Abstract
本发明公开一种橡胶输送带,具体是指一种适用于耐油的橡胶输送带。本发明包括包括覆盖胶、底层胶,其特征在于覆盖胶内放置有溶胀胶,在覆盖胶与底层胶之间放置缓冲胶,在缓冲胶内置有钢丝绳。本发明的优点是在长时间连续运行情况下,可以保障原有的机械强度,防止变形,提高输送带的使用寿命和效率。通过以上结构特点的设计,当覆盖胶与油接触时也可长时间保持输送带的耐油性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种橡胶输送带,具体是指一种适用于耐油的橡胶输送带。
背景技术
在我国有大量油田开采,而在油田开采过程中所使用的输送带必然会接触到油砂、油污等,由于输送带本身也是橡胶等有机物为主要成份,在输送带的使用过程中必然有产生热而导致输送带的性能的影响。
目前普通输送带在输送油砂时,油砂极易粘在带上,还有会粘在滑轮等部件上。若在输送带上粘接有一层油渍,则会大量降低输送带的使用效率,目前所采取的措施是在输送带上撒上一些粉料,保证输送物料时不会影响传输。
同时,由于橡胶输送带本身是天然橡胶或丁苯橡胶等作为表面的覆盖层,与油渍等物质极易产生相溶性,从而会影响到输送带的磨损,甚至会出现变形等,一旦出现变形,则最终导致输送带的使用寿命降低,甚至会出现机械故障等各种问题。
我国在油田开采中会产生大量的油砂,通常油砂中含有6%-18%的沥青,0-10%的水和大量的矿物质。由于墅外作业,所以输送带所处的温度变化很大,在夏季温度高达40度,甚至更高。另外,输送带在运行过程中也会产生大量的热量,需要将这些热量散发出来,否则容易造成输送带的发热、变更,容易老化等问题。目前我国使用的输送带中的覆盖胶用含丙烯腈26%的丁腈橡胶制备而成,但这种覆盖胶的耐油性差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种结构简单,可有有效保障输送带不易变形、延长输送带使用寿命的结构设计,并对材料的成份进行了适当的调整,以适当输送带的特定使用场合。
本发明是通过下述技术方案得以实现的:
一种耐油输送带,包括覆盖胶、底层胶,其特征在于覆盖胶内放置有溶胀胶,在覆盖胶与底层胶之间放置缓冲胶,在缓冲胶内置有钢丝绳。在本申请中,通过在覆盖胶中加入溶胀胶,可以有效保障覆盖胶接触油渍后,不会出现严重的溶胀现象,保持输送带的外形结构的整体形状,进而确保机械性能。钢丝绳的作用还是确保机械强度,保持一定的数量和钢丝绳的粗细即可,一般不会直接接触到油渍。其中,覆盖胶的质量组成:
防老剂为:4,4'一双(2,2-二甲基苄基)二苯胺、N-N'-二苯基-对苯二胺、N-苯基-N'-异丙基-对苯二胺、N-苯基-N`-环己基对苯二胺、或N-苯基-β-萘胺中的一种;增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯或邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯;
缓冲胶的质量组成:
防老剂为:4,4'一双(2,2-二甲基苄基)二苯胺、N-N'-二苯基-对苯二胺、N-苯基-N'-异丙基-对苯二胺、N-苯基-N`-环己基对苯二胺、或N-苯基-β-萘胺中的一种。
作为优选,上述一种耐油输送带中覆盖胶与缓冲胶放置有中间胶层。放置中间胶层的目的是可以实现一个多层次的效果,不会因某一层面的龟裂而直接导致整个输送带的裂痕,中间胶层的厚度不应过大,一般为缓冲胶层厚度的2/3左右即可。为了更好实现上述目的,在缓冲胶的两侧分别放置中间胶层,中间胶层的高度为缓冲胶高度的65-70%。
中间胶层的质量组成:
防老剂为:4,4'一双(2,2-二甲基苄基)二苯胺、N-N'-二苯基-对苯二胺、N-苯基-N'-异丙基-对苯二胺、N-苯基-N`-环己基对苯二胺、或N-苯基-β-萘胺中的一种。
作为优选,上述一种耐油输送带中缓冲胶的两侧分别放置中间胶层,中间胶层的高度为缓冲胶高度的65-70%;
缓冲胶(4)的质量组成:
防老剂为:4,4'一双(2,2-二甲基苄基)二苯胺。
作为优选,上述一种耐油输送带中溶胀胶的高度占覆盖胶的高度的50-70%。
作为优选,上述一种耐油输送带中覆盖胶是由含丙烯腈15—18%的丁腈橡胶制备而成。
有益效果:本发明的输送带在长时间连续运行情况下,可以保障原有的机械强度,防止变形,提高输送带的使用寿命和效率。通过以上结构特点的设计,当覆盖胶与油接触时也可长时间保持输送带的耐油性。

