The coffee information is obtained and stored by the local server 102 in advance, and the local server 102 provides the coffee information to the cloud server 103 through the cloud data service interface 106, and the cloud server 103 stores the coffee information in the cloud database 107.
It should be noted that the commodity selected by the user is not limited to the coffee itself, but may be any item that includes identification information associated with information of the coffee, for example, a label pasted with an identification code or an RFID tag, a picture of the coffee, or an appearance model of the coffee, and the like, and it is only necessary that the item is bound to the information of the coffee, can be selected by the user, and can be recognized by the checkout station 101.

For coffee which is settled and has left the restaurant, the local server 102 needs to provide information of the coffee to the cloud server 103, and the cloud server 103 stores the information of the coffee which has left the restaurant in the cloud database 107.
The second embodiment of the application provides an information processing method for a to-be-processed commodity, and the implementation main body of the method is a settlement terminal which has comprehensive service functions of order determination, commodity settlement, sending out an instruction for processing the to-be-processed commodity, obtaining processing completion information for the to-be-processed commodity and informing a user of receiving the processed commodity in the self-service transaction process of the to-be-processed commodity.
As shown in fig. 2, the information processing method for a to-be-processed commodity provided by this embodiment includes the following steps:
s201, acquiring commodity information of the commodity to be processed selected by the user.
The commodity to be processed refers to a commodity which needs to be processed and can be enjoyed by a user or sold by a merchant, such as a drink which needs to be simply processed, or a meal, clothes, a personalized tool and the like which need to be finely processed. According to the information processing method for the commodities to be processed, the application scene can be a self-service shopping scene without manual shopping guide and commodity settlement, such as a self-service restaurant, a self-service beverage shop, a personalized appliance processing shop and other self-service commodity processing shops.
The application scenario of the embodiment is a cafeteria, and the commodity to be processed is a meal to be processed.
The commodity information of the commodity to be processed can be acquired by identifying the identification information of the commodity to be processed.
The identification information of the to-be-processed commodity refers to information which can be identified and has an association relation with the to-be-processed commodity, and the commodity information of the to-be-processed commodity corresponding to the identification information can be obtained by identifying the identification information. The commodity information of the commodity to be processed refers to information for determining basic attributes of the commodity to be processed, including basic information such as a commodity name, a commodity feature, a commodity use, a commodity price and the like of the commodity to be processed, and marketing strategy information for the commodity to be processed, such as commodity discount information, a rebate coupon and the like predetermined by a merchant, and includes information for settling accounts for the commodity to be processed, for example, an available settlement manner for the commodity to be processed is to use a third party payment platform or cash payment or card swiping payment and the like. In this embodiment, the commodity information of the commodity to be processed included in the cafeteria includes basic information such as a name of the meal item, a price of the meal item, a taste of the meal item, a feature of the meal item, and a efficacy of the meal item, and preferential activity information related to the meal item.

The RFID information is a passive RFID tag, and information such as a product name, a product characteristic, a product use, a product price, and product discount information of a product to be processed is written in the RFID tag by using a passive RFID reader/writer, so that the RFID tag is associated with the information such as the product name, the product characteristic, the product use, the product price, and the product discount information of the product to be processed.
Correspondingly, the manner of acquiring the commodity information of the commodity to be processed selected by the user may be as follows: and acquiring the RFID information associated with the to-be-processed commodity, and identifying the RFID information associated with the to-be-processed commodity by adopting a radio frequency identification technology. Specifically, the user can be instructed to carry the RFID information which is associated with the to-be-processed commodity to a designated area capable of identifying the RFID information, and a passive RFID reader-writer is adopted to read the RFID label of the to-be-processed commodity in a non-contact manner, so that commodity information such as the commodity name, the commodity characteristics, the commodity application, the commodity price and commodity discount information of the to-be-processed commodity is obtained.
The RFID information is used as the identification information of the goods to be processed, the identification information is identified by adopting a non-contact identification technology, a plurality of goods to be processed can be synchronously identified, and the goods information of a plurality of corresponding goods to be processed is obtained.
In the form B, the identification information of the commodity to be processed is identification code information having an association relationship with the commodity to be processed. The identification code information may be at least one of a two-dimensional code, a bar code, and a numeric code. The identification code corresponds to information such as the name of the product to be processed, the characteristics of the product, the usage of the product, the price of the product, discount information of the product and the like.
Correspondingly, the manner of obtaining the commodity information of the commodity to be processed selected by the user may be as follows: and acquiring identification code information in association relation with the to-be-processed commodity, and identifying the identification code information in association relation with the to-be-processed commodity in a code scanning identification mode. Specifically, the user is instructed to autonomously perform code scanning operation, or the user is instructed to place the identification code in a specified code scanning area to perform successive code scanning, so as to obtain commodity information such as a commodity name, commodity characteristics, commodity usage, commodity price, commodity discount information and the like of the commodity to be processed.

