As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, the material sorting mechanism provided by this embodiment includes a material conveying belt 1 and a waste material channel 2, the material conveying belt 1 is connected at the discharging end of the detector, the two lateral sides of the material conveying belt 1 are respectively provided with an initial side and a limit side, a push plate 4 is installed at the initial side, the limit side is communicated with the waste material channel 2, and the push plate 4 is respectively provided with a static state and a moving state, so that the push plate 4 can be kept static at the initial side or moved between the initial side and the limit side. In particular, the pusher 4 has a lateral pushing path and a return path when moving, so as to push laterally and return between the initial side and the extreme side of the material conveyor 1.
When the push plate 4 is static at the initial side of the material conveying belt 1, as shown in fig. 1, if the product on the material conveying belt 1 is qualified, the push plate 4 keeps a static state; if the product on the material conveying belt 1 is unqualified and the unqualified product 3 is in the delay period, the push plate 4 is also kept in a static state temporarily until the delay period is finished.
As shown in fig. 2, the pusher 4 moves from the initial side to the extreme side along the traverse path during the traverse to quickly push the products 3 identified as defective by the detector into the waste channel 2 and to feed the defective products into the waste conveyor 12 through the waste channel 2; as shown in fig. 3, the push plate 4 moves from the extreme side to the initial side of the material conveyor belt 1 along the reset path when being reset, and in this embodiment, the reset path is preferably higher than the transverse push path, so that the push plate 4 is lifted to a certain height to ensure that the push plate 4 does not contact with the product on the material conveyor belt 1.
The mechanism can continuously and uninterruptedly sort each product detected by the detector, and for the product judged to be qualified by the detector, the push plate 4 is static at the initial side of the material conveying belt 1, so that the qualified product is put through, and is driven by the material conveying belt 1 to enter the subsequent working procedures; to judging unqualified product 3 by the detector, this mechanism can utilize the delay period to make push pedal 4 keep quiescent condition to wait for behind unqualified product 3 reachs the entry position of waste material passageway 2, in transversely pushing away the direct waste material passageway 2 of pushing away of the material conveyer belt 1 of unqualified product 3 through push pedal 4, and can not disturb subsequent product when push pedal 4 resets and pass through, need not the shut down when guaranteeing that this mechanism carries out continuous waste material screening to a plurality of products. Compared with the prior art, the mechanism is simpler in structure, production cost can be reduced, working efficiency can be improved, and economic benefits can be improved to the maximum extent under reasonable cost control conditions.
In order to provide reliable driving force for the movement of the push plate 4, preferably, the push plate 4 is installed on the initial side of the material conveying belt 1 through a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism comprises a driving cylinder 5 and a piston rod 13, the driving cylinder 5 is hinged on the initial side of the material conveying belt 1, one end of the piston rod 13 is sleeved in the driving cylinder 5 and can move in a telescopic mode along the driving cylinder 5, and the other end of the piston rod is connected with the push plate 4 through a driving shaft 6.
In order to accurately and reliably limit the transverse pushing posture and the moving track of the push plate 4, preferably, a guide column 10 is vertically connected to the push plate 4, the guide column 10 is connected with a path plate 7, and the path plate 7 is used for respectively providing path guidance for a transverse pushing path and a resetting path of the push plate 4; preferably, the guide post 10 sets up at the top of push pedal 4, and the top and the bottom of guide post 10 are connected respectively on path board 7 to it is spacing through the both ends to guide post 10, thereby guarantee that push pedal 4 keeps upright state when removing, can utilize the surface of push pedal 4 and produce the face contact between the unqualified product 3, thereby adopt the most laborsaving violently push away the angle and push in waste material passageway 2 with unqualified product.
In order to provide more accurate path guidance for the push plate 4, preferably, the path plate 7 includes a limiting frame 71 and a driving slider 74, a driving rail for providing path guidance is provided on a side surface of the limiting frame 71, and the driving slider 74 is connected with the guide post 10 and can slide in the driving rail to drive the push plate 4 to move along the transverse pushing path or the resetting path; in order to prevent the driving slider 74 from derailing, a sealing plate 78 is further provided outside the driving rail, and a sealing rail having the same track as the driving rail is provided on the sealing plate 78, but the width of the sealing rail is smaller than that of the driving rail, so that the outer edge of the driving slider 74 can be sealed in the driving rail without interfering with the path of the driving slider 74.
The drive track of this embodiment is including setting up initial end and the extreme end on the initial side and the extreme side of material conveyer belt 1 respectively, it has flat section 72 and the section of reseing 73 to communicate respectively between this drive track's initial end and the extreme end, flat section 72 level that pushes away sets up, do not overlap between section 73 and the flat section 72 that pushes away, thereby make push pedal 4 violently push away and reset under drive slider 74's drive, and push pedal 4 violently push away the route and reset the route not the same route, and then make push pedal 4's removal route be one-way circulative route.
