Abstract
本发明涉及一种抗高强度冲击的建筑装饰板,从上至下依次设有抗氧化层、第一胶粘层、第一抗冲击层、阻燃层、隔音层、第二抗冲击层、第二胶粘层和保温层;第一抗冲击层和第二抗冲击层均由以下重量份的材料组成:聚氨酯50重量份;氟树脂24~28重量份;PVC/EVA合金10~12重量份;丁腈橡胶3~5重量份;松香季戊四醇酯2~4重量份。本发明建筑装饰板从上至下依次设有抗氧化层、第一胶粘层、第一抗冲击层、阻燃层、隔音层、第二抗冲击层、第二胶粘层和保温层,其机械性能优良,强度、冲击性能好,隔音阻燃效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑装饰领域,尤其涉及一种抗高强度冲击的建筑装饰板。
背景技术
建筑装饰板是指铺设或涂装在建筑物表面起装饰和美化环境作用的材料。目前市面上的建筑装饰板的种类很多,但是在抗冲击、阻燃、隔音效果不好。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,本案提供一种高抗冲击强度和阻燃效果好的建筑装饰板。
为实现上述目的,本案通过以下技术方案实现:
一种抗高强度冲击的建筑装饰板,其中,从上至下依次设有抗氧化层、第一胶粘层、第一抗冲击层、阻燃层、隔音层、第二抗冲击层、第二胶粘层和保温层;
其中,所述第一抗冲击层和第二抗冲击层均由以下重量份的材料组成:
优选的是,所述的抗高强度冲击的建筑装饰板,其中,还包括2~4重量份蛭石。
优选的是,所述的抗高强度冲击的建筑装饰板,其中,还包括1~3重量份Cu-Ti3AlC2。
优选的是,所述的抗高强度冲击的建筑装饰板,其中,还包括1~3重量份碳化钛。
优选的是,所述的抗高强度冲击的建筑装饰板,其中,还包括1~3重量份碳化硅。
优选的是,所述的抗高强度冲击的建筑装饰板,其中,还包括1~3重量份乙烯-丁烯共聚物。
优选的是,所述的抗高强度冲击的建筑装饰板,其中,还包括1~3重量份双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯。
优选的是,所述的抗高强度冲击的建筑装饰板,其中,所述氟树脂为30~45wt%聚偏氟乙烯和55~70wt%乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物。
优选的是,所述的抗高强度冲击的建筑装饰板,其中,所述第一胶粘层和第一抗冲击层之间还设有增韧层。
优选的是,所述的抗高强度冲击的建筑装饰板,其中,所述增韧层为聚丙燃腈纤维。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明建筑装饰板从上至下依次设有抗氧化层、第一胶粘层、第一抗冲击层、阻燃层、隔音层、第二抗冲击层、第二胶粘层和保温层,其机械性能优良,强度、冲击性能好,隔音阻燃效果好。
(2)本发明的第一抗冲击层和第二抗冲击层以聚氨酯作为主体,通过加入PVC/EVA合金提高其阻燃、耐化学腐蚀、刚性、韧性和抗冲强度;通过加入丁腈橡胶提高其耐热性;通过加入松香季戊四醇酯提高其抗氧化性和柔韧性;通过加入蛭石提高其冲击强度和耐火性能;通过加入Cu-Ti3AlC2提高其致密性能,从而提高其抗冲击性能;通过加入碳化钛提高其抗压强度和抗腐蚀性能;通过加入碳化硅进一步提高其抗压强度;
(3)本发明第一胶粘层和第一抗冲击层之间还设有聚丙燃腈纤维,通过设置聚丙燃腈纤维增加建筑装饰板整体在受正向冲撞力时的回弹韧性和自身的结构稳定性。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
本发明提供一种抗高强度冲击的建筑装饰板,从上至下依次设有抗氧化层、第一胶粘层、第一抗冲击层、阻燃层、隔音层、第二抗冲击层、第二胶粘层和保温层;
其中,第一抗冲击层和第二抗冲击层均由以下重量份的材料组成:
聚氨酯作为第一抗冲击层和第二抗冲击层的主体,其具有较高的机械强度、氧化稳定性和回弹性;PVC具有阻燃、耐化学腐蚀、刚性大等优点,但也存在脆性大、抗冲强度低等不足,PVC与抗冲改性剂EVA结合提高PVC韧性和抗冲强度;通过加入丁腈橡胶提高其耐热性;通过加入松香季戊四醇酯提高其抗氧化性和柔韧性。
作为本案又一实施例,还包括2~4重量份蛭石。通过加入蛭石提高其冲击强度和耐火性能。
作为本案又一实施例,还包括1~3重量份Cu-Ti3AlC2。通过加入Cu-Ti3AlC2提高其致密性能,从而提高其抗冲击性能。
作为本案又一实施例,还包括1~3重量份碳化钛。通过加入碳化钛提高其抗压强度和抗腐蚀性能。
作为本案又一实施例,还包括1~3重量份碳化硅。通过加入碳化硅进一步提高其抗压强度。
作为本案又一实施例,还包括1~3重量份乙烯-丁烯共聚物。通过加入乙烯-丁烯共聚物提高第一胶粘层和第一抗冲击层、第二抗冲击层和第二胶粘层的粘结强度。
作为本案又一实施例,还包括1~3重量份双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯。通过加入双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯提高无机物和高分子材料之间的相容性,从而提高其抗冲击性能。
作为本案又一实施例,氟树脂为30~45wt%聚偏氟乙烯和55~70wt%乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物。通过聚偏氟乙烯和乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物合理配伍,提高机械强度和韧性。
作为本案又一实施例,第一胶粘层和第一抗冲击层之间还设有增韧层。增韧层为聚丙燃腈纤维。通过设置增韧层增加建筑装饰板整体在受正向冲撞力时的回弹韧性和自身的结构稳定性。

1.一种抗高强度冲击的建筑装饰板,其特征在于,从上至下依次设有抗氧化层、第一胶粘层、第一抗冲击层、阻燃层、隔音层、第二抗冲击层、第二胶粘层和保温层;
其中,所述第一抗冲击层和第二抗冲击层均由以下重量份的材料组成:

7.如权利要求6所述的抗高强度冲击的建筑装饰板,其特征在于,还包括1~3重量份双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯。
8.如权利要求1所述的抗高强度冲击的建筑装饰板,其特征在于,所述氟树脂为30~45wt%聚偏氟乙烯和55~70wt%乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物。
9.如权利要求1所述的抗高强度冲击的建筑装饰板,其特征在于,所述第一胶粘层和第一抗冲击层之间还设有增韧层。
10.如权利要求9所述的抗高强度冲击的建筑装饰板,其特征在于,所述增韧层为聚丙燃腈纤维。
