技术领域
本专利涉及陶瓷制品技术领域,具体来说就是一种吸水性强的功能性多孔陶瓷踏脚砖,同时提供这种功能性多孔陶瓷踏脚砖的制备方法。
背景技术
传统的布艺、塑料类脚垫涉及化工、纺织、印染等行业,在制作的过程中易产生污染,而且使用后的废物也会对环境产生污染。同时传统的布艺、塑料类脚垫在使用过程中易滋生细菌、发霉,影响人体健康,且不易清洗。由于传统的布艺、塑料类脚垫并不具备良好的吸水性,长时间使用会产生刺鼻的味道。
目前市场上流行的一些硅藻土脚垫,如中国专利申请2015105692893公开的“一种吸水性强的抗菌陶瓷制品及其制备方法”,抗菌陶瓷制品的原料质量百分比组成为:200-300目的硅藻土30-60%,300-500目的粘土18-30%,200-300目的氧化钙5-15%,200-300目的氧化铝15-30%。其是采用低温粘结剂粘结,为了达到踩踏强度,必须加入较多的粘结剂,导致材料的吸水孔数量大大减少,因此材料的吸水性较差;且该类脚垫表面强度较差,在清洗时容易脱落,影响外观和使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于制备出一种全新的功能性多孔陶瓷踏脚砖,拼装成脚垫,该产品能够迅速吸干人体皮肤表面的水分,给人以干爽、舒适的生活,并起到防滑的作用,而且表面强度高,使用寿命长,同时具有轻便、不易滋生细菌、不易发霉和易清洗等优点。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:一种功能性多孔陶瓷踏脚砖,包括坯体和坯体表面的陶瓷装饰料,其特征在于:
坯体的各组份原料的重量配比为:
硅藻土 10μm-100μm 30-70份
苏州土 10μm-40μm 10-40份
硅微粉 10μm-40μm 5-10份
长石 10μm-40μm 5-10份
碳酸钙 10μm-40μm 5-15份
上述组份重量为100份,以此为基准,外加:
聚乙烯醇 工业级 0.5-2份
水 80-120份;
陶瓷装饰料的组分原料的重量配比为:
长石 10μm-40μm 40-80份
苏州土 10μm-40μm 10-40份
碳酸钙 10μm-40μm 5-15份
硅微粉 10μm-40μm 5-10份
上述组份重量为100份,以此为基准,外加:
陶瓷色料 1-5份
水 100-120;
制备方法是分别将坯体、陶瓷装饰料的各组份按配比球磨混合成浆料,将坯体浆料喷雾造粒,陈腐后制成坯体,再在坯体上喷涂陶瓷装饰料浆料,烘干后烧成。
制备坯体浆料时,将坯体各组份球磨混合10-20h,球磨完后对浆料进行除铁,过100目筛后放入搅拌池备用。
进一步,制备坯体时,采用压力泵将坯体浆料输送到喷雾造粒塔中,喷雾造粒塔的进口温度控制在350-380℃,出口温度控制在140-160℃,造粒好的料过40-60目振动筛,装袋,然后陈腐24-48小时以上方可使用。
作为优选,制备坯体时,采用液压机成型坯体,成型压力为7-15MPa。
作为优选,陶瓷装饰料的各组分混合球磨制备浆料,混合时间为24-48h,过180-200目筛后,采用喷涂的方式将浆料喷涂到踏脚砖坯体表面,然后放在烘箱内恒温40-60℃下干燥10min以上。
作为优选,产品最后的烧成,烧成时间为15-24h,烧成温度控制在1150-1250℃之间。
配方中的硅藻土,其自带的细孔能提供很好的吸水性能;碳酸钙的加入,在烧成时产生一部分气体在坯体内部形成气孔;喷雾造粒料相互堆积,在成型时用相对低的压力成型,无法压碎又能提供一部分堆积孔。因此,采用此类配方、工艺制备出的陶瓷踏脚砖具有非常高的吸水率,拼装成脚垫后性能上远大于市场上的硅藻土脚垫。
在脚垫的坯体上喷涂不同颜色的陶瓷装饰料,陶瓷装饰料不仅可以使脚垫更加美观,同时它使得脚垫表面具有很好的强度,使得产品更加耐脏,且清洗的时候可直接用毛刷清洗,不易脱落,使产品更加耐用。
本发明有益效果:本发明以硅藻土为主要原料配比其它陶瓷料,采用陶瓷的制备方法,制备出新型的功能性多孔陶瓷踏脚砖,然后拼装成陶瓷脚垫,其具备吸湿、防滑、轻便、不易滋生细菌、不易发霉、易清洗、污染小且强度好等优点。和传统的布艺、塑料类脚垫相比,是一种全新的体验,随着该类产品的不断发展,必将带来居家生活的变革,也必将推动相关行业的发展。同时多孔陶瓷踏脚砖在制造过程不会污染环境,且其废弃物可以重复利用。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种功能性多孔陶瓷踏脚砖及其制备具体方法如下:
(1) 坯体各原料组分按重量的配比为:(份)
将上述各组份经球磨混合均匀10-20h,除铁过100目筛后放入搅拌池备用,采用压力泵将搅拌池内的浆料输送到喷雾造粒塔中,喷雾造粒塔的进口温度控制在350-380℃,出口温度控制在140-160℃,造粒好的料过40-60目振动筛,装袋,然后陈腐24-48小时以上,然后在自动液压机上7-15MPa成型制得坯体;
(2)陶瓷装饰料浆料的重量配方为:(份)
将上述各组分混合球磨制备浆料,混合时间为24-48h,过180-200目筛后,采用喷涂的方式将浆料喷涂到踏脚砖坯体表面,然后放在烘箱内恒温40-60℃下干燥10min以上;
(3)干燥后的产品装入窑具内进行烧成,烧成时间为15-24h,烧成温度控制在1150-1250℃之间。
上述原料中,硅藻土粒度选择10μm-100μm,苏州土、硅微粉、长石、碳酸钙粒度均选择 10μm-40μm。
制备出的踏脚砖性能:吸水率45.1%,耐压强度40.5MPa,在吸水率和强度方面远高于国内其他脚垫类产品。
