一种锥形换热管壳管换热器,通过一种锥形换热管,降低污杂物在换热管内的阻力,利用带有锥度的换热管,逐渐扩大进水侧污水管的直径,达到良好的防堵换热的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及污水换热器装置,尤其涉及一种利用污水作为冷热源的专用壳管换热器换热管。
背景技术
目前随着我国人口增长,能源极剧消耗,环境污染等越来越多的社会问题备受人们关注,我国大力倡导节能降耗,鼓励节能减排。因此,利用可再生能源是环保节能的需要。采用热泵技术,利用城市污水热能作为低位热源供热/制冷是实现污水热能综合利用的有效途径之一。回收蕴藏于污水中的废热这种可再生能源,拓展城市污水处理和能源利用的效益,实现废水回收再利用,体现了“大力发展循环经济,建设节约型城市”的要求。
污水当中含有大量可利用的热能,这部分热作为热泵热源,可极大回收城市污水当中的热能,更重要的是节约了能源降低了消耗。但污水热能利用的首要难题在于如何避免污水中所含的大量固体污杂物堵塞换热设备,普通壳管换热器内部采用圆柱形换热管,管径整体相同,当污杂物阻塞换热管时,污水仍有一定的推动力,但污杂物会在污水换热管进水口越聚越多,污杂物与换热管内壁摩擦力增大,造成污杂物在换热管污水进水侧入口处,污杂物长度约有20-40厘米长,全部堵在进水口侧,行程一定距离的阻塞物,长度越长摩擦力越大,导致换热器彻底堵塞。为解决污水堵塞壳管换热器的问题,本发明通过设计特殊的换热管,达到良好的排污、除污、防堵效果。
发明内容
本发明通过改变换热管结构,可避免污杂物与圆柱换热管管壁,进水侧管头摩擦力过大,导致换热管头部污杂物堆积造成阻塞,利用污水在换热器流动的力量,改变换热管的形状,降低污杂物在换热管内的阻力,利用带有锥度的换热管,逐渐扩大进水侧污水管的直径,达到良好的防堵换热的效果。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种锥形换热管壳管换热器,换热器结构包括介质水进水口、介质出水口、污水进水口、污水出水口、锥形换热管、排污口、污水导流板、介质水导流板、污水窜水腔;
所述锥形换热管两侧是带有锥度的换热管,进水锥度短,出水侧锥度长,进水侧锥度用于污杂物导流,扩大如水前端口后快速收缩,收缩后到出水侧逐渐变粗;
所述排污口设置在锥形换热管出水侧前端,用于清理堆积在换热器污水导流板上的污杂物。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.锥形换热管可避免污水中的污杂物因传统换热管壁统一尺寸内径,导致污杂物在进水口行程一定长度的阻塞,当摩擦力足够承污水进水压力,导致换热器整体堵塞。
2.锥形换热管利用其逐渐增大的锥度,降低污杂物在管内摩擦力。

一种锥形换热管壳管换热器,包括污水进水口1、污水出水口2、介质水进水口3、介质水出水口4、锥形换热管5、污水窜水腔6,污水导流板7,介质水导流板8、排污口9;所述污水进水口1与介质水出水口4在换热器顶部,污水出水口2与介质水进水口3在换热器底部,用于两组换热器串联使用,锥形换热管5细端用于污水进水,粗端用于污水出水,利用污水导流板7行程污水窜水腔6,介质水导流板8设置在锥形换热管5外侧,用于介质水导流使用,排污口9设置在换热器两端污水折流节点。

1.锥形换热管壳管换热器,其特征在于:锥形换热管是带有锥度的换热管,进水锥度短,出水侧锥度长,进水侧锥度用于污杂物导流,扩大如水前端口后快速收缩,收缩后到出水侧逐渐变粗,排污口设置在锥形换热管出水侧前端,用于清理堆积在换热器污水导流板上的污杂物。
