一种奥粘过滤陶粒及制作方法,由凹凸棒土、木炭粉、粘土(红壤土)、瓷泥、硅藻土这五种原料制配而成,其特征在于:它的重量组份为凹凸棒土20-35,木炭粉2-5,瓷泥3-5,粘土35-70,硅藻土7-15,其最佳主量组份是:凹凸土28,木炭粉2,粘土58,瓷泥3,硅藻土13,其工艺是:配料——粉碎——搅拌——团粒——烘干——烧结等工序,粉碎度为0.15-2.25mm,加水团粒后,烘干温度为80~120℃,烧结温度为900~1200℃。其优点:1、原料易得;2、制作工艺简单,3、重量轻、微孔多,过滤效果好;4、能广泛应用于工业废水过滤。

背景技术
以前,用作过滤陶粒的材料主要是以瓷泥为主要原料,这种以瓷泥制作的过滤陶粒在烧结过程中,易于瓷化, 从而影响过滤效果,且重量大。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种重量轻,微孔多,过滤效果 好的过滤陶粒及制作方法。
本发明的发明要点在于采用凹凸棒土、木炭粉、粘土(红 壤土)、瓷泥、硅藻土这五种原料,经过有机的配制及烧结 而制成。其配制工艺是经过配料——粉碎——搅拌——团粒——烘干——烧结等工序。
本发明的原料重量组份是:
凹凸棒土20-35,木炭粉2-5,瓷泥3-5,粘土35-70, 硅藻土7-15。
其最佳重量组份是:凹凸棒土28,木炭粉2,粘土58, 瓷泥3,硅藻土13。
本发明的优点在于:1、原料易得;2、制作工艺简单; 3、重量轻、微孔多,过滤效果好;4、能广泛应用于工业废 水过滤。
本发明的目的由下列实施例给出:
首先,按重量组份凹凸棒土28,木炭粉2,粉土58, 瓷泥3,硅藻土13进行配料,然后经粉碎——搅拌——团 粒——烘干——烧结等工序,待冷却后则可包装待用。
粉碎度为0.15-2.25mm(120目~140目),加水团粒后, 烘干温度为80~120℃,烧结温度为900-1200℃。