下面结合附图,对本发明的实施作具体说明
实施例1
如附图1所示,制作一种耐油输送带,包括覆盖胶1、底层胶5,其中覆盖胶1内放置有溶胀胶2,在覆盖胶1与底层胶5之间放置缓冲胶4,在缓冲胶4内置有钢丝绳6。
其中,覆盖胶的质量组成:
防老剂为:N-N'-二苯基-对苯二胺;增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯;
缓冲胶的质量组成:
防老剂为:4,4'一双(2,2-二甲基苄基)二苯胺。
在本实施例中,输送带在长时间连续运行情况下,可以保障原有的机械强度,防止变形,提高输送带的使用寿命和效率,相比于普通输送带,本实施例中的输送带的使用寿命有延长30%左右,也较少出现机械故障。
该输送带的覆盖胶最好使用含丙烯腈质量分数超过20%以上时,橡胶的耐油性好,溶胀橡胶层最好使用和覆盖胶层相同的丁腈橡胶。
实施例2
如附图1、图2所示,一种耐油输送带,包括覆盖胶1、底层胶5,其中覆盖胶1内放置有溶胀胶2,在覆盖胶1与底层胶5之间放置缓冲胶4,在缓冲胶4内置有钢丝绳6;覆盖胶1与缓冲胶4放置有中间胶层3;在缓冲胶4的两侧分别放置中间胶层3,中间胶层3的高度为缓冲胶4高度的66%;溶胀胶2的高度占覆盖胶1的高度的60%。

防老剂为:4,4'一双(2,2-二甲基苄基)二苯胺;中间胶层3的质量组成:
防老剂为:N-N'-二苯基-对苯二胺;
本实施例同样具有良好的使用效果。

1.一种耐油输送带,包括覆盖胶(1)、底层胶(5),其特征在于覆盖胶(1)内放置有溶胀胶(2),在覆盖胶(1)与底层胶(5)之间放置缓冲胶(4),在缓冲胶(4)内置有钢丝绳(6);
其中,覆盖胶(1)的质量组成:
防老剂为:4,4'一双(2,2-二甲基苄基)二苯胺、N-N'-二苯基-对苯二胺、N-苯基-N'-异丙基-对苯二胺、N-苯基-N`-环己基对苯二胺、或N-苯基-β-萘胺中的一种;增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯或邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯;
缓冲胶(4)的质量组成:
防老剂为:4,4'一双(2,2-二甲基苄基)二苯胺、N-N'-二苯基-对苯二胺、N-苯基-N'-异丙基-对苯二胺、N-苯基-N`-环己基对苯二胺、或N-苯基-β-萘胺中的一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐油输送带,其特征在于,覆盖胶(1)与缓冲胶(4)放置有中间胶层(3);

防老剂为:4,4'一双(2,2-二甲基苄基)二苯胺、N-N'-二苯基-对苯二胺、N-苯基-N'-异丙基-对苯二胺、N-苯基-N`-环己基对苯二胺、或N-苯基-β-萘胺中的一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种耐油输送带,其特征在于,在缓冲胶(4)的两侧分别放置中间胶层(3),中间胶层(3)的高度为缓冲胶(4)高度的65-70%;
缓冲胶(4)的质量组成:
防老剂为:4,4'一双(2,2-二甲基苄基)二苯胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐油输送带,其特征在于,溶胀胶(2)的高度占覆盖胶(1)的高度的50-70%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐油输送带,其特征在于,覆盖胶(1)是由含丙烯腈15—18%的丁腈橡胶制备而成。