The appearance information of the to-be-processed commodity refers to visual information such as the shape and color of the to-be-processed commodity, for example, the to-be-processed commodity itself or a model close to the appearance characteristic thereof can be used as the appearance information, and the appearance information of the to-be-processed commodity has an association relation with the commodity name, the commodity characteristic, the commodity use, the commodity price, the commodity discount information and the like of the to-be-processed commodity; the image of the to-be-processed commodity refers to an image of the to-be-processed commodity, such as a photo of a meal, or specific image information having an association relationship with commodity information of the to-be-processed commodity, such as a graphic code of the meal.
Correspondingly, the manner of obtaining the commodity information of the commodity to be processed selected by the user may be as follows: and acquiring the appearance information of the to-be-processed commodity or displaying the image of the to-be-processed commodity, and identifying the appearance information or the image by adopting an image identification technology to acquire the commodity information of the to-be-processed commodity.
After the commodity information of the commodity to be processed is acquired, the processing demand information of the user for the commodity to be processed is also acquired, which is realized in the following manner in this embodiment: the method comprises the steps of providing an interface for editing the processing requirement of the commodity to be processed, and receiving the processing requirement information of the commodity to be processed which is independently purchased by a user through the interface. For example, through the interface, the user may select the taste, preference, maturity, etc. of the selected meal.
The processing demand information of the user for the commodity to be processed can be obtained automatically in the following mode:

In this embodiment, a user selects a meal item in a meal item display area of a cafeteria, an object displayed in the display area may be meal item information provided by an intelligent terminal such as a self-service meal selection machine through a display screen, and may also display real meal item materials, such as drinks such as coffee and milk tea placed in a packing cup, and may also be picture information or a model of the meal item to be processed, such as a picture of the meal item, and may also display any other object capable of bearing identification information of the meal item to be processed, such as a brand for posting a two-dimensional code associated with the meal item, or a combination of the above objects, for example, picture information of the meal item is provided above a two-dimensional code associated with meal item confirmation information. Through the terminal, a user can pay for the selected commodity to be processed, obtain the processing progress of the commodity and receive the processed commodity according to the prompt.

Claims (34)

