Abstract
本发明公开了一种防霉耐腐蚀芳香涂料的制备方法,将樟脑提取液等混合均匀高速搅拌,再加入纳米氧化锌粒子、氧化硼,低温烘干磨匀,将海泡石等混合均匀进行改性后,煅烧,将复合防霉剂溶解后与缓释载体混合,处理成粉末后再与羧甲基纤维素和壳聚糖粉碎再干燥成粉末,将适量的辅剂混合与聚氨酯与苯丙乳液球磨均匀即得防霉抗菌芳香涂料。本发明通过制备复合防霉剂,与改性后的载体进行搭配使用,制备的涂料具有绿色安全无毒害、防霉效果好、防霉时效长的特点,可降低空气中含菌密度,保证人体健康。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料加工领域,具体涉及一种防霉耐腐蚀芳香涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
樟脑为樟科植物樟的枝、干、叶及根部,经提炼制得的颗粒状结晶。樟脑具有通关窍、利滞气、辟秽浊、杀虫止痒、消肿止痛的功效,柠檬醛是中国规定允许使用的食用香料,可用于配制草莓、苹果、杏、甜橙、柠檬等水果型食用香精,,气味芳香,丁香油,为桃金娘科植物丁香的干燥花蕾经蒸馏所得的挥发油,为淡黄或无色得澄明油状物,有丁香的特殊芳香气。
发明内容
本发明提供一种防霉耐腐蚀芳香涂料的制备方法,本发明通过制备复合防霉剂,与改性后的载体进行搭配使用,制备的涂料具有绿色安全无毒害、防霉效果好、防霉时效长的特点,可降低空气中含菌密度,保证人体健康。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防霉耐腐蚀芳香涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)防霉剂的制备
a)将樟脑提取液、柠檬醛、丁香油混合均匀,加入适量的水进行混合均匀后,加入到搅拌机里,调整搅拌速度进行高速搅拌;
b)搅拌合适的时间后,再加入纳米氧化锌粒子、氧化硼,低温烘干调成糊状磨匀得到复合防霉剂;
(2)缓释载体
将海泡石、5A分子筛、埃洛石、麦饭石混合均匀,加入改性剂在40-90℃温度下进行充分反应后在温度为600-800℃煅烧50-70分钟;
(3)粉碎分散
a)将步骤(1)所得的复合防霉剂加入5-10倍量的清水,加入步骤(2)所得的缓释载体,低温浓缩,冷冻干燥后,粉碎成粉末;
b)将羧甲基纤维素和壳聚糖按适合分量进行混合后,加入清水进行溶解;
c)将粉碎后的粉末加入羧甲基纤维素和壳聚糖的混合溶液搅拌均匀,超声波分散,之后高速离心、脱水、烘干;
(4)辅剂的混合
称量适量的防沉剂、活性稀释剂、硅藻土、消泡剂和流平剂混合加入适量的水机械低速搅拌至固体完全溶解;
(5)制备涂料
将聚氨酯与苯丙乳液混合加入搅拌罐中,搅拌均匀后进行过滤后,再加入到球磨机与步骤(3)所得的粉末混合进行分散研磨,加入步骤(4)所得的辅料与高岭土、轻质碳酸钙再进行精细化加工,高速球磨直至体系均匀,黏度适中,即得防霉耐腐蚀芳香涂料。
所述的樟脑提取液为将樟脑切碎,加入清水进行煎煮提取,过滤后反复煎煮提取3-4次,过滤、合并煎煮液,浓缩即得。
所述改性剂为十二烷基三甲基氯化铵。
所述的消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂、矿物油类消泡剂或其组合。
本发明的优点是:
本发明将樟脑提取液等混合均匀高速搅拌,再加入纳米氧化锌粒子、氧化硼,低温烘干磨匀,将海泡石等混合均匀进行改性后,煅烧,将复合防霉剂溶解后与缓释载体混合,处理成粉末后再与羧甲基纤维素和壳聚糖粉碎再干燥成粉末,将适量的辅剂混合与聚氨酯与苯丙乳液球磨均匀即得防霉抗菌芳香涂料。以樟脑等制得的提取液复配丁香油、纳米氧化锌粒子等有效成分,具有良好的灭菌性与防霉性,且具有绿色安全无毒害、防霉效果好、防霉时效长的特点,海泡土等具有吸附性,作为防霉剂的载体,可达到缓释的作用,能有效改善室内空气质量,在改性剂中由于长链烷基的存在,使得混合粉末具有亲油性,同时进行煅烧处理后,可最大限度的暴露吸附孔径,可主动吸附有毒气体,能带动空气流动,具有杀菌功能,添加到涂料中可以使得涂料具有抗菌作用,降低空气中含菌密度,保证人体健康。本发明通过制备复合防霉剂,与改性后的载体进行搭配使用,制备的涂料具有绿色安全无毒害、防霉效果好、防霉时效长的特点,可降低空气中含菌密度,保证人体健康。
具体实施方式
一种防霉耐腐蚀芳香涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)防霉剂的制备
a)将樟脑提取液、柠檬醛、丁香油混合均匀,加入适量的水进行混合均匀后,加入到搅拌机里,调整搅拌速度进行高速搅拌;
b)搅拌合适的时间后,再加入纳米氧化锌粒子、氧化硼,低温烘干调成糊状磨匀得到复合防霉剂;
(2)缓释载体
将海泡石、5A分子筛、埃洛石、麦饭石混合均匀,加入改性剂在40-90℃温度下进行充分反应后在温度为600-800℃煅烧50-70分钟;
(3)粉碎分散
a)将步骤(1)所得的复合防霉剂加入5-10倍量的清水,加入步骤(2)所得的缓释载体,低温浓缩,冷冻干燥后,粉碎成粉末;
b)将羧甲基纤维素和壳聚糖按适合分量进行混合后,加入清水进行溶解;
c)将粉碎后的粉末加入羧甲基纤维素和壳聚糖的混合溶液搅拌均匀,超声波分散,之后高速离心、脱水、烘干;
(4)辅剂的混合

Claims (4)
1.一种防霉耐腐蚀芳香涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)防霉剂的制备
a)将樟脑提取液、柠檬醛、丁香油混合均匀,加入适量的水进行混合均匀后,加入到搅拌机里,调整搅拌速度进行高速搅拌;
b)搅拌合适的时间后,再加入纳米氧化锌粒子、氧化硼,低温烘干调成糊状磨匀得到复合防霉剂;
(2)缓释载体
将海泡石、5A分子筛、埃洛石、麦饭石混合均匀,加入改性剂在40-90℃温度下进行充分反应后在温度为600-800℃煅烧50-70分钟;
(3)粉碎分散

2.根据权利要求1一种防霉耐腐蚀芳香涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的樟脑提取液为将樟脑切碎,加入清水进行煎煮提取,过滤后反复煎煮提取3-4次,过滤、合并煎煮液,浓缩即得。
3.根据权利要求1一种防霉耐腐蚀芳香涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述改性剂为十二烷基三甲基氯化铵。
4.根据权利要求1一种防霉耐腐蚀芳香涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂、矿物油类消泡剂或其组合。
