Abstract
本发明公开了一种机械除锈装置,包括箱体、喷涂辊和往复刷洗机构;所述箱体内设有喷涂辊,喷涂辊通过连接轴与箱体内壁转动连接,喷涂辊表面开设有均匀分布的喷射管,喷涂辊表面均匀分布有刷毛,后端的连接轴延伸至箱体后侧并通过第一传动皮带连接有第一驱动电机,前端的连接轴通过旋转接头连通有进液管,进液管连通有活塞筒,活塞筒通过抽液管连通有药液箱。本发明通过具有刷毛和喷射管的喷涂辊和活塞筒,将除锈剂均匀的摊铺到钢板上,提高除锈效果;通过设有呈对角线对称并纵向往复运动的毛刷板,对钢板表面进行高效的往复刷洗;通过设有与外部清洁水源连通的喷头,对钢板进行冲洗。

[0001] 本发明涉及机械除锈领域,具体是一种机械除锈装置。
背景技术
[0002] 黑色金属(钢材)置于室外或露天条件下容易生锈,不但影响外观质量,还会影响 喷漆、粘接等工艺的正常进行,如不及时处理,更会造成材料的报废,导致不必要的经济损 失,除诱剂也称为松锈剂,主要作用是松解生锈紧固件,润滑不能拆卸的紧固件,便于拆卸 生锈的紧固件。它能在裸露的金属表面形成持久的防腐蚀保护,防止新的锈蚀形成。除锈剂 也是理想的润滑冷却液,适用于不锈钢、铝板表面攻螺纹。还能有效清洁干燥电子设备,改 善传导性能。
[0003] 对于锈蚀的钢板,传统的除锈方式是通过工人手持打磨机,对钢板表面进行逐步 的抛光打磨,不仅耗费大量的体力,除锈的效率低下。

[0016]实施例1 请参阅图1〜4,本发明实施例中,一种机械除锈装置,包括箱体〗、喷涂辊4、往复刷洗机 构;所述箱体1左端开设有进料口 2,进料□ 2相对位置设有出料口 3,钢板从进料口 2进入箱 体1内;所述箱体1内设有喷涂辊4,喷涂辊4通过连接轴5与箱体1内壁转动连接,喷涂辊4为 空心结构,喷涂辊4表面开设有均匀分布的喷射管401,喷涂辊4表面均匀分布有刷毛402,后 端的连接轴5延伸至箱体1后侧并通过第一传动皮带6连接有第一驱动电机7,第一驱动电机 7与箱体1顶板固定连接,第一驱动电机7带动喷涂辊4转动,前端的连接轴5与喷涂辊4连通, 前端的连接轴5通过旋转接头11连通有进液管以,进液管12连通有活塞筒13,活塞筒13与箱 体1顶板固定连接,进液管12与抽液管14与活塞筒13连通处设有单向阀,活塞筒13通过抽液 管14连通有药液箱16,药液箱ie内灌注有除锈剂; 所述活塞筒I3内设有活塞柱16,活塞柱16延伸至活塞筒13外侧并铰接有连杆17,连杆 17铰接有偏心盘18,偏心盘1S固定连接有转动轴19,转动轴19转动连接有支撑板,支撑板与 箱体1顶板固定连接;所述传动轴I9通过传动齿轮组连接有水平轴20,水平轴20通过联轴器 连接有第二驱动电机21的输出轴,第二驱动电机21与外部电源电性连接,第二驱动电机21 通过曲柄滑块机构带动活塞柱ie横向往复移动,活塞通过13将药液箱16内的除锈剂抽至喷 涂辊4内喷出,在刷毛402的作用下使得除锈剂均匀摊铺在钢板表面; 所述喷涂辊4右侧设有往复刷洗机构22,往复刷洗机构22包括纵向设置的一对安装板 26,安装板26两侧设有呈对角线对称的毛刷板26,毛刷板26固定连接有移动杆27,移动杆27 套设有导向框34,导向框24与安装板25固定连接;所述移动杆27末端固定连接有移动框28, 移动框28内嵌套有偏心柱29,偏心柱29固定连接有转动盘30转动盘,30固定连接有传动轴 31,传动轴31通过第四传动皮带32连接有水平轴20,传动轴31之间通过第五传动皮带33连 接,水平轴20带动转动盘30转动,使得毛刷板26做纵向的往复移动,对钢板进行刷洗。

1. 一种机械除锈装置,包括箱体(1)、喷涂辊(4)和往复刷洗机构;其特征在于,所述箱 体(1)内设有喷涂辊(4),喷涂辊(4)通过连接轴(5)与箱体(1)内壁转动连接,喷涂辊(4)表 面开设有均匀分布的喷射管(401),喷涂棍(4)表面均匀分布有刷毛(402),后端的连接轴 (5)延伸至箱体(1)后侧并通过第一传动皮带(6)连接有第一驱动电机(7),前端的连接轴 (5)通过旋转接头(11)连通有进液管(12),进液管(12)连通有活塞筒(13),活塞筒(13)通过 抽液管(14)连通有药液箱(16);所述活塞筒(13)内设有活塞柱(16),活塞柱(16)延伸至活 塞筒(13)外侧并铰接有连杆(17),连杆(17)较接有偏心盘(18),偏心盘(18)固定连接有转 动轴(19);所述传动轴(19)通过传动齿轮组连接有水平轴(20),水平轴(20)通过联轴器连 接有第二驱动电机(21)的输出轴。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械除锈装置,其特征在于,所述喷涂辊(4)右侧设有往 复刷洗机构(22),往复刷洗机构(22)包括纵向设置的一对安装板(26),安装板(26)两侧设 有呈对角线对称的毛刷板(26),毛刷板(26)固定连接有移动杆(27),移动杆(27)套设有导 向框(34),导向框(24)与安装板(25)固定连接;所述移动杆(27)末端固定连接有移动框 (28),移动框(28)内嵌套有偏心柱(29),偏心柱(29)固定连接有转动盘(3〇)转动盘,(3〇)固 定连接有传动轴(31),传动轴(31)通过第四传动皮带(32)连接有水平轴(20),传动轴(31) 之间通过第五传动皮带(33)连接。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种机械除锈装置,其特征在于,所述往复刷洗机构(22)右侧 设有喷头(23),喷头(23)连通有清水管(24),清水管(24)与外部清洁水源连通;所述箱体 (1)底部通过污水管(36)连通有污水箱(35)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种机械除锈装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)左端开设有进 料口⑵,进料口⑵相对位置设有出料口(3)。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械除锈装置,其特征在于,所述喷涂辊(4)为空心结构。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械除镑装置,其特征在于,所述药液箱(16)内灌注有除 锈剂。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种机械除锈装置,其特征在于,所述进液管(12)与抽液管 (14)与活塞筒(13)连通处设有单向阀。
