The lower part of the Y-axis first installation seat board is fixedly connected with the Y-axis first roller sliding block.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: (1) The strip sticking machine provided by the invention has a simple structure, and is provided with two working panels, namely two stations, one cloth is stuck with strips and the next cloth is put, so that the working efficiency is greatly improved.
(2) The strip sticking machine is provided with the positioning device, so that the corresponding template can be clamped and fixed on the working panel, the positioning is accurate, and the strip sticking precision is greatly improved.
(3) The feeding device of the strip sticking machine is provided with the first adjustable damping coupling, the feeding disc bottom plate is passively rotated, the feeding disc bottom plate is rotated by means of friction force of the hot melt adhesive strips, and the feeding disc bottom plate can be effectively prevented from continuously rotating due to inertia after the hot melt adhesive strips stop conveying by adjusting the first adjustable damping coupling, so that the hot melt adhesive strips between the feeding disc bottom plate and the active feeding assembly can be kept in a good tensioning state.
(4) The active feeding component of the feeding device of the strip sticking machine is provided with the feeding adjusting screw, so that the size of a gap between the feeding upper pressing wheel and the feeding lower roller can be adjusted, and the feeding device is suitable for hot melt adhesive film strips with different thicknesses. The feeding upper pressing wheel can be lifted by the lifting pressing wheel rod, so that the hot melt adhesive film strip can be conveniently installed. The pressing spring enables the feeding upper pressing wheel to clamp the corresponding hot melt adhesive film strips on the feeding lower rolling wheel from top to bottom, so that the tension stability of the hot melt adhesive film strips during feeding is ensured, and the adhesive strips are smooth and do not wrinkle.
The initiative pay-off subassembly is equipped with ejection of compact first guide holder, and the position is accurate when can guaranteeing hot melt adhesive film strip entering clamp material subassembly.
(5) The feeding device of the strip sticking machine is provided with the feeding detection assembly, and can judge whether the strip sticking machine is in a feeding state or not. The feeding detection assembly is provided with a detection guide wheel, and can assist the hot melt adhesive film strip to maintain good tensioning and a smooth state.
(6) The feeding device of the strip sticking machine is provided with the detection connecting rod stop ring and the detection adjusting stop ring, and the distance between the detection adjusting stop ring and the detection connecting rod stop ring can be adjusted to correspond to the width of the corresponding hot melt adhesive film strip.
(7) The clamping component of the feeding device of the strip sticking machine is provided with the clamping guide wheel and the guide seat, so that the accurate position of the hot melt adhesive film strip during strip sticking is effectively ensured.
(8) The clamping assembly of the feeding device of the strip sticking machine is provided with the lower clamping plate and the upper clamping plate, so that the hot melt adhesive film strips can be clamped, and the isolation paper layer can not be peeled off when the hot melt adhesive film strips move backwards. When shearing, the corresponding part of the adhesive film layer of the hot melt adhesive film strip, which is positioned between the lower clamping plate and the upper clamping plate and between the pressure heads, is kept in a good tensioning state, and is favorable for being cut off by the shearing device.
(9) When the feeding device of the strip sticking machine moves forwards from back to front, the adhesive film layer of the hot melt adhesive film strip is positioned above the cloth, and when the feeding device moves to the front of the cloth, the front part of the adhesive film layer of the hot melt adhesive film strip is pressed downwards and stuck on the template by the pressure head of the auxiliary ejector rod assembly, so that the adhesive film layer of the whole hot melt adhesive film strip is stuck on the cloth, the cloth cannot be wrinkled in the whole process, the flatness of the cloth after strip sticking is ensured, and the quality is greatly improved.
