姜子精油和粘毛蓼精油的组合物,该组合物中各组分的质量份数为:光叶鸡骨柴精油40~65份、石木姜子精油20~35份和粘毛蓼精油15~30份。
作为优选,该组合物中各组分的质量份数为:光叶鸡骨柴精油50~60份、石木姜子精油25~30份和粘毛蓼精油20~25份。
所述光叶鸡骨柴精油、石木姜子精油和粘毛蓼精油是通过水蒸汽蒸馏法分别从光叶鸡骨柴全草、石木姜子果实和粘毛蓼全草提取得到。
所述的组合物是由各组分通过溶剂溶解制得,溶剂占所述组合物总重量的5~10%。
所述的螟蛾类仓储害虫的驱避剂,按照质量百分比,包括以下组份:组合物60~80%;乳化剂1~5%、抗氧剂0.1~0.5%、防腐剂0.1~1%、保湿剂1~8%、pH调节剂0.1~0.5%,其余为蒸馏水,合计100%。

本发明的螟蛾类仓储害虫的驱避剂主要活性物为:含有光叶鸡骨柴精油、石木姜子精油和粘毛蓼精油的组合物(下述的“螟蛾类仓储害虫的驱避剂组合物”),该组合物中各组分的质量份数含量为:光叶鸡骨柴精油40~65份、石木姜子精油20~35份和粘毛蓼精油15~30份。制备时用无水乙醇分别对光叶鸡骨柴精油、石木姜子精油和粘毛蓼精油溶解,然后混合即得,其中无水乙醇占驱避剂组合物总重量的5~10%。
所述的光叶鸡骨柴精油由光叶鸡骨柴(Elsholtzia fruticosa var.glabrifolia)全草经水蒸汽蒸馏而得。所述的石木姜子精油由石木姜子(Litseaelongataf.var.faberi)果实用水蒸汽蒸馏而得。所述的粘毛蓼精油由粘毛蓼(Polygonum viscocum)全草用水蒸汽蒸馏而得。所述水蒸汽蒸馏法采用常规的共水蒸馏。
在一个具体实施方式中,驱避剂包括下述组分(下述质量百分比以驱避剂整体为基准):组合物60~80%、乳化剂1~5%、抗氧剂0.1~0.5%、防腐剂0.1~1%、保湿剂1~8%、pH调节剂0.1~0.5%,制备时将上述原料按比例混合均匀,以蒸馏水加至100%,进行乳化,然后均质5~8分钟,即制备成驱避剂。然后取样对制剂的稳定性与外观进行检测,合格后装瓶,即得成品。

将光叶鸡骨柴全草进行共水蒸馏,得到光叶鸡骨柴精油;将石木姜子果实进行共水蒸馏,得到石木姜子精油;将粘毛蓼全草进行共水蒸馏,得到粘毛蓼精油。
将光叶鸡骨柴精油、石木姜子精油、粘毛蓼精油和乙醇按照质量百分比为50:20:25:5进行溶解混合均匀后,得到活性组合物。
(2)驱避剂的制备
按照质量百分比,将活性组合物75%、乳化剂(磺酸盐)4.5%、抗氧剂(2,5-二叔丁基对苯二酚)0.4%、防腐剂(丙酸钙)0.5%、保湿剂(氨基酸)3%、pH调节剂(柠檬酸)0.4%混合均匀后,加蒸馏水至100%;接着抽入乳化锅进行乳化,乳化完毕后均质6min,得到制备成驱避剂,然后取样对制剂的稳定性与外观进行检测,合格后装瓶,即得成品。
(3)驱避效果测试
采用“Y”型嗅觉仪,测试3.0μL剂量下该驱避剂的驱避效果,测得20min内该驱避剂对印度谷螟的驱避率为(93.5±4.2)%。参照GB18418-2009家用卫生杀虫用品电热液体蚊香标准,用方箱法熏蒸印度谷螟,测得该驱避剂对印度谷螟的半数击倒时间KT50值为(17.5±2.3)分钟,半数击倒时间越短,说明该驱避剂对印度谷螟的熏蒸击倒效果越强。
实施例2
(1)活性组合物的制备
将光叶鸡骨柴全草进行共水蒸馏,得到光叶鸡骨柴精油;将石木姜子果实进行共水蒸馏,得到石木姜子精油;将粘毛蓼全草进行共水蒸馏,得到粘毛蓼精油。
将光叶鸡骨柴精油、石木姜子精油、粘毛蓼精油和乙醇按照质量百分比为45:20:30:5进行溶解混合均匀后,得到活性组合物。
(2)驱避剂的制备
按照质量百分比,将活性组合物60%、乳化剂(磺酸盐)4.5%、抗氧剂(2,5-二叔丁基对苯二酚)0.4%、防腐剂(丙酸钙)0.5%、保湿剂(氨基酸)3%、pH调节剂(柠檬酸)0.4%混合均匀后,加蒸馏水至100%;接着抽入乳化锅进行乳化,乳化完毕后均质6min,得到制备成驱避剂,然后取样对制剂的稳定性与外观进行检测,合格后装瓶,即得成品。
(3)驱避效果测试
根据实施例1的效果测试方法,测得驱避效果为:测得20分钟内该驱避剂对印度谷螟的驱避率为(83.6±3.4)%。半数击倒时间KT50值为(21.0±2.3)min。
对比例1
