本发明具体涉及一种管道焊接装置,包括支架,所述支架底部设有移动机构,所述支架上对称设有两支撑柱,所述支撑柱顶部均设有滚轮,所述滚轮与支撑柱转动连接。通过设置的两支撑柱和滚轮,从而能够实现对管道的支撑,同时又能在管道进行焊接时对其进行翻转,从而大大提高了管道的焊接速率。

本发明具体涉及一种管道焊接装置。
背景技术
焊接:也称作熔接、镕接,是一种以加热、高温或者高压的方式接合金属或其他热塑性材料如塑料的制造工艺及技术。现代焊接的能量来源有很多种,包括气体焰、电弧、激光、电子束、摩擦和超声波等。而管道在焊接时由于其管径较大,所以在进行焊接时,需要人工进行位置的调节,从而才能保证管道焊接的质量,但是在操作时,需要进行位置的调节,有时还需要趴在地面上对其进行焊接,这样劳动强度较大,且焊接不方便。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种焊接方便的管道焊接装置。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种管道焊接装置,包括支架,所述支架底部设有移动机构,所述支架上对称设有两支撑柱,所述支撑柱顶部均设有滚轮,所述滚轮与支撑柱转动连接。
如上所述的一种管道焊接装置,进一步说明为,所述移动机构为万向轮,所述万向轮上均设有锁定装置。
如上所述的一种管道焊接装置,进一步说明为,所述滚轮外套设有防滑套,所述防滑套采用橡胶材质制成。
如上所述的一种管道焊接装置,进一步说明为,所述支撑柱与支架之间设有多个加强板。
本发明的有益效果是:通过设置的两支撑柱和滚轮,从而能够实现对管道的支撑,同时又能在管道进行焊接时对其进行翻转,从而大大提高了管道的焊接速率。

下面结合附图对本发明实施方式做进一步的阐述。
如图1所示,本实施例提供的一种管道焊接装置,包括支架1,所述支架1底部设有移动机构,通过设置的移动机构,能使该装置的移动更加方便,具体的所述移动机构可以设置为万向轮4,所述万向轮4上均设有锁定装置5。
所述支架1上对称设有两支撑柱2,所述支撑柱2顶部均设有滚轮3,所述滚轮3与支撑柱2转动连接。通过设置的两支撑柱2和滚轮3,从而能够实现对管道的支撑,同时又能在管道进行焊接时对其进行翻转,从而大大提高了管道的焊接速率,作为优选,为了提高支撑柱2的结构强度,可以在所述支撑柱2与支架1之间设有多个加强板7。
为了避免管道在滚轮3上进行翻转时,对其表面进行损坏,可以在所述滚轮3外套设有防滑套6,所述防滑套6采用橡胶材质制成。
