Abstract
The invention discloses an auxiliary mounting platform for an air conditioner external unit and a use method thereof, which relate to the technical field of air conditioner mounting, wherein a moving assembly is mounted on a frame, a lifting assembly is arranged on the frame, a vertical plate is movably arranged on the lifting assembly, a mounting space is arranged between the vertical plate and the frame, a supporting plate is fixedly arranged on the vertical plate, the supporting plate is positioned at the front end of the mounting platform, a rotating table is rotatably arranged above the supporting plate, and a locking wheel is rotatably arranged on the rotating table for locking between the rotating table and the supporting plate. The invention has the advantages that the heavy air conditioner outdoor unit is moved to an air conditioner table or an air conditioner frame outside the window through the mounting platform, and the air conditioner outdoor unit is conveyed outside the window in a mode of no need of two people to carry; the installer does not need to tie a safety rope to move the air conditioner out of the window, so that accidents possibly existing in the rotating process of the air conditioner are avoided; the mounting platform is suitable for mounting the small window air conditioner outdoor unit and is also suitable for mounting the wall external inclined plane.

An auxiliary installation platform for an air conditioner external unit is shown in fig. 1 to 3, and comprises a frame 1, a moving assembly 2, a lifting assembly, a vertical plate 4, a supporting plate 5, a rotary table 6 and a locking wheel 7.
The moving assembly 2 is mounted on the frame 1 for moving the frame 1. The mobile assembly 2 may be a conventional roller, then the mounting platform is semi-automatic; the moving assembly 2 may also be provided purely mechanically.
The lifting assembly is arranged on the frame 1, the vertical plate 4 is movably arranged on the lifting assembly, and the vertical plate 4 can reciprocate under the driving of the lifting assembly. With respect to the lifting assembly, the present application provides a set of solutions, as shown, comprising a link plate 301, a motor 302, a rotor shaft 303, a sprocket 304, a counterweight 305 and a chain 306. The vertical plate 4 is movably connected with the connecting plate 301, preferably, the connecting plate 301 is arranged in a sliding way with the frame 1, and the connecting plate 301 moves linearly, so that stability is improved. As shown in fig. 3, the vertical plate 4 and the connecting plate 301 are connected by the locking pin 9, so that the connecting plate 301 can be conveniently detached from the vertical plate 4 after the installation is completed, and the installation is rapid. On this basis, can also design the auxiliary chain, the one end of auxiliary chain is connected with frame 1, the other end is connected with riser 4, convenient to detach.
The motor 302 is disposed on the frame 1, the rotating shaft 303 is rotatably disposed on the frame 1, the rotating shaft 303 is in transmission connection with the motor 302, and the rotating shaft 303 is further controlled by controlling the motion state of the motor 302. The sprocket 304 is fixed to the roller shaft 303, the weight 305 is slidably mounted on the frame 1, the chain 306 is mounted on the sprocket 304, one end of the chain 306 is connected to the link plate 301, and the other end of the chain 306 is connected to the weight 305. The weight 305 can reciprocate linearly along the frame 1. When the rotation shaft 303 rotates, the balancing weight 305 moves up and down, and correspondingly, the connecting plate 301 moves up and down, so that the supporting plate 5 moves up and down. By means of the counterweight, stability of the movement of the support plate 5 is achieved. On this basis, the lifting assembly further comprises a lifting hydraulic cylinder 307, wherein the lifting hydraulic cylinder 307 is fixedly arranged on the frame 1, and the telescopic end of the lifting hydraulic cylinder 307 is fixedly connected with the connecting plate 301. The lifting and the lowering of the connecting plate 301 are synchronously driven by the hydraulic cylinder 307 and the motor 302, so that the stability is improved, and the safety accident caused by failure of one of the hydraulic cylinder 307 and the motor 302 can be avoided.
The support plate 5 is fixedly provided on the riser 4, and the support plate 5 moves with the movement of the riser 4. The revolving stage 6 rotates the top that sets up in backup pad 5, and the outer machine of air conditioner is placed on revolving stage 6, and the outer machine of air conditioner can rotate under the drive of revolving stage 6. The width of the support plate 5 is smaller than the distance between the two common air conditioning frames after installation.
The locking wheel 7 is rotatably provided on the rotary table 6 for locking between the rotary table 6 and the support plate 5. The locking wheel 7 may be a locking pin rotatably provided on the rotary table 6, the bottom end of which contacts the support plate 5 when the locking pin is rotated downward, thereby fixing the rotary table 6 to the support plate 5 by increasing friction. Because the supporting plate 5 is positioned at the front end of the mounting platform, the air conditioner outdoor unit is arranged at the front end of the mounting platform, and the frame 1 is driven by the moving assembly 2 to move, so that the air conditioner outdoor unit at the front end of the mounting platform can be moved out of the window, and the transportation from the indoor to the outdoor is realized
An installation space is arranged between the vertical plate 4 and the frame 1, and the installation space corresponds to the thickness of the wall body. By controlling the up-and-down movement of the riser 4, the placement of the wall in the installation space between the riser 4 and the frame 1 is achieved. Preferably, an auxiliary assembly is designed, which includes an auxiliary hydraulic cylinder 801, a telescopic spring 802, and an auxiliary plate 803. The auxiliary hydraulic cylinder 801 is provided on the frame 1, the extension spring 802 is provided at the extension end of the auxiliary hydraulic cylinder 801, the auxiliary plate 803 is provided on the extension spring 802, and the auxiliary plate 803 is provided opposite to the vertical plate 4.
The auxiliary plate 803 and the vertical plate 4 clamp the wall together, so that the frame 1 is prevented from moving to influence the installation when the air conditioner outdoor unit is installed. The auxiliary plate 803 always clamps the wall together with the vertical plate 4 under the action of the telescopic spring 802, so that not only is the stability of the position of the supporting plate 5 ensured, but also the whole mounting platform can be prevented from being heavy in front and light in back and turning forward.
When the installation window is smaller and the air conditioner external unit is not easy to install outside the wall body, the applicant provides a use method aiming at the auxiliary installation platform of the air conditioner external unit, which comprises the following steps:
A. the riser 4 is mounted to the lifting assembly.
B. The air conditioner external unit is placed on the rotary table 6 so that the width direction of the air conditioner external unit is aligned with the window, and the rotary table 6 and the support plate 5 are locked by the locking wheel 7.
C. pushing the air conditioner outdoor unit installation platform beside the installation window.
D. The rotating platform 6 is driven to ascend through the lifting component, so that the rotating platform 6 is higher than the window.
E. pushing the mounting platform moves the rotary table 6 to the outside of the window sill.
F. the rotary table 6 is driven to descend through the lifting component, so that an air conditioner outdoor unit on the rotary table 6 moves to an installation position outside the window.
G. And adjusting the locking wheel 7, rotating the rotary table 6 to enable the air conditioner external unit to rotate 90 degrees, and installing the air conditioner external unit.
H. The locking pin 9 is removed and the riser 4 is retrieved.
I. And reversely moving the retracting installation platform to finish the installation.
Preferably, between the step F and the step G, a step is further included of pushing the mounting platform backward to attach the riser 4 to the wall. The stability of the mounting platform is enhanced.
