本发明公开了一种一步法锦氨包覆丝工艺优化方法,包括以下工艺,在锦纶加弹机一侧加装退卷装置,利用退卷装置从氨纶丝饼上退卷的氨纶丝经两个氨纶导丝器引出,与经假捻器的锦纶丝一并喂入G2导盘,经合并后进入网络喷嘴进行粘合、再经G2.X导丝盘后送入卷绕机卷绕成锦氨包覆丝,其中,氨纶退绕装置加装在原丝架一侧,单锭独立控制开关,氨纶丝退绕采用施耐德变频及西门子PLC调速控制系统;氨纶丝拉伸借助锦纶加弹机上的G2导盘与氨纶退卷装置的速度差完成。该一步法锦氨包覆丝工艺优化方法使得锦氨包覆丝氨纶含量更加均匀,染色M率更高,优等定重更加准确,产品品质好。

一步法锦氨包覆丝工艺优化方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及聚酯纤维生产领域,具体讲是一种一步法锦氨包覆丝工艺优化方法。
背景技术:
现各厂家在一步法锦氨包覆丝生产过程中,氨纶丝的退卷常采用被动退卷,即利用外力把氨纶从丝饼上拉下来,这种退绕方法往往会使氨纶拉伸不均匀,氨纶拉伸不均匀,使生产出来的锦氨包覆丝各丝段中氨纶含量不均匀,使得丝的条干不均匀,弹性有差异,最终织出来的布,门幅不均匀,特别是和棉纱交织做成的牛仔布更明显。另外,由于氨纶含量的不同,丝束的收缩率不同,导致染色不一致,影响产品品质。还有,由于氨纶拉伸的不均匀,同样米长的氨纶拉伸后的长度不一致,使得同样米长的氨纶生产出的锦氨包覆丝长度不一样,最终影响产品的定重。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种使得锦氨包覆丝氨纶含量更加均匀,染色M率更高,优等定重更加准确,产品品质好的一步法锦氨包覆丝工艺优化方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种一步法锦氨包覆丝工艺优化方法,包括以下工艺,在锦纶加弹机一侧加装退卷装置,利用退卷装置从氨纶丝饼上退卷的氨纶丝经两个氨纶导丝器引出,与经假捻器的锦纶丝一并喂入G2导盘,经合并后进入网络喷嘴进行粘合、再经G2.X导丝盘后送入卷绕机卷绕成锦氨包覆丝,其中,氨纶退绕装置加装在原丝架一侧,单锭独立控制开关,氨纶丝退绕采用施耐德变频及西门子PLC调速控制系统;氨纶丝拉伸借助锦纶加弹机上的G2导盘与氨纶退卷装置的速度差完成;两个氨纶导丝器在丝路上采用45°斜角设置;工艺参数如下,热箱温度:180℃;D/Y:1.75;锦纶拉伸比:1.25;氨纶拉伸比:3.5;G2.X导丝盘超喂-6.9;卷绕超喂-6.2;网络喷嘴:1.4mm;网压:0.42Mpa;生产车间温度:25±3度;生产车间湿度:65%±5。
作为优选,一个锦纶丝配两到三个氨纶丝。
作为优选,退卷装置为288锭单锭独立控制开关,装有288个同步电机。
采用以上方案后与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:在现有的锦纶加弹机上加装氨纶退绕装置,实现锦氨包覆丝的生产,退卷装置为288锭单锭独立控制开关,装有288个同步电机,同步电机的驱动采用施耐德变频器及西门子PLC调速控制系统,生产时,同步电机带动转轴,使氨纶丝均匀、稳定地从丝饼上退卷下来,与已拉伸变形好的锦纶丝通过网络器复合,最终生产出锦氨包覆丝,加上工艺参数的优化,这种氨纶退卷方式生产出的锦氨包覆丝氨纶含量更加均匀,染色M率更高,优等定重更加准确,产品品质好。

下面就具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示,一种一步法锦氨包覆丝工艺优化方法,包括以下工艺,在锦纶加弹机一侧加装退卷装置1,利用退卷装置从氨纶丝饼2上退卷的氨纶丝3经两个氨纶导丝器4引出,与经假捻器5的锦纶丝6一并喂入G2导盘7,也叫二罗拉导盘,经合并后进入网络喷嘴8进行粘合、再经G2.X导丝盘9(辅助二罗拉导盘)后送入卷绕机卷绕成锦氨包覆丝10.其中,氨纶退绕装置加装在原丝架一侧,单锭独立控制开关,氨纶丝退绕采用施耐德变频及西门子PLC调速控制系统;氨纶丝拉伸借助锦纶加弹机上的G2导盘与氨纶退卷装置的速度差完成;两个氨纶导丝器在丝路上采用45°斜角设置;工艺参数如下,热箱温度:180℃;D/Y:1.75;锦纶拉伸比:1.25;氨纶拉伸比:3.5;G2.X导丝盘超喂-6.9;卷绕超喂-6.2;网络喷嘴:1.4mm;网压:0.42Mpa;生产车间温度:25±3度;生产车间湿度:65%±5。退卷装置为288锭单锭独立控制开关,装有288个同步电机,同步电机的驱动采用施耐德变频器及西门子PLC调速控制系统。
由于是在现有机台锦纶加弹机上做的改进以便可以一步法生产锦氨包覆丝,需确定氨纶丝的退绕装置加装的合适位置,经过反复试验研究,结合操作的方便性,退绕装置加装在锦纶加弹机的原丝架一侧,单锭独立控制开关,氨纶退绕采用施耐德变频及西门子PLC调速控制系统,使氨纶丝的喂入速度更加稳定、均匀;氨纶丝在假捻器与二罗拉导盘之间喂入,氨纶拉伸借助原机台上的二罗拉导盘与退卷装置的速度差完成;为了减少氨纶丝路上导丝器对氨纶的摩擦张力,丝路上的2个导丝器都采用45°斜角,避免直角拐弯增加丝束的张力;锦纶丝与氨纶丝的空气包覆在二罗拉导盘与辅助二罗拉导盘之间的网络器中完成,利用辅助二罗拉的超喂作用,降低丝束张力,从而提高网络点的牢度。一步法生产氨纶包覆丝时,如需定长定重生产时,为了减少浪费,必须做好锦纶与氨纶的配比工作,一般情况下,一个锦纶丝配二个或三个氨纶丝。
本发明生产出的锦氨包覆丝氨纶含量更加均匀,染色M率更高,优等定重更加准确,产品品质好。

1.一种一步法锦氨包覆丝工艺优化方法,其特征在于:包括以下工艺,在锦纶加弹机一侧加装退卷装置,利用退卷装置从氨纶丝饼上退卷的氨纶丝经两个氨纶导丝器引出,与经假捻器的锦纶丝一并喂入G2导盘,经合并后进入网络器的网络喷嘴进行粘合、再经G2.X导丝盘后送入卷绕机卷绕成锦氨包覆丝,其中,氨纶退绕装置加装在原丝架一侧,单锭独立控制开关,氨纶丝退绕采用施耐德变频及西门子PLC调速控制系统;氨纶丝拉伸借助锦纶加弹机上的G2导盘与氨纶退卷装置的速度差完成;两个氨纶导丝器在丝路上采用45°斜角设置;工艺参数如下,热箱温度:180℃;D/Y:1.75;锦纶拉伸比:1.25;氨纶拉伸比:3.5;G2.X导丝盘超喂-6.9;卷绕超喂-6.2;网络喷嘴:1.4mm;网压:0.42Mpa;生产车间温度:25±3度;生产车间湿度:65%±5。
