Abstract
本发明涉及一种高强膜上胶装置,包括支撑架,支撑架上设有上胶辊、胶盘,胶盘置于上胶辊下部,且胶盘下部设有可将胶盘上升、下降的升降机构,胶盘的上升、下降来调节与上胶辊之间距离;上胶辊上部的支撑架上设有可向上胶辊靠近或远离的上胶控制装置;上胶辊的左侧部设有刮刀机构,刮刀机构铰链于支撑架上,刮刀机构可绕与支撑架的铰链处旋转,刮刀机构上设有刮刀,刮刀机构在与支撑架的铰链处旋转,来进行刮刀与上胶辊之间距离的调整;还设有驱动电机、上胶辊减速电机;支撑架上还设有展平辊,且展平辊位于刮刀机构上方的位置。通过本发明,大大提高了薄膜上胶效率,结构相对简单、使用方便,具有很大的市场应用与推广价值。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高强膜上胶装置,属于薄膜上胶装置设计技术领域。
背景技术
在云母纸加工的过程中,需要使用薄膜与云母纸进行复合,而将薄膜与云母纸进行复合之前需要需要将薄膜与云母纸复合的一面涂布胶,现有的薄膜上胶装置结构复杂、上胶效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有不足,提供一种结构合理简单、生产制造容易、使用方便的高强膜上胶装置。
本发明的技术方案:一种高强膜上胶装置,包括支撑架,其特征是:所述支撑架上设有上胶辊、胶盘,胶盘置于上胶辊下部,且胶盘下部设有可将胶盘上升、下降的升降机构,胶盘的上升、下降来调节与上胶辊之间距离;
所述上胶辊上部的支撑架上设有可向上胶辊靠近或远离的上胶控制装置;上胶辊的左侧部设有刮刀机构,刮刀机构铰链于支撑架上,刮刀机构可绕与支撑架的铰链处旋转,刮刀机构上设有刮刀,刮刀机构在与支撑架的铰链处旋转,来进行刮刀与上胶辊之间距离的调整;
还设有驱动电机、上胶辊减速电机,驱动电机的动力输出轴与上胶辊减速电机的动力输入轴传动连接,上胶辊减速电机动力输出轴与上胶辊传动连接;驱动电机的动力输出轴的转动,带动上胶辊减速电机的转动,上胶辊减速电机动力输出轴的转动带动上胶辊的转动;
所述支撑架上还设有展平辊,且展平辊位于刮刀机构上方的位置。
所述展平辊为拱形展平辊。
所述上胶控制装置面向上胶辊的一侧设有薄膜出辊。
还设有控制开关,控制开关与驱动电机电连接。
本发明结构合理简单、生产制造容易、使用方便,通过本发明,提出的一种高强膜上胶装置,在支撑架上设置有上胶辊、胶盘,胶盘置于上胶辊下部,且胶盘下部设有可将胶盘上升、下降的升降机构,胶盘的上升、下降来调节与上胶辊之间距离。同时,在上胶辊上部的支撑架上设置有上胶控制装置;上胶辊的左侧部设置有刮刀机构。还设置有驱动电机、上胶辊减速电机,驱动电机的动力输出轴的转动,带动上胶辊减速电机的转动,上胶辊减速电机动力输出轴的转动带动上胶辊的转动;在支撑架上还设置有展平辊,且展平辊位于刮刀机构上方的位置。
具体使用时,薄膜从展平辊上绕过后穿于上胶辊与上胶控制机构之间的间隙,通过调整上胶控制机构与上胶辊之间的距离,使得薄膜紧密贴合在上胶控制机构、上胶辊之间,然后经上胶控制机构穿出。在胶盘放置适量的胶,通过升降机构调节胶盘的上升或下降,直至胶盘置于上胶辊底部合适的位置,上胶辊浸于胶盘内的胶内,然后旋转刮刀机构,使得刮刀机构上的刮刀与上胶辊的距离符合设定的需要,刮去上胶辊表面多余的胶,使得上胶辊表面的胶同一厚度,启动驱动电机,驱动电机动力输出轴的转动,带动上胶辊减速电机的转动,上胶辊减速电机动力输出轴的转动带动上胶辊的转动,在上胶辊转动中,上胶辊从胶盘内不断沾胶,同时不断被刮刀机构上的刮刀将多余的胶刮去,薄膜经过被刮刀机构刮后的上胶辊时,上胶辊上的胶涂布于薄膜上,完成高强膜上胶。
