背景技术
机房、商场等场所降噪的传统做法为：墙体基层安装主副龙骨，填充岩棉等吸声材料，安装穿孔面层等三道施工工序，施工复杂繁琐；质量难保证且不稳定；施工慢；施工环境存在岩棉等吸声材料刺激、污染等情况。因为是龙骨填充吸声材料的做法，大部分穿孔材料在后续非吸音工序施工中破损严重，成品保护费用极高或更改施工工序人工费用及施工难度大增。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处，提供一种复合装饰一体化降噪装置及其安装方法，降噪整体通过粘接砂浆和固定连接装置固定到墙体上，安装方便，能够减少室内空气污染而且降噪效果好。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施达到的：

复合装饰一体化降噪装置的安装方法，吸声层1用密封层3包覆后再与固定板2连接加紧，吸声层1和两层固定板2使用粘接剂固定，固定板开贯穿孔，吸声层1、密封层3和固定板2使用粘接剂固定，固定板2外部加工外观，固定板2外涂料或者涂漆，设计装饰图案，吸声层1、固定板2与密封层3作为一个降噪整体通过粘接砂浆5和射钉式锚栓6固定在墙体4上，相邻降噪主体之间的板缝间加T形条或者泡沫棒加胶或者留缝，粘接砂浆5在降噪整体和墙体4之间留有空腔7，粘接砂浆5在降噪整体和墙体4之间布局设计时留有特定形状和尺寸的空腔7用以形成空腔7+降噪整体的复合降噪体系，空腔7的形状及尺寸可以根据降噪环境、降噪整体和要实现的降噪目的等因素决定。

Claims (10)

1.一种复合装饰一体化降噪装置，包括吸声层，其特征在于：所述吸声层外包覆有密封层，密封层包覆吸声层后连接固定板，吸声层、固定板和密封层三者之间固定连接作为降噪整体，降噪整体与墙体固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合装饰一体化降噪装置，其特征在于：所述降噪整体与墙体通过粘接砂浆和固定连接装置固定连接，粘接砂浆位于降噪整体和墙体之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种复合装饰一体化降噪装置，其特征在于：所述固定板设有多个贯穿孔，所述固定板位于吸声层的一侧或者相对两侧，固定板位于吸声层的一侧时，固定板位于吸声层远离墙体方向的一侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种复合装饰一体化降噪装置，其特征在于：所述固定连接装置为射钉式锚栓、传统锚栓、幕墙挂件、托帽排钉中的其中一种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种复合装饰一体化降噪装置，其特征在于：所述吸声层、固定板和密封层三者之间通过粘接剂粘接固定。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种复合装饰一体化降噪装置，其特征在于：所述粘接砂浆在降噪整体和墙体之间留有空腔。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合装饰一体化降噪装置，其特征在于：所述吸声层的材料为岩棉、玻璃丝绵、气凝胶、珍珠岩中的其中一种或多种组合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合装饰一体化降噪装置，其特征在于：所述密封层的材料为玻纤网布或吸声布薄膜。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合装饰一体化降噪装置，其特征在于：所述固定板的材料为玻镁板、硅酸钙板、水泥板、金属板、无机树脂板中的其中一种或多种组合。
10.一种如权利要求3所述的复合装饰一体化降噪装置的安装方法，其特征在于：吸声层用密封层包覆后再与固定板连接加紧，固定板开贯穿孔，吸声层、密封层和固定板使用粘接剂固定，固定板外部加工外观，吸声层、固定板与密封层作为一个降噪整体通过粘接砂浆和固定连接装置固定在墙体上，位于墙体和降噪整体之间的粘接砂浆留有空腔。