As shown in fig. 6 to 12, in order to prevent the driving slider 74 from being mistakenly inserted into the horizontal pushing section 72 during resetting and cause the pushing plate 4 during resetting to push the product transversely and reversely away from the material conveying belt 1, a reverse turning plate 75 capable of turning in one direction is preferably arranged at the extreme end of the driving track, the reverse turning plate 75 is hinged with the extreme end through a connecting rod 76, and the reverse turning plate 75 is used for guiding the driving slider 74 into the resetting section 73 when the driving slider 74 moves from the extreme end to the initial end.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, when the initial end of the driving slider 74 starts to slide to the limit end through the horizontal pushing section 72, the driving slider 74 and the turning plate 75 are not in contact with each other, so that the turning plate 75 is naturally overlapped at the bottom of the horizontal pushing section 72 under the action of gravity; as shown in fig. 7, when the driving slider 74 passes through the turning plate 75, the turning plate 75 is pushed forward by the driving slider 74, so that the driving slider 74 is pushed by the connecting rod 76 to be lifted relative to the limit end, so that the driving slider 74 can enter the limit end in the forward direction; as shown in fig. 8 and 9, when the driving slider 74 reaches the limit end, the flap 75 is no longer pushed by the driving slider 74 and falls back to the bottom of the horizontal pushing section 72 again under the action of gravity, at this time, the front surface of the flap 75 forms a guide channel communicated with the resetting section 73, and the back surface of the flap 75 faces the horizontal pushing section 72, so that a blocking plate of the horizontal pushing section 72 is formed by the flap 75; as shown in fig. 10 and 11, when the material conveying belt is reset, the driving slider 74 slides into the reset section 73 through the guide channel, so as to drive the pushing plate 4 to rise, so that the pushing plate 4 is not in contact with the product on the material conveying belt 1, that is, the height difference between the bottom of the pushing plate 4 and the surface of the material conveying belt 1 is greater than the height of the product; as shown in fig. 12, the driving slider 74 passes through the reset section 73 and then falls back to the initial end, thereby completing one cycle of the moving path of the push plate 4.
It should be noted that the driving path of the present embodiment may be set to be trapezoidal or polygonal, besides the above-mentioned horizontal D-shape, as long as the bottom of the driving path is ensured to be provided with the horizontal pushing section 72; similarly, the resetting section 73 can be set as a multi-segment line or a curve, so long as the resetting section 73 is ensured not to coincide with the horizontal pushing section 72, and other intersection points are not available except for the end points at the two ends, so that the push plate 4 can be ensured not to fall back to the horizontal pushing height when resetting, and the interference of the push plate 4 on subsequent products on the material conveying belt 1 is prevented.
The limiting frame 71 of this embodiment further includes a limiting slide way 77 disposed on the upper portion of the driving rail, a slidable limiting slide block 11 is disposed in the limiting slide way 77, and the guide post 10 is sleeved in the limiting slide block 11 and can vertically slide in the limiting slide block 11, so that when the push plate 4 is laterally pushed and reset, the posture of the push plate 4 is ensured to be kept upright by the vertical movement of the guide post 10; a return spring 9 is arranged between the driving sliding block 74 and the limiting sliding block 11, and the return spring 9 is sleeved outside the guide post 10, so that reliable pressure in the vertical direction is provided for transverse pushing and resetting of the push plate 4 by utilizing the telescopic force of the return spring 9.
In the limiting frame 71, the driving track is connected with the bottom of the guide post 10 through the driving slide block 74, the limiting slide way 77 is connected with the top of the guide post 10 through the limiting slide block 11, and the bottom of the guide post 10 is connected with the push plate 4, due to the cooperative limiting action of the two ends of the guide post 10, the push plate 4 can keep a vertical state when moving, and can be guaranteed to be accurately limited, so that the pushing reliability of the push plate 4 to a product is improved.
When the driving slide block 74 stays at the initial end, the pushing plate 4 can be driven to keep still at the initial side of the material conveying belt 1, at the moment, the piston rod 13 of the driving mechanism retracts in the driving cylinder 5, the driving slide block 74 is located at the initial end of the driving path, and the return spring 9 outside the guide post 10 is in a natural state, so that the return spring 9 does not apply elasticity to the guide post 10, preferably, the pushing plate 4 at the moment is in contact with the material conveying belt 1 or the gap between the pushing plate 4 and the material conveying belt 1 is not larger than half of the height of a product, so that the pushing plate 4 can be convenient to apply force when transversely pushing the product, and the pushing plate 4.
