The present invention provides a structure of a sightseeing elevator car capable of performing lifting rotation by improving, as shown in fig. 1 to 10, which can be implemented as follows; the improved elevator car structure comprises an elevator car outer lifting main frame 1, a rotary executing motor 2, a top rotating frame 3, an elevator car inner rotating frame 4 and a bearing base 5;
the elevator car external lifting main frame 1, the top rotating frame 3 and the elevator car internal rotating frame 4 are all circular metal frames; rotatory actuating motor 2 fixes the outside at elevator car outer lifting main frame 1, top rotating turret 3 is located elevator car outer lifting main frame 1's top, elevator car internal rotation frame 4 is located elevator car outer lifting main frame 1's inside, top rotating turret 3 is connected with elevator car internal rotation frame 4 simultaneously, drive top rotating turret 3 by rotatory actuating motor 2 and rotate at elevator car outer lifting main frame 1 top, make its elevator car internal rotation frame 4 rotate in elevator car outer lifting main frame 1 inside simultaneously.
The improved elevator car structure comprises an elevator car outer lifting main frame 1, a rotary executing motor 2, a top rotating frame 3, an elevator car inner rotating frame 4 and a bearing base 5; the connection between the elevator car outer lifting main frame 1 and the steel rope 6 is undertaken, the whole structure is simple, the requirement of stress strength is met, the production, the preparation, the assembly and the transportation are convenient, by adopting the structure, in the lifting process of the elevator car, a person entering the inner part of the elevator car rotating frame 4 can manually press a corresponding car rotating button on the elevator control panel,
the control box that the elevator corresponds at this moment starts rotatory actuating motor 2 work, drives top rotating turret 3 by rotatory actuating motor 2 and rotates at 1 tops of elevator car outer lifting main frame, makes its elevator car internal rotation frame 4 rotate at the elevator car outer lifting main frame 1 inside at a slow speed simultaneously.
The sightseeing lift car structure capable of realizing lifting rotation is characterized in that a motor mounting seat 7 is welded at the upper end of the outer part of a lifting main frame 1 outside the lift car, and the output end of a rotary execution motor 2 is attached to the outer edge 9 of the lower end of a top rotating frame 3 through a rotating disc 8. The effect of rotatory actuating motor 2 here is that drive top rotating turret 3 rotates at 1 tops of the outer lift body frame of elevator car, fixes rotatory actuating motor 2 when the outside upper end of the outer lift body frame 1 of elevator car so, enables rotatory actuating motor 2's output and passes through the perfect laminating of edge 9 outside the lower extreme of rolling disc 8 and top rotating turret 3, can guarantee driven efficiency, can not increase the volume of whole equipment again.
The sightseeing lift car structure capable of realizing lifting rotation is characterized in that a plurality of sliding wheels 10 are mounted at the bottom of a metal frame of a top rotating frame 3; and a plurality of groups of buckling mechanisms 11 which are used for being connected and fixed with the rotating frame 4 in the elevator car are fixed on the inner side of the metal frame of the top rotating frame 3. By installing a plurality of sliding wheels 10 at the bottom of the metal frame of the top rotating frame 3 after modification, the top rotating frame 3 can help the top rotating frame 3 to slide on the top of the lifting main frame 1 outside the elevator car through the sliding wheels 10 at the bottom; for the top turret 3, only rotation occurs and no position change occurs. Meanwhile, a plurality of groups of buckling mechanisms 11 used for being connected and fixed with the elevator car rotating frame 4 are fixed on the inner side of the metal frame of the top rotating frame 3, and the connection with the elevator car rotating frame 4 is smoothly realized through the buckling mechanisms 11.
The sightseeing elevator car structure capable of realizing lifting rotation is different from a common connecting assembly in a buckling mechanism 11, and as shown in fig. 6, the buckling mechanism 11 comprises a metal back plate 12, an upper clamping plate 13 and a lower clamping plate 14; the upper clamping plate 13, the lower clamping plate 14 and the metal back plate 12 are welded into a whole, and the upper clamping plate 13 and the lower clamping plate 14 are both arc-shaped structures; and fastening bolts 15 are provided on the upper and lower clamping plates 13 and 14. When the top rotating frame 3 is connected with the rotating frame 4 in the elevator car, the rotating frame 4 in the elevator car is integrally clamped by the upper clamping plate 13 and the lower clamping plate 14, and then the fastening is realized through the fastening bolt 15; in a similar way, when the fastening bolt 15 is unscrewed, the two can also be quickly disassembled. In a specific implementation, the upper clamping plate 13 and the lower clamping plate 14 can be made into an arc-shaped structure, and the arc-shaped structure can enhance the self-strength of the upper clamping plate 13 and the lower clamping plate 14.
According to the sightseeing lift car structure capable of realizing lifting rotation, the bearing base 5 is positioned on the bottom end part 16 corresponding to the rotating frame 4 in the lift car; the side upright rod 17 corresponding to the inner rotating frame 4 of the elevator car is used as a support of the inner rotating frame;
the bearing base 5 is provided with a circular metal bearing frame 18, and a plurality of elastic mechanisms which can enable the smaller bearing base 5 to swing in the rotating frame 4 in the elevator car are arranged on the metal bearing frame 18;
the elastic mechanism is provided with an elastic support rod 19, a steel spring 20 and a position clamping wheel 21; a support plate 22 is welded on the metal bearing frame 18, a nut is screwed after the tail of the elastic support rod 19 passes through the support plate 22, a steel spring 20 is sleeved in the middle of the elastic support rod 19, and a clamping wheel 21 is arranged at the front end of the elastic support rod 19;
each elastic mechanism corresponds to a side standing rod 17 of the rotating frame 4 in the elevator car, and the surface of the side standing rod 17 corresponding to the position clamping wheel 21 is a triangular side surface 23.
In the implementation, the bearing base 5 is arranged at the bottom end part 16 of the rotating frame 4 in the elevator car, and a certain amount of shaking is inevitably generated if a gap exists between the bearing base 5 and the rotating frame 4 in the elevator car in the ascending or descending process of the elevator car, which is not beneficial to safety; therefore, a plurality of elastic mechanisms capable of reducing the shaking of the bearing base 5 in the rotating frame 4 in the elevator car are arranged on the metal bearing frame 18 of the bearing base 5; the elastic mechanism is provided with an elastic support rod 19, a steel spring 20 and a position clamping wheel 21; therefore, when the bearing base 5 can be perfectly clamped in the inner part of the rotating frame 4 in the elevator car through the elastic mechanisms on the periphery, the bearing requirement can be met, and the bearing base can be prevented from shaking.
Meanwhile, the surface of the side upright rod 17 corresponding to the clamping wheel 21 can be designed into a triangular side surface 23, so that the clamping wheel 21 can be better clamped.
According to the sightseeing elevator car structure capable of realizing lifting rotation, the surface of the triangular side surface 23 is provided with wear-resistant rubber; since the cam side surface 23 is engaged with the click wheel 21, the wear resistance of the cam side surface 23 is enhanced by providing a wear-resistant rubber.
The sightseeing lift car structure capable of realizing lifting rotation is characterized in that a stop block 24 is welded at the bottom of a lifting main frame 1 outside a lift car; the stop 24 protects the rotating frame 4 in the elevator car.