(10) According to the feeding device of the strip sticking machine, the material receiving motor of the material receiving driving assembly of the material receiving assembly is always in a rotating state in the strip sticking process, the transmission circular belt is adopted for transmission, the resistance of the material receiving plate bottom plate in rotation is changed by adjusting the second adjustable damping coupling, and when the isolating paper layer is required to be peeled off and stored, the transmission circular belt drives the material receiving plate bottom plate to rotate normally for material receiving; when the feeding device moves backwards to feed and moves rightwards to change the strip pasting position, the lower clamping plate and the upper clamping plate of the clamping assembly clamp the hot melt adhesive film strips, and when the isolating paper layer does not need to be peeled off, the transmission circular belt is in a slipping state, so that the isolating paper layer can be kept in a tensioning state and is not broken.
(11) The clamping component of the feeding device of the strip sticking machine is provided with the blowing air pipe, so that the rear end of the adhesive film layer of the hot melt adhesive film strip can be blown up backwards, the rear end of the adhesive film layer can be effectively ensured to be positioned below the front part of the presser foot, and the presser foot can be ensured to press the adhesive film layer downwards.
(12) The strip sticking machine changes the traditional disc type feeding mode, adopts a charging barrel for feeding, improves the time of single continuous operation, reduces the time of changing the charging tray, and is beneficial to improving the production efficiency.
(13) The material receiving right baffle tray of the strip pasting machine is detachably and fixedly arranged on the right part of the material receiving tray supporting shaft, so that the strip pasting machine is convenient to detach quickly, and waste isolation paper layers stored on the material receiving tray bottom plate are taken out, and the production efficiency is improved.
(13) The cutter shaft of the shearing device of the strip sticking machine is rotatably arranged in the cutter mounting seat, the jacking spring is sleeved on the cutter shaft and is in a compressed state, one end of the jacking spring is propped against the corresponding part of the cutter mounting seat, the other end of the jacking spring is propped against the C-shaped clamping ring arranged on the cutter shaft, and the jacking spring axially props the cutter forward, so that the movable cutter and the fixed cutter can keep a good contact state, the shearing is smoother, and the shearing effect is ensured.

Referring to fig. 1 to 22, the strip sticking machine of the present invention includes a workbench 1, an X-axis module 21, a Y-axis module 22, a feeding device 3, a pressing device 4, a shearing device 5, a positioning device 6, a discharging assembly 7, a protection frame 8 and a positioning assembly 9.
Referring to fig. 1 to 10, the table 1 includes a main frame 11 and a platen assembly 12 provided on the main frame 11. The platen assembly 12 includes a work platen 12-1 and a work panel 12-2. The number of the working panels 12-2 is two, and the two working panels 12-2 are arranged on the working table plate 12-1 side by side along the left-right direction. Both working panels 12-2 are made of stainless steel.
Referring to fig. 1 to 10, the positioning device 6 has 2 groups, and the 2 groups of positioning devices 6 have the same structure and each comprise 2 positioning up-down driving cylinders 6-1 and positioning pressing plates 6-2. The 2 groups of positioning devices 6 are sequentially arranged on the rear part of the upper part of the workbench from left to right. The 2 positioning up-down driving cylinders 6-1 of the positioning device 6 are fixedly arranged on the workbench 1 by respective cylinders and are positioned at the lower side of the workbench plate 12-1. The 2 positioning up-down driving cylinders 6-1 of the positioning device 6 are sequentially arranged from left to right. The piston rods 6-1a of the 2 positioning up-down driving cylinders 6-1 extend upwards and penetrate through the workbench plate 12-1, the positioning pressing plate 6-2 is fixedly arranged on the piston rods 6-1a of the 2 positioning up-down driving cylinders along the left-right direction, and the positioning pressing plate 6-2 is driven to move up and down by the positioning up-down driving cylinders 6-1.
Referring to fig. 1 to 10, the X-axis module 21 includes a first driving motor 21-1, an X-axis driving wheel 21-2, an X-axis driven shaft 21-3, an X-axis driven wheel 21-4, an X-axis first timing belt 21-5, an X-axis front side transmission assembly 21-6, and an X-axis rear side transmission assembly 21-7.
