Abstract

本发明公开了一种酸性染发剂组合物，包含以下重量百分含量的组分：水溶性染料0.01～1％、乳化增稠聚合物1～5％、促渗透剂1～20％和保湿剂1～20％。本发明所述酸性染发剂组合物具有以下优点：(1)刺激性低、安全性高、对人体无毒害、使用简单、操作成本低等优点，适合长期使用；(2)区别于使用普通的天然增稠剂或合成增稠剂，本发明采用具有乳化、增稠、稳定和质感调节功能的乳化增稠聚合物。聚合物具有高度交联的空间结构以及永久电荷，能够与酸性染料产生空间悬浮和静电相互作用，从而提高染料的分散性和稳定性。同时增稠作用能赋予染发剂特定的粘度，提高了染发剂的稳定性和使用性。

一种酸性染发剂组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种染发剂组合物，具体涉及一种酸性染发剂组合物。
背景技术
染发剂是具有改变头发颜色作用的化妆品，按照染色时间长短可分为：永久染发剂、半永久染发剂和暂时染发剂。目前，市场上大多数产品为永久染发剂，其染发过程涉及一系列氧化反应，其中的主要原料苯胺类衍生物具有一定的致敏性和毒性，极易被皮肤和毛发吸收引起严重的不良反应，有一定致癌风险。随着社会上染发的人群越来越多，健康染发已经成为一个重要的社会问题。
酸性染料染发剂是一种安全性极高的染发剂，酸性染料不会渗入头发内部，仅通过离子键固定于头发表面，不会对人体内部产生任何伤害，但其持续时间较短，属于半永久染发剂。目前，酸性染发剂存在染料分散不均和染色持续时间较短等问题，因此在此基础上进行探索和改进是开发安全、高效染发剂的重要研究方向，对染发科学与技术的发展具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足之处而提供一种酸性染发剂组合物。
为实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案为：一种酸性染发剂组合物，包含以下重量百分含量的组分：水溶性染料0.01～1％、乳化增稠聚合物1～5％、促渗透剂1～20％和保湿剂1～20％。
本发明所述酸性染发剂组合物中添加了具有乳化、增稠、稳定和质感调节功能的乳化增稠剂聚合物，利用该聚合物的乳化作用，能够提高染料的分散性，同时增稠作用能赋予染发剂特定的粘度，提高了染发剂的稳定性和使用性。并且，使用乳化增稠剂聚合物的染发剂具有光滑、柔软的质地，提高了染发剂在头发上的分散性和停留性，从而增强染色效果。此外本发明不仅为新型染发剂的制备提供了新的方向，同时为染发剂的深入研究与应用提供了良好的理论与实践基础。
本发明所述染发剂组合物具有刺激性低、安全性高、对人体无毒害等优点，并且使用简单、染色效果好，着色后不易掉色，适合长期使用。
作为本发明所述酸性染发剂组合物的优选实施方式，所述水溶性染料为酸性染料。
所述酸性染料符合染发剂中常用的法定色素，如由酸性红18(CI 16255)、酸性红33(CI 17200)、酸性橙7(CI 15510)、酸性黄23(CI 19140)、日落黄(CI 15985)、酸性黄3(CI47005)、酸性紫43(CI 60730)和酸性黑1号(CI 20470)中的至少一种组成。
作为本发明所述酸性染发剂组合物的优选实施方式，所述乳化增稠聚合物为丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/山嵛醇聚醚-25甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、聚丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸钠和聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物中的至少一种。采用上述乳化增稠聚合物时，能使染发剂在头发上的铺展性较好，染色效果较佳。
作为本发明所述酸性染发剂组合物的更优选实施方式，所述乳化增稠聚合物为丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/山嵛醇聚醚-25甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物。该乳化增稠聚合物使染发剂的稳定性好，染色效果最佳。
作为本发明所述酸性染发剂组合物的优选实施方式，所述促渗透剂为苯甲醇、苯乙醇和N-甲基吡咯烷酮中的至少一种；所述保湿剂为甘油、丙二醇、二丙二醇和丁二醇中的至少一种。
作为本发明所述酸性染发剂组合物的优选实施方式，所述酸性染发剂组合物包含以下重量百分含量的组分：水溶性染料0.5％、乳化增稠聚合物2％、促渗透剂15％和保湿剂15％。
作为本发明所述酸性染发剂组合物的优选实施方式，所述酸性染发剂组合物的pH值为3.0～4.0。
作为本发明所述酸性染发剂组合物的优选实施方式，所述酸性染发剂组合物还包含助剂，所述助剂包括紫外线吸收剂、抗氧化剂和pH调节剂中的至少一种。紫外线吸收剂和抗氧化剂均可以选择本领域常用的种类。
作为本发明所述酸性染发剂组合物的优选实施方式，所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸、乳酸、苹果酸、盐酸、硫酸和磷酸中的至少一种。pH调节剂可以为有机酸，也可以为无机酸。
本发明的另一目的还在于提供一种包含上述酸性染发剂组合物的染发剂。
本发明所述染发剂的使用方法如下：将染发剂均匀覆盖于干净的毛发表面，毛发上染发剂的厚度为1～3mm，于室温下放置20～60min，然后用清水冲洗干净。
本发明的另一目的还在于提供上述酸性染发剂组合物在毛发染色中的用途。
本发明的有益效果在于：本发明提供了一种酸性染发剂组合物，本发明所述酸性染发剂组合物具有以下优点：(1)刺激性低、安全性高、对人体无毒害、使用简单、操作成本低等优点，适合长期使用；(2)区别于使用普通的天然增稠剂或合成增稠剂，本发明采用具有乳化、增稠、稳定和质感调节功能的乳化增稠聚合物。聚合物具有高度交联的空间结构以及永久电荷，能够与酸性染料产生空间悬浮和静电相互作用，从而提高染料的分散性和稳定性。同时增稠作用能赋予染发剂特定的粘度，提高了染发剂的稳定性和使用性。
具体实施方式
为更好的说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点，下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1～11
实施例1～7为本发明所述酸性染发剂组合物的实施例，配方见表1，实施例1～7中，所述乳化增稠聚合物为丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/山嵛醇聚醚-25甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物。
实施例8～11与实施例7的不同之处仅在于乳化增稠聚合物的种类的不同，实施例8中乳化增稠聚合物为丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物；实施例9中乳化增稠聚合物为丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物；实施例10中乳化增稠聚合物为聚丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸钠；实施例11中乳化增稠聚合物为聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物。