1. An information processing system for a commodity to be processed, comprising:
the settlement table is used for acquiring commodity information of a commodity to be processed selected by a user, settling the commodity to be processed according to the commodity information of the commodity to be processed, sending a command for processing the commodity to be processed after the settlement of the commodity to be processed is completed, acquiring processing completion information of the commodity to be processed, informing the user to receive the commodity after the processing is completed, sending settlement information of the commodity to a local server, and informing the user to receive the commodity after the processing is completed, and comprises the following steps: sending notification information for picking up the processed commodity to a terminal of a user;
wherein, the settlement table is used for sending out the order of processing the commodity to be processed, and the settlement table comprises: conveying the commodity to be processed to a commodity processing end through a commodity conveying device, wherein the commodity to be processed is a real material, and the commodity to be processed is placed on the commodity conveying device by a user; the commodity processing end is used for receiving a processing instruction for the commodity to be processed and processing the commodity to be processed, and the commodity processing end specifically comprises: receiving the real material, and processing the real material;
the settlement table is used for obtaining processing completion information aiming at the commodity to be processed, and comprises the following steps: after the real material selected by the user is processed by the commodity processing end, the processed commodity is transmitted to a designated position which can be taken by the user in the commodity display hall from the commodity processing end through the commodity transmission device which is connected with the commodity processing end and the commodity display hall;
the local server is used for obtaining commodity information in a specified area range, obtaining the settlement information of the commodities provided by the settlement table, performing safety control on the commodities which are ready to leave the specified area range according to the commodity information in the specified area range and the settlement information of the commodities, and providing the commodity information in the specified area range and the settlement information of the commodities to the cloud server;
and the cloud server is used for acquiring the commodity information and the commodity settlement information in the specified area range, which are provided by the local server, and storing the commodity information and the commodity settlement information in the specified area range.
2. The system according to claim 1, wherein the local server is specifically configured to obtain commodity information of a commodity that is to leave the designated area range, determine whether the commodity that is to leave the designated area range has been settled based on settlement information of the commodity provided by the settlement station, allow the commodity that is to leave the designated area range if the settlement is performed, and prohibit the commodity that is to leave the designated area range from leaving the designated area range if the settlement is not performed.
3. The system according to claim 2, wherein the local server is specifically configured to obtain commodity information of a commodity which is to leave the specified area range and is provided by an access door provided at a boundary of the specified area range, and if it is determined that the commodity which is to leave the specified area range is settled, issue a notification message to the access door to allow the commodity which is to leave the specified area range, and otherwise, issue a notification message to the access door to prohibit the commodity which is to leave the specified area range from leaving the specified area range.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the local server is further configured to provide merchandise information of merchandise that has left the designated area range to the cloud server;
the cloud server is further used for storing commodity information of commodities which leave the specified area range.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the goods to be processed are food to be processed, and the designated area is a restaurant providing self-service settlement and meal taking functions.
6. An information processing method for a commodity to be processed, which is applied to a settlement terminal, the method comprising:
acquiring commodity information of a commodity to be processed selected by a user;
settling accounts of the commodities to be processed according to the commodity information of the commodities to be processed;
after the settlement of the commodity to be processed is finished, sending an instruction for processing the commodity to be processed;
obtaining processing completion information for the commodity to be processed;
informing the user to pick up the processed commodity comprises: sending notification information for picking up the processed commodity to a terminal of a user;
sending the settlement information of the commodity to a local server;
wherein, the sending the instruction for processing the commodity to be processed comprises: conveying the commodity to be processed to a commodity processing end through a commodity conveying device, wherein the commodity to be processed is a real material, and the commodity to be processed is placed on the commodity conveying device by a user; the commodity processing end is used for receiving a processing instruction for the commodity to be processed and processing the commodity to be processed, and the commodity processing end specifically comprises: receiving the real material, and processing the real material;
the obtaining of the processing completion information for the commodity to be processed includes: after the real material selected by the user is processed by the commodity processing end, the processed commodity is transmitted to a designated position which can be taken by the user in the commodity display hall from the commodity processing end through the commodity transmission device which is connected with the commodity processing end and the commodity display hall;
the local server is used for obtaining commodity information in a specified area range, obtaining settlement information of commodities provided by the settlement table, performing security control on the commodities which are ready to leave the specified area range according to the commodity information in the specified area range and the settlement information of the commodities, and providing the commodity information in the specified area range and the settlement information of the commodities to the cloud server;
and the cloud server is used for acquiring the commodity information and the commodity settlement information in the specified area range provided by the local server and storing the commodity information and the commodity settlement information in the specified area range.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the obtaining of the commodity information of the commodity to be processed selected by the user comprises:
acquiring RFID information associated with the to-be-processed commodity;
and identifying the RFID information by adopting a radio frequency identification technology to obtain the commodity information of the commodity to be processed.
8. The method according to claim 6, wherein the obtaining of the commodity information of the commodity to be processed selected by the user comprises:
acquiring identification code information which has an association relation with the commodity to be processed;
and identifying the identification code information by adopting a code scanning identification technology to obtain the commodity information of the commodity to be processed.
9. The method according to claim 6, wherein the obtaining of the commodity information of the commodity to be processed selected by the user comprises:
acquiring appearance information of the to-be-processed commodity or displaying an image of the to-be-processed commodity;
and identifying the appearance information or the image by adopting an image identification technology to obtain the commodity information of the commodity to be processed.
10. The method according to claim 6, wherein the commodity information of the commodity to be processed includes information for settlement for the commodity to be processed.
11. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the settling the to-be-processed goods according to the goods information of the to-be-processed goods comprises:
generating a payment order aiming at the commodity to be processed according to the commodity information of the commodity to be processed;
and according to the payment order, settling the commodity to be processed by adopting a preset settlement mode or a settlement mode selected by the user.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the predetermined settlement means or the user-selected settlement means comprises at least one of:
a clearing mode of code scanning payment;
a settlement mode of face recognition;
a settlement mode of fingerprint identification;
a settlement mode of the electronic signature;
a settlement mode of swiping a bank card or a shopping card;
and (4) settlement mode of cash payment.
13. The method of claim 6, further comprising: obtaining the processing demand information of the user for the commodity to be processed;
the instruction for processing the commodity to be processed comprises the processing demand information.
14. The method according to claim 13, wherein the obtaining of the processing demand information of the user for the commodity to be processed comprises:
providing an interface to the user for editing the tooling requirements;
and receiving the processing requirement information edited by the user through the interface.
15. The method according to claim 13, wherein the obtaining of the processing demand information of the user for the commodity to be processed comprises:
obtaining historical settlement information and/or historical processing requirement information of the user;
and acquiring the processing demand information of the user for the to-be-processed commodity according to the historical settlement information and/or the historical processing demand information of the user.
16. The method of claim 6, wherein said issuing instructions to process said commodity to be processed further comprises:
sending a communication protocol message for indicating to process the commodity to be processed; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and indicating the commodity to be processed in a voice broadcasting mode.
17. The method according to claim 6, wherein the obtaining of the processing completion information for the commodity to be processed further comprises:
acquiring processing completion indicating information for the to-be-processed commodity; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and obtaining the processing completion information aiming at the commodity to be processed in a mode of receiving voice broadcast information.
18. The method of claim 6, wherein notifying the user to pick up the processed item further comprises:
informing the user to receive the processed commodity in a voice broadcasting mode; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and informing the user to receive the processed commodity in a screen display mode.
19. The method of claim 6, wherein notifying the user to pick up the processed item further comprises: and informing the user to pick up the processed commodity at the designated position and/or at the designated time.