When the driving slide block 74 moves from the initial end to the limit end along the horizontal pushing section 72, the pushing plate 4 can be driven to transversely push on the material conveying belt 1 along the transverse pushing path, and the top end of the guide post 10 synchronously pushes the limiting slide block 11 to transversely slide in the limiting slide way 77; in other words, when the push plate 4 is pushed laterally, the piston rod 13 of the driving mechanism extends outward, and the driving cylinder 5 is in a horizontal state, the piston rod 13 pushes the push rod to push laterally, so as to drive the driving slider 74 to move from the initial end of the driving path to the limit end along the horizontal pushing section 72, and at the same time, the top of the guide post 10 pushes the limit slider 11 to slide in the limit slideway 77 laterally; when the driving slider 74 slides over the turning plate 75 at the limit end, the turning plate 75 is hinged at the limit end through the connecting rod 76, so that the turning plate 75 can be pushed and lifted by the driving slider 74, the driving slider 74 is driven into the limit end and then falls back onto the horizontal pushing section 72 again, the horizontal pushing section 72 is isolated from the limit end, and the push plate 4 is limited at the limit side of the material conveying belt 1.
When the driving slide block 74 moves from the limit end to the initial end along the reset section 73, the driving slide block can drive the push plate 4 to be lifted from the material conveying belt 1 and reset along the reset path; in other words, when the push plate 4 is reset, the piston rod 13 of the driving mechanism retracts inwards, and pulls the push rod to rise and reset, so that the driving slider 74 is driven to move from the limit end of the driving path to the initial end along the reset section 73, meanwhile, the top of the guide post 10 transversely pushes the limit slider 11 to slide in the limit slideway 77, the guide post 10 vertically extends upwards along the limit slider 11 and compresses the reset spring 9, and in the process, the driving cylinder 5 changes the angle along with the vertical movement of the guide post 10; specifically, when the driving slider 74 slides into the reset section 73, the turning plate 75 provides a supporting force for the driving slider 74, so that the turning plate 75 cannot return to the horizontal pushing section 72, and because the reset section 73 is higher than the horizontal pushing section 72, the push plate 4 can be lifted when being reset, and the reset spring 9 is compressed, so that the guide post 10 is pushed to vertically rise along the limiting slider 11, and vertically fall back when the driving slider 74 returns to the initial end, and the falling speed of the push plate 4 is accelerated under the elastic action of the reset spring 9.
In the above-described mechanism, in order to perform continuous sorting after a plurality of products are continuously detected by the detection machine, it is preferable that each resetting of the push plate 4 is completed within a time difference between two products passing through the push plate 4 in succession, that is, each time the push plate 4 is reset to the initial side, the next product passes through the push plate 4.
Based on the material sorting mechanism, the embodiment also provides a material sorting system and a material sorting method according to the system. The system and the method can realize the effect of delayed sorting by using the mechanism under the control of the controller, so that the mechanism can reasonably sort each product detected by the detector, and the continuity and the accuracy of sorting are ensured.
Specifically, the system includes a detector, a material sorting mechanism as described above, and a controller. The detector is used for detecting whether qualified products, the material sorting mechanism is installed at the discharge end of the detector through the mounting frame 8, the product after the detection is completed is sorted, unqualified products 3 are pushed into the waste material channel 2 through the material conveying belt 1, the controller is connected with the detector and the material sorting mechanism respectively, the unqualified products are pushed into the waste material channel 2 after a preset delay period by the material sorting mechanism when unqualified products signals sent by the detector are received.
The material sorting method comprises the following steps:
s1, the detector sends out the detected product from the discharge end through the material conveyor belt 1, and sends a signal whether the product is qualified or not to the controller; wherein the controller is preset with a delay period which starts when the controller receives a signal and ends when the axis of the product is located on the transverse pushing path of the push plate 4.
S2, if the signal sent to the controller by the detector is a qualified product signal, the controller executes the step S3; and if the signal sent to the controller by the detector is a product failure signal, the controller executes the steps S4 to S6.
S3, the controller controls the push plate 4 to rest on the initial side of the material conveyor belt 1.
S4, under the control of the controller, the pusher 4 is stationary at the initial side of the material conveyor 1 within a delay period.
S5, the pusher 4 pushes laterally from the initial side of the material conveyor 1 along a lateral push path to the extreme side of the material conveyor 1 at the end of the delay period to push the product into the waste channel 2.
And S6, the push plate 4 moves from the limit side of the material conveying belt 1 to the initial side along the reset path so as to reset the push plate 4, and the push plate 4 is not contacted with the product on the material conveying belt 1 when being reset.
In the step S1, the detector may detect the sequence of the plurality of products, and send a signal to the controller every time a product is detected, and the detector specifically executes the step S3 or executes the steps S4 to S6 according to the type of the received signal, so as to continuously and uninterruptedly sort the plurality of products, and the detector does not need to stop or slow down during the detection and sorting process, thereby having high efficiency of product detection and sorting.