对比例1所述染发剂组合物的配方见表1。

实施例1～11和对比例1所述染发剂的测试及结果
参照表1所示配方调制染发剂，按照染色方法，均匀覆盖于干净的毛发表面，毛发上染发剂的厚度为1～3mm，于室温下放置20～60min，然后用清水冲洗干净。
在实施例和对比例中，使用色差计(CR 400，美能达)进行比色，根据下式算出的色差(△E)，对染发剂中染料的分散性和染发效果进行评价。色差(△E)越大说明处理后样品与原样品差异性越大，结果如表2、3所示。结果表明，使用乳化增稠聚合物的实施例1～11均可得到具有光滑外观的膏体，并且铺展性好。实施例1～11的染色毛发在室温下放置30天后色差(△E)均小于1，表明染色毛发的颜色基本上没有明显变化，染色稳定性良好。并且，水洗20次后，实施例1～11的色差(△E)均比对比例1小，表明水洗色牢度有较大提高。从表3的结果可以看出，在乳化增稠聚合物添加量相同的情况下，采用丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/山嵛醇聚醚-25甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物的色差最小。

Claims (10)

1.一种酸性染发剂组合物，其特征在于，包含以下重量百分含量的组分：水溶性染料0.01～1％、乳化增稠聚合物1～5％、促渗透剂1～20％和保湿剂1～20％。
2.如权利要求1所述酸性染发剂组合物，其特征在于，所述水溶性染料为酸性染料。
3.如权利要求1所述酸性染发剂组合物，其特征在于，所述乳化增稠聚合物为丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/山嵛醇聚醚-25甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、聚丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸钠和聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物中的至少一种；优选地，所述乳化增稠聚合物为丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/山嵛醇聚醚-25甲基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物。
4.如权利要求1所述酸性染发剂组合物，其特征在于，所述促渗透剂为苯甲醇、苯乙醇和N-甲基吡咯烷酮中的至少一种；所述保湿剂为甘油、丙二醇、二丙二醇和丁二醇中的至少一种。
5.如权利要求1所述酸性染发剂组合物，其特征在于，所述酸性染发剂组合物包含以下重量百分含量的组分：水溶性染料0.5％、乳化增稠聚合物2％、促渗透剂15％和保湿剂15％。
6.如权利要求1～5中任一项所述酸性染发剂组合物，其特征在于，所述酸性染发剂组合物的pH值为3.0～4.0。
7.如权利要求1～5中任一项所述酸性染发剂组合物，其特征在于，所述酸性染发剂组合物还包含助剂，所述助剂包括紫外线吸收剂、抗氧化剂和pH调节剂中的至少一种。
8.如权利要求7所述酸性染发剂组合物，其特征在于，所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸、乳酸、苹果酸、盐酸、硫酸和磷酸中的至少一种。
9.一种包含权利要求1～8中任一项所述酸性染发剂组合物的染发剂。
10.如权利要求1～8中任一项所述酸性染发剂组合物在毛发染色中的用途。
