本发明公开了一种可伸缩地铁轨道验电桩,包括固定桩,所述固定桩包括装夹部、连接部和验电电缆安装部,所述连接部的下端连接装夹部,所述连接部的上端连接验电电缆安装部,所述的装夹部具有U型开口,在所述U型开口的一侧面设置有第一螺栓孔,所述装夹部通过第一螺栓孔与地铁轨道固定,所述验电电缆安装部包括左安装部和右安装部,所述验电电缆安装部的中部与连接部转动连接,所述左、右安装部上设置凹槽以及贯穿左、右安装部的通孔。本发明通过U型装夹部将整个验电桩固定与工字轨道的侧面上,再将验电电缆缠绕于凹槽中,验电电缆穿过贯穿的通孔,对验电电缆形成固定,不挤压,不损坏,安全可靠,不像现有技术中夹子脱落,导致验电电缆与铁轨点接触产生危险隐患。

技术领域
本发明公开了一种可伸缩地铁轨道验电桩,涉及城市轨道验电桩技术领域。
背景技术
城市轨道检修时,需要对铁轨上侧的接触网进行验电测试,然后才能挂接临时地线,现有的验电电缆连接在一个夹子上,操作时通过夹子夹住轨道进行验电,操作时夹子容易脱落,对验电测试造成干扰,亟需一种验电桩解决固定问题。
发明内容
本发明针对上述背景技术中的缺陷,提供一种可伸缩地铁轨道验电桩,提高施工质量、施工效率以及施工精确度。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种可伸缩地铁轨道验电桩,其特征在于,包括固定桩,所述固定桩包括装夹部、连接部和验电电缆安装部,所述连接部的下端连接装夹部,所述连接部的上端连接验电电缆安装部,所述的装夹部具有U型开口,在所述U型开口的一侧面设置有第一螺栓孔,所述装夹部通过第一螺栓孔与地铁轨道固定,所述验电电缆安装部包括左安装部和右安装部,所述验电电缆安装部的中部与连接部转动连接,所述左、右安装部上设置凹槽以及贯穿左、右安装部的通孔。
进一步的,所述的固定桩均为导体。
进一步的,所述连接部包括外套和内杆,所述内杆连接在装夹部上,所述外套套接于内杆上,所述外套和内杆之间通过紧固螺栓固定。
进一步的,所述紧固螺栓为两个,左右对称设置。
进一步的,所述的凹槽为半圆弧形,所述左、右安装部上的凹槽各设置两个,两个凹槽分别设置在左、右安装部的上下表面。
进一步的,所述连接部的顶端设有轴承,所述轴承与验电电缆安装部的中部凸出部连接。
进一步的,所述的装夹部和连接部一体设置。
有益效果:本发明通过U型装夹部将整个验电桩固定与工字轨道的侧面上,通过第一螺栓孔与螺栓的配合夹紧轨道,连接部的伸缩,使本装置适用范围扩大,再将验电电缆缠绕于凹槽中,验电电缆穿过贯穿的通孔,对验电电缆形成固定,不挤压,不损坏,安全可靠,不像现有技术中夹子脱落,导致验电电缆与铁轨电接触产生危险隐患。

如图1所示,本发明提供的一种实施例;一种可伸缩地铁轨道验电桩,其特征在于,包括固定桩,所述固定桩包括装夹部1、连接部2和验电电缆安装部,所述连接部2的下端连接装夹部1,所述连接部2的上端连接验电电缆安装部,所述的装夹部1具有U型开口,在所述U型开口的一侧面设置有第一螺栓孔11,所述装夹部1通过第一螺栓孔11与地铁轨道固定,所述验电电缆安装部包括左安装部31和右安装部32,所述验电电缆安装部的中部与转动连接,所述左、右安装部上设置凹槽33以及贯穿左、右安装部的通孔34。
所述的固定桩为导体。
所述连接部2包括外套21和内杆22,所述内杆22连接在装夹部1上,所述外套21套接于内杆22上,所述外套21和内杆22之间通过紧固螺栓固定。
所述紧固螺栓4为两个,左右对称设置。
所述的凹槽33为半圆弧形,所述左、右安装部上的凹槽各设置两个,两个凹槽分别设置在左、右安装部的上下表面。
所述连接部22的顶端设有轴承,所述轴承与验电电缆安装部的中部凸出部33连接。
所述的装夹部1和连接部22一体设置。
本发明通过U型装夹部将整个验电桩固定与工字轨道5的侧面上,通过第一螺栓孔与螺栓的配合夹紧轨道,连接部的伸缩,使本装置适用范围扩大,再将验电电缆缠绕于凹槽中,验电电缆穿过贯穿的通孔,对验电电缆形成固定,不挤压,不损坏,安全可靠,不像现有技术中夹子脱落,导致验电电缆与铁轨电接触产生危险隐患。

1.一种可伸缩地铁轨道验电桩,其特征在于,包括固定桩,所述固定桩包括装夹部、连接部和验电电缆安装部,所述连接部的下端连接装夹部,所述连接部的上端连接验电电缆安装部,所述的装夹部具有U型开口,在所述U型开口的一侧面设置有第一螺栓孔,所述装夹部通过第一螺栓孔与地铁轨道固定,所述验电电缆安装部包括左安装部和右安装部,所述验电电缆安装部的中部与连接部转动连接,所述左、右安装部上设置凹槽以及贯穿左、右安装部的通孔。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可伸缩地铁轨道验电桩,其特征在于,所述连接部包括外套和内杆,所述内杆连接在装夹部上,所述外套套接于内杆上,所述外套和内杆之间通过紧固螺栓固定。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种可伸缩地铁轨道验电桩,其特征在于,所述紧固螺栓为两个,左右对称设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可伸缩地铁轨道验电桩,其特征在于,所述的凹槽为半圆弧形,所述左、右安装部上的凹槽各设置两个,两个凹槽分别设置在左、右安装部的上下表面。
