The part of the hole to be measured on the cylinder cover is a deep hole or a special-shaped hole, and when the existing manual measuring rod is placed into the deep hole for measuring the deep hole, the verticality of the deep hole can not be guaranteed, the situation that the deep hole is inclined and too long or too short can occur, and the measuring precision is influenced. When a hole with a special shape (such as a semicircular hole on a cylinder cover) is measured, a common measuring tool cannot measure a value to be measured once or even accurately, and repeated measurement influences measurement precision. In the prior art, a manual micrometer, a hole plug gauge, a three-coordinate measuring machine and the like are mainly adopted for detection, although the measurement of holes in a cylinder cover can be completed, the measurement efficiency is relatively limited, and the detection precision can also be influenced.
The ordinary checking fixture is mainly used for manual feeding and material returning during detection, so that the manual burden can be increased, the work efficiency is reduced, the situation that a workpiece falls to hurt a person can occur, some workpieces can be fed and returned by mechanical arms, the grabbing rate cannot be guaranteed, and the workpiece surface can be damaged due to the fact that the force of a grab is not easy to control. The workpiece is often skewed in the feeding and discharging processes, which is not favorable for the entering and exiting of the workpiece and the positioning detection of the next step, and affects the detection precision.
