As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the tunnel lining trolley template cleaning and spraying all-in-one machine comprises a cleaning and spraying mechanism 1 and two moving units 3 which are respectively arranged at the inner walls of two sides of the lower part of a template 2 to be cleaned, wherein the template 2 to be cleaned is arranged along the depth direction of a tunnel, the cross section of the template 2 to be cleaned is arc-shaped, the cleaning and spraying mechanism 1 comprises a cleaning nylon rope 101 and a rubber plate 102 which are arranged on a connecting frame 103, the cleaning nylon rope 101 and the rubber plate 102 are all arranged along the circumferential direction of the outer wall of the template 2 to be cleaned, and a release agent hydraulic spraying pipeline 104 and a uniform coating brush 105 are arranged on the rubber plate 102.
The moving unit 3 comprises a traveling mechanism 301 and a telescopic mechanism 302, wherein the traveling mechanism 301 comprises a slide 3011 arranged along the depth direction of the tunnel, a steel wire rope 3013 and a traveling frame 3012 arranged on the slide 3011 in a sliding manner.
The slide 3011 is horizontally arranged.

A limit sleeve 30114 is sleeved on the spring 30112, and a limit sleeve 30114 is arranged on one end of the spring 30112 away from the shaft b 3019. The axial direction of the limit sleeve 30114 is the same as the length direction of the slideway 1, and the limit sleeve 30114 ensures the movement direction of the spring 30112 during expansion and contraction.
The shaft a3017 is provided on a cylindrical roller bearing 30115.
The telescopic mechanism 302 comprises a front fixed frame 3021, a rear fixed frame 3022 and a lifting belt 3029, wherein the front end of the rear fixed frame 3022 is hinged to the front fixed frame 3021 through a pin shaft 3023 fixedly arranged on the traveling frame 3012, the rear end of the rear fixed frame 3022 is connected with the traveling frame 3012 through an adjusting rod assembly 3024, and the adjusting rod assembly 3024 is used for adjusting the position of the front fixed frame 3021.
The adjusting rod assembly 3024 comprises a sleeve 30241 with internal threads on the inner wall, and a front screw 30242 and a rear screw 30243 which are arranged at two ends of the sleeve 30241 in sequence, wherein the front end of the front screw 30242 is hinged with the rear fixing frame 3022, the rear end of the front screw 302is in threaded connection with the sleeve 30241, the front end of the rear screw 30243 is in threaded connection with the sleeve 30241, the rear end of the rear screw 30243 is hinged with the traveling frame 3012, and the relative positions of the sleeve 30241, the front screw 30242 and the rear screw 30243 are changed by rotating the sleeve 30241, so that position adjustment is achieved.
The front fixing frame 3021 is provided with a first fixing guide wheel 3025, a second fixing guide wheel 3026 and a movable guide wheel 3027 from front to back, the rear fixing frame 3022 is provided with a hydraulic cylinder 3028, the free end of a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 3028 is connected with the movable guide wheel 3027, so that the movable guide wheel 3027 is driven to reciprocate through the reciprocating motion of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 3028, one end of the lifting belt 3029 is fixed on the traveling frame 3012, the other end of the lifting belt 3029 sequentially bypasses the second fixing guide wheel 3026, the movable guide wheel 3027 and the first fixing guide wheel 3025 and is fixedly connected with the connecting frame 103 of the cleaning spraying mechanism 1, lifting belts 3029 of the two moving units 3 are respectively connected with the connecting frame 103 at positions at two ends of the cleaning nylon rope 101, so that the cleaning nylon rope 101 and the rubber plate 102 reciprocate along the circumferential direction of the outer wall of the template 2 to be cleaned, the rubber wheel 30210 is arranged on the front fixing frame 3021, and the rubber wheel 30210 is in contact with the bottom die 4 arranged below the template 2 to be cleaned. Rubber wheel 30210 acts as a fulcrum. The front-rear direction of each movement unit 3 is different, and is determined by the positions where the front fixing frame 3021 and the rear fixing frame 3022 are provided for each movement unit 3.
The walking frame 3012 is provided with a chain block 30211, and the rubber wheel 30210 is provided with a hanging ring 30213 matched with a hanging hook 30212 of the chain block 30211. When the invention works, the lifting hook 30212 is hung on the hanging ring 30213, so that the uniform stress is ensured, and the hanging belt 30299 can be freely stretched.
The rubber plate 102 is provided with a bullseye bearing 106. When the bullseye bearing device is not in use, the height of the bullseye bearing 106 is higher than the height of the Tu Yun brush 105, when in use, the bullseye bearing 106 firstly contacts the template, the balls of the bullseye bearing 106 retract after contacting the template under the pulling of the telescopic mechanism 302, the height of the bullseye bearing 106 is smaller than the height of the coating brush 105, the coating brush 105 contacts the template, and then the release agent sprayed on the template is uniformly coated.
The diameter of the movable guide wheel 3027 is larger than the diameter of the second fixed guide wheel 3026.
The diameter of the first fixed guide wheel 3025 is larger than the diameter of the second fixed guide wheel 3026.