and sending the processing requirement information.

and acquiring a voice broadcast notification message aiming at the completion of the processing of the commodity to be processed.

a processor;
a memory for storing an information processing program for an article to be processed, the program, when read and executed by the processor, performing the operations of:
acquiring commodity information of a commodity to be processed selected by a user;
settling accounts of the commodities to be processed according to the commodity information of the commodities to be processed;
after the settlement of the commodity to be processed is finished, sending an instruction for processing the commodity to be processed;
obtaining processing completion information for the commodity to be processed;
informing the user to pick up the processed commodity comprises: sending notification information for picking up the processed commodity to a terminal of a user;
sending the settlement information of the commodity to a local server;
wherein, the sending the instruction for processing the commodity to be processed comprises: conveying the commodity to be processed to a commodity processing end through a commodity conveying device, wherein the commodity to be processed is a real material, and the commodity to be processed is placed on the commodity conveying device by a user; the commodity processing end is used for receiving a processing instruction for the commodity to be processed and processing the commodity to be processed, and the commodity processing end specifically comprises: receiving the real material, and processing the real material;
the obtaining of the processing completion information for the commodity to be processed includes: after the real material selected by the user is processed by the commodity processing end, the processed commodity is transmitted to a designated position which can be taken by the user in the commodity display hall from the commodity processing end through the commodity transmission device which is connected with the commodity processing end and the commodity display hall;
