Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于平板的履带旋转式喷涂设备，包括履带式轨道、电机、操作间，操作间分别有喷涂、烘干、冷却等子操作间。使用时，首先将工件放入上料区域，然后开动电机，电机带动轨道转动，轨道道将工件输送至操作间进行喷涂、烘干、冷却工序，然后回转到操作间外，取下成品工件，放上待喷涂工件，如此循环。本发明的结构简单，使用方便，主要适用于平板的喷涂车间。

技术领域
本发明涉及生产设备领域，具体是一种用于平板的履带旋转式喷涂设备。
背景技术
喷涂是指通过喷枪或碟式雾化器，借助于压力或离心力，将涂料分散成均匀而微细的雾滴，施涂于被涂物表面的涂装方法。喷涂作业生产效率高，适用于手工作业及工业自动化生产，应用范围广主要有五金、塑胶、家私、军工、船舶等领域，是现今应用最普遍的一种涂装方式。喷涂设备有喷枪，喷漆室，供漆室，固化炉 / 烘干炉，喷涂工件输送作业设备，消雾及废水，废气处理设备等。现在还没有一种比较规范的规模化旋转式喷涂设备。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明公开了结构简单，设计巧妙，能够为用于平板的履带旋转式喷涂设备。
为达到上述目的，本发明采用的方法是：一种用于平板的履带旋转式喷涂设备，其特征在于：该装置包括工件，履带式轨道，操作间内设有上料区，喷涂区，烘干区，冷却区，卸料区，其特征在于履带式轨道整体呈闭环跑道结构，履带式轨道的下部弯角处设置电机。
作为本发明的一种改进，所述操作间内分别设置喷涂、烘干、冷却工序。
作为本发明的一种改进，履带式轨道整体分上下层呈椭圆形闭环结构，轨道上均匀设置多排支撑柱，工件托设置在支撑柱上。
有益效果：
本发明结构简单，使用方便，可适用于平板工件的喷涂车间。

具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细说明，应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
如图1所述的一种用于平板的履带旋转式喷涂设备，该装置包括工件1，履带式轨道2，操作间内设有上料区3，喷涂区4，烘干区5，冷却区6，卸料区7，其特征在于履带式轨道2整体呈闭环跑道结构，履带式轨道2的下部弯角处设置电机。
本种结构形式的种用于平板的履带旋转式喷涂设备， 使用时，首先将工件固定在支撑柱 8上，然后开动电机，电机带动履带式轨道2 转动，履带式轨道2将工件输送至操作间进行喷涂、烘干、冷却工序，然后回转到卸料区7，取下成品工件，进入上料区3放上待喷涂工件，如此循环。
本发明结构简单，使用方便，可适用于平板的喷涂车间。
本发明方案所公开的技术手段不仅限于上述实施方式所公开的技术手段，还包括由以上技术特征任意组合所组成的技术方案。

1.一种用于平板的履带旋转式喷涂设备，其特征在于：该装置包括工件（1），履带式轨道（2），操作间内设有上料区（3），喷涂区（4），烘干区（5），冷却区（6），卸料区（7），其特征在于履带式轨道（2）整体呈闭环跑道结构，履带式轨道（2）的下部弯角处设置电机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于平板的履带旋转式喷涂设备，其特征在于：所述操作间内分别设置喷涂、烘干、冷却工序。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的一种用于平板的履带旋转式喷涂设备，其特征在于：履带式轨道（2）整体分上下层呈椭圆形闭环结构，轨道上均匀设置多排支撑柱（8），工件托设置在支撑柱（8）上。