本发明中,展平辊为拱形展平辊,在薄膜(高强膜)经过展平辊时,起到将薄膜充分展平的作用,避免薄膜出现褶纹。在上胶控制装置面向上胶辊的一侧设置有薄膜出辊,通过薄膜出辊起到便于涂胶后的薄膜穿出进入下一道工序。本发明中还设置有控制开关,控制开关与驱动电机电连接,方便对驱动电机的开关进行控制。
通过本发明,提供的高强膜上胶装置,大大提高了薄膜上胶效率,结构相对简单、使用方便,具有很大的市场应用与推广价值。

一种高强膜上胶装置,包括支撑架1,在支撑架1上设置上胶辊2、胶盘3,胶盘3置于上胶辊2下部,且在胶盘3下部设置可将胶盘3上升、下降的升降机构4,胶盘3的上升、下降来调节与上胶辊2之间距离。
在上胶辊2上部的支撑架1上设置可向上胶辊2靠近或远离的上胶控制装置5;上胶辊2的左侧部设置刮刀机构6,刮刀机构6铰链于支撑架1上,刮刀机构6可绕与支撑架1的铰链处旋转,在刮刀机构6上设置有刮刀,刮刀机构6在与支撑架1的铰链处旋转,来进行刮刀与上胶辊2之间距离的调整。
还设置有驱动电机7、上胶辊减速电机8,驱动电机7的动力输出轴与上胶辊减速电机8的动力输入轴传动连接,上胶辊减速电机8的动力输出轴与上胶辊2传动连接;驱动电机7的动力输出轴的转动,带动上胶辊减速电机8的转动,上胶辊减速电机8动力输出轴的转动带动上胶辊2的转动。
在支撑架上还设置有展平辊9,且展平辊9位于刮刀机构6上方的位置,展平辊9为拱形展平辊。在上胶控制装置5面向上胶辊2的一侧设置有薄膜出辊。还设置有控制开关,控制开关与驱动电机7电连接。

1.一种高强膜上胶装置,包括支撑架(1),其特征是:所述支撑架(1)上设有上胶辊(2)、胶盘(3),胶盘(3)置于上胶辊(2)下部,且胶盘(3)下部设有可将胶盘(3)上升、下降的升降机构(4),胶盘(3)的上升、下降来调节与上胶辊(2)之间距离;
所述上胶辊(2)上部的支撑架(1)上设有可向上胶辊(2)靠近或远离的上胶控制装置(5);上胶辊(2)的左侧部设有刮刀机构(6),刮刀机构(6)铰链于支撑架(1)上,刮刀机构(6)可绕与支撑架(1)的铰链处旋转,刮刀机构(6)上设有刮刀,刮刀机构(6)在与支撑架(1)的铰链处旋转,来进行刮刀与上胶辊(2)之间距离的调整;
还设有驱动电机(7)、上胶辊减速电机(8),驱动电机(7)的动力输出轴与上胶辊减速电机(8)的动力输入轴传动连接,上胶辊减速电机(8)的动力输出轴与上胶辊(2)传动连接;驱动电机(7)动力输出轴的转动,带动上胶辊减速电机(8)的转动,上胶辊减速电机(8)动力输出轴的转动带动上胶辊(2)的转动;
所述支撑架上还设有展平辊(9),且展平辊(9)位于刮刀机构(6)上方的位置。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强膜上胶装置,其特征是:所述上胶控制装置(5)面向上胶辊(2)的一侧设有薄膜出辊。