按照质量百分比,将光叶鸡骨柴精油60%、乳化剂(磺酸盐)4.5%、抗氧剂(2,5-二叔丁基对苯二酚)0.4%、防腐剂(丙酸钙)0.5%、保湿剂(氨基酸)3%、pH调节剂(柠檬酸)0.4%混合均匀后,加蒸馏水至100%;接着抽入乳化锅进行乳化,乳化完毕后均质6min,得到制备成光叶鸡骨柴精油驱避剂。
对比例2
将对比例1中的光叶鸡骨柴精油换成石木姜子精油,其他条件不变,得到石木姜子精油驱避剂。
对比例3
将对比例1中的光叶鸡骨柴精油换成粘毛蓼精油,其他条件不变,得到粘毛蓼精油驱避剂。
对对比例1、2和3制得的单一活性组分驱避剂进行效果测试,其结果如下:
测得20分钟内光叶鸡骨柴、石木姜子、粘毛蓼单剂精油驱避剂对印度谷螟的驱避率为分别为(64.5±1.4)%、(40.5±2.2)%、(30.5±2.4)%。光叶鸡骨柴、石木姜子、粘毛蓼单剂精油驱避剂对印度谷螟的半数击倒时间KT50值分别为(28.2±3.2)min、(31.2±2.2)min、(36.5±4.2)min。
测试结果表明,由本发明3种精油组合物混合制备的螟蛾类仓储害虫的驱避剂比分别使用组合物中任何单一精油制备的驱避剂,驱避和击倒效果明显增强(驱避率明显增加,熏蒸半数击倒时间明显减少);说明光叶鸡骨柴、石木姜子、粘毛蓼精油混配后具有显著的协同增效作用。
总结本发明:
经过发明人的反复试验,发现将光叶鸡骨柴精油、石木姜子精油和粘毛蓼精油按一定的比例复配得到的组合物,对螟蛾类仓储害虫具有显著的驱避和击倒作用。三种植物精油混配后,具有显著的协同增效作用。本植物性印度谷螟驱避剂对人畜安全,制备方法简单,实施简便。
Claims (10)
1.一种螟蛾类仓储害虫驱避剂,其主要活性物为:含有光叶鸡骨柴精油、石木姜子精油和粘毛蓼精油的组合物,该组合物中各组分的质量份数为:光叶鸡骨柴精油40~65份、石木姜子精油20~35份和粘毛蓼精油15~30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螟蛾类仓储害虫的驱避剂,其特征在于,所述的组合物中,各组分的质量份数为:光叶鸡骨柴精油50~60份、石木姜子精油25~30份和粘毛蓼精油20~25份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的螟蛾类仓储害虫驱避剂,其特征在于,所述的光叶鸡骨柴精油、石木姜子精油和粘毛蓼精油是通过水蒸汽蒸馏法分别从光叶鸡骨柴全草、石木姜子果实和粘毛蓼全草提取得到。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的螟蛾类仓储害虫驱避剂,其特征在于,所述的组合物是由各组分通过溶剂溶解制得,溶剂占所述组合物总重量的5~10%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的螟蛾类仓储害虫驱避剂,按照质量百分比,包括以下组份:组合物60~80%;乳化剂1~5%、抗氧剂0.1~0.5%、防腐剂0.1~1%、保湿剂1~8%、pH调节剂0.1~0.5%,其余为蒸馏水,合计100%。
6.根据权利要求5所述的螟蛾类仓储害虫驱避剂,其特征在于,所述的螟蛾类仓储害虫的驱避剂为乳液。
7.根据权利要求5所述的螟蛾类仓储害虫驱避剂,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、丙二醇脂肪酸酯、磺酸盐、羧酸盐、硫酸盐和聚氧丙烯醚类中的一种或以上;所述抗氧剂为2,4-二甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚和2,5-二叔丁基对苯二酚中的一种或两种;所述防腐剂为丙酸钙、山梨酸和双乙酸钠中的一种或以上;所述保湿剂为透明质酸、氨基酸和多元醇中的一种或以上;所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸或三乙醇胺。
8.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种螟蛾类仓储害虫驱避剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按照设定比例将各组份混合均匀、乳化、均质后,得到驱避剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述螟蛾类仓储害虫驱避剂在驱除螟蛾类仓储害虫中的应用。
10.根据权利要求9所述螟蛾类仓储害虫驱避剂在驱除印度谷螟中的应用。
