Abstract
本发明公开了一种机械润滑油酯,按重量份计,包括如下组分:基础油40‑60份、金属钝化剂2‑6份、二氧化硅3‑5份、山梨醇1‑3份、甲基硅油20‑40份、聚四氟乙烯3‑5份、6‑二叔丁基对甲酚1‑3份、苯甲酸钠1‑3份、丙烯酸甘油酯3‑5份、三乙醇胺1‑3份、粘度调节剂3‑5份。其优点在于:本发明制备的润滑油,不仅能有效地防止器械受损,而且具有良好的粘附性、优异的防腐蚀性、在高温条件下能吸收大量的热,还能有效地防止水、水蒸气对器械的影响;本发明的机械润滑油酯具有优异的氧化安定性和化学稳定性,同时具有良好的抗腐蚀性、抗水性和抗溶剂性,耐大多数化学品的侵蚀。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于精细化工技术领域,具体涉及一种机械润滑油酯。
背景技术
随着机械自动化发展的步伐,人们对器械的要求也就越来越高,尤其是器械的使用寿命,使用好的润滑油膏能大大地延长器械的使用寿命。润滑油是用在汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦、保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。润滑油由基础油和添加剂两部分组成,基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。但是目前很多机械润滑油酯功能单一,特别是在机械加工领域,由于机械润滑油酯不仅需要具有较高的润滑性能,同时需要具有良好的冷却功能,现有的这种机械润滑油酯成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种润滑效果好、放辐效果好、成本低、使用后摩擦小的机械润滑油酯。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种机械润滑油酯,其创新点在于:按重量份计,包括如下组分:基础油40-60份、金属钝化剂2-6份、二氧化硅3-5份、山梨醇1-3份、甲基硅油20-40份、聚四氟乙烯3-5份、6-二叔丁基对甲酚1-3份、苯甲酸钠1-3份、丙烯酸甘油酯3-5份、三乙醇胺1-3份、粘度调节剂3-5份。
进一步的,所述金属钝化物为苯三唑衍生物类、噻二唑衍生物和有机胺类中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述粘度调节剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酸乙酯或聚丙烯酸酯中的一种或几种。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明制备的润滑油,不仅能有效地防止器械受损,而且具有良好的粘附性、优异的防腐蚀性、在高温条件下能吸收大量的热,还能有效地防止水、水蒸气对器械的影响;本发明的机械润滑油酯具有优异的氧化安定性和化学稳定性,同时具有良好的抗腐蚀性、抗水性和抗溶剂性,耐大多数化学品的侵蚀。

实施例1
一种机械润滑油酯,按重量份计,包括如下组分:基础油40份、苯三唑衍生物类2份、二氧化硅3份、山梨醇1份、甲基硅油20份、聚四氟乙烯3份、6-二叔丁基对甲酚1份、苯甲酸钠1份、丙烯酸甘油酯3份、三乙醇胺1份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯3份。
实施例2
一种机械润滑油酯,按重量份计,包括如下组分:基础油60份、噻二唑衍生物6份、二氧化硅5份、山梨醇3份、甲基硅油40份、聚四氟乙烯5份、6-二叔丁基对甲酚3份、苯甲酸钠3份、丙烯酸甘油酯5份、三乙醇胺3份、聚丙烯酸乙酯5份。
实施例3
一种机械润滑油酯,按重量份计,包括如下组分:基础油50份、有机胺类4份、二氧化硅4份、山梨醇2份、甲基硅油30份、聚四氟乙烯4份、6-二叔丁基对甲酚2份、苯甲酸钠2份、丙烯酸甘油酯4份、三乙醇胺2份、聚丙烯酸酯4份。
本发明制备的润滑油,不仅能有效地防止器械受损,而且具有良好的粘附性、优异的防腐蚀性、在高温条件下能吸收大量的热,还能有效地防止水、水蒸气对器械的影响;本发明的机械润滑油酯具有优异的氧化安定性和化学稳定性,同时具有良好的抗腐蚀性、抗水性和抗溶剂性,耐大多数化学品的侵蚀。

1.一种机械润滑油酯,其特征在于:按重量份计,包括如下组分:基础油40-60份、金属钝化剂2-6份、二氧化硅3-5份、山梨醇1-3份、甲基硅油20-40份、聚四氟乙烯3-5份、6-二叔丁基对甲酚1-3份、苯甲酸钠1-3份、丙烯酸甘油酯3-5份、三乙醇胺1-3份、粘度调节剂3-5份。
2.根据权利 要求1所述的一种机械润滑油酯,其特征在于:所述金属钝化物为苯三唑衍生物类、噻二唑衍生物和有机胺类中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利 要求1所述的一种机械润滑油酯,其特征在于:所述粘度调节剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酸乙酯或聚丙烯酸酯中的一种或几种。
