本发明涉及一种特殊的拼接式砂轮，所述砂轮由四块扇形拼接砂轮构成，每块所述扇形拼接砂轮由内部的扇形内轮廓、外部的扇形外轮廓以及连接扇形内轮廓和扇形外轮廓的边线构成，所述扇形内轮廓上设有中心定位轴孔，所述一侧边线处设有向外的拼接凸槽，对应的另一侧边线处设有向内的拼接凹槽，所述拼接凸槽和拼接凹槽上均设有对应的安装孔，所述扇形外轮廓内设有凹槽，所述凹槽内拼接有向外延伸的磨削层，所述磨削层与扇形拼接砂轮之间通过螺栓固定。优点是：扇形拼接砂轮的边线处对应的设有向外的凸槽和向内的凹槽，便于安装；而扇形拼接砂轮的扇形外轮廓还固定有磨削层，在使用的时候，即可整体更换扇形拼接砂轮也可只对磨削层进行更换，节省了成本。

本发明涉及砂轮技术领域，尤其涉及一种特殊的拼接式砂轮。
背景技术
砂轮是一种比较常见的固结磨具，主要用于对金属或非金属工件的外圆、内圆、平面及其他型面进行粗磨、半精磨以及开槽和切断等操作。现有技术中的砂轮工作室，高速旋转的砂轮与被加工的工件接触，并施加压力，从而产生摩擦，形成磨削的目的，而现有的砂轮在使用过程中，会对表面造成磨损，影响被加工工件的加工质量，需要对砂轮进行及时的更换，但是如果对整个砂轮进行更换，势必会造成成本的增加。
因此，需要寻求一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。

本发明的目的是：提供一种改进的砂轮。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种特殊的拼接式砂轮，所述砂轮由四块扇形拼接砂轮构成，每块所述扇形拼接砂轮由内部的扇形内轮廓、外部的扇形外轮廓以及连接扇形内轮廓和扇形外轮廓的边线构成，所述扇形内轮廓上设有中心定位轴孔，所述一侧边线处设有向外的拼接凸槽，对应的另一侧边线处设有向内的拼接凹槽，所述拼接凸槽和拼接凹槽上均设有对应的安装孔，所述扇形外轮廓内设有凹槽，所述凹槽内拼接有向外延伸的磨削层，所述磨削层与扇形拼接砂轮之间通过螺栓固定。
所述扇形拼接砂轮内设有冷却腔，所述扇形拼接砂轮上设有活塞。
所述扇形拼接砂轮的轮面上设有加强筋。
在上述技术方案中，与现有技术相比，达到的有益效果是：砂轮由四个扇形拼接砂轮构成，且扇形拼接砂轮的边线处对应的设有向外的凸槽和向内的凹槽，便于安装；而扇形拼接砂轮的扇形外轮廓还固定有磨削层，在使用的时候，即可整体更换扇形拼接砂轮也可只对磨削层进行更换，节省了成本；扇形拼接砂轮内设有冷却腔，内可灌制冷却液，保证了砂轮的散热；轮面上的加强筋可增加其强度。

如图1所述，本发明的一种特殊的拼接式砂轮，所述砂轮由四块扇形拼接砂轮1构成，每块所述扇形拼接砂轮1由内部的扇形内轮廓2、外部的扇形外轮廓3以及连接扇形内轮廓2和扇形外轮廓3的边线4构成，所述扇形内轮廓2上设有中心定位轴孔5，所述一侧边线3处设有向外的拼接凸槽6，对应的另一侧边线4处设有向内的拼接凹槽7，所述拼接凸槽6和拼接凹槽7上均设有对应的安装孔8，所述扇形外轮廓3内设有凹槽9，所述凹槽9内拼接有向外延伸的磨削层10，所述磨削层10与扇形拼接砂轮1之间通过螺栓11固定。
所述扇形拼接砂轮1内设有冷却腔12，所述扇形拼接砂轮1上设有活塞13。
所述扇形拼接砂轮1的轮面上设有加强筋14。
在上述技术方案中，与现有技术相比，达到的有益效果是：砂轮由四个扇形拼接砂轮1构成，且扇形拼接砂轮1的边线4处对应的设有向外的凸槽6和向内的凹槽7，便于安装；而扇形拼接砂轮1的扇形外轮廓3还固定有磨削层10，在使用的时候，即可整体更换扇形拼接砂轮1也可只对磨削层10进行更换，节省了成本；扇形拼接砂轮1内设有冷却腔12，内可灌制冷却液，保证了砂轮的散热；轮面上的加强筋14可增加其强度。