The first driving motor 21-1 is fixedly provided on the upper left portion of the main frame 11, and its motor shaft is horizontally provided in the front-rear direction and extends rearward. The X-axis driving wheel 21-2 is arranged on the motor shaft of the driving motor 21-1 in a transmission way. The X-axis driven shaft 21-3 is rotatably provided on the upper left portion of the main frame 11 through corresponding 2 aligning ball bearings, and the axis of the X-axis driven shaft 21-3 and the axis of the motor shaft of the first driving motor 21-1 are arranged in parallel with each other. The front X-axis profile 21-6-1 is horizontally disposed on the front upper portion of the main frame 11 in the left-right direction, at the front lower portion of the table plate 12-1. The X-axis front guide rail 21-6-2 is fixedly arranged in the front X-axis profile 21-6-1 along the left-right direction. The X-axis front roller slide block 21-6-3 is slidably arranged on the X-axis front guide rail 21-6-2. The X-axis front transmission shaft 21-6-4 is rotatably arranged on the left part of the front X-axis section bar 21-6-1 along the front-back direction, and the rear end of the X-axis front transmission shaft is in transmission connection with the front end of the X-axis driven shaft 21-3 through a corresponding coupling. The X-axis front side first synchronous pulley 21-6-5 is arranged on the X-axis front side transmission shaft 21-6-4 in the left end of the front X-axis section bar 21-6-1 in a transmission way. The X-axis front side second timing pulley 21-6-6 is rotatably provided in the right portion of the front X-axis profile 21-6-1. The X-axis front timing belt 21-6-7 is disposed around the X-axis front first timing pulley 21-6-5 and the X-axis front second timing pulley 21-6-6. The X-axis front roller slide block 21-6-3 is fixedly connected with the X-axis front synchronous belt 21-6-7 through a corresponding synchronous belt clamping block.
The X-axis rear transmission assembly 21-7 comprises a rear X-axis section bar 21-7-1, an X-axis rear guide rail 21-7-2, an X-axis rear roller slider 21-7-3, an X-axis rear transmission shaft 21-7-4, an X-axis rear first synchronous pulley 21-7-5, an X-axis rear second synchronous pulley 21-7-6 and an X-axis rear synchronous belt 21-7-7.
The rear X-axis profile 21-7-1 is horizontally disposed on the rear upper portion of the main frame 11 in the left-right direction, at the rear lower portion of the table plate 12-1. The X-axis rear guide rail 21-7-2 is fixedly arranged in the left-right direction in the rear X-axis section bar 21-7-1. The X-axis rear roller slide block 21-7-3 is slidably arranged on the X-axis rear guide rail 21-7-2. The X-axis rear transmission shaft 21-7-4 is rotatably arranged on the left part of the rear X-axis section bar 21-7-1 along the front-back direction, and the front end of the X-axis rear transmission shaft is in transmission connection with the rear end of the X-axis driven shaft 21-3 through a corresponding coupling. The X-axis rear side first synchronous pulley 21-7-5 is arranged on the X-axis rear side transmission shaft 21-7-4 in the left end of the rear X-axis section bar 21-7-1 in a transmission way. The X-axis rear side second timing pulley 21-7-6 is rotatably provided in the right portion of the rear X-axis profile 21-7-1. The X-axis rear timing belt 21-7-7 is disposed around the X-axis rear first timing pulley 21-7-5 and the X-axis rear second timing pulley 21-7-6. The X-axis rear roller slide block 21-7-3 is fixedly connected with the X-axis rear synchronous belt 21-7-7 through a corresponding synchronous belt clamping block.
Referring to fig. 1 to 13, the Y-axis module 22 includes a Y-axis first profile 22-1, a Y-axis first driving motor 22-2, a speed reducer 22-3, a Y-axis first rail 22-4, a Y-axis first roller slider 22-5, a Y-axis second roller slider 22-6, a Y-axis first transmission shaft 22-7, a Y-axis first timing pulley 22-8, a Y-axis second timing pulley 22-9, a Y-axis first timing belt 22-10, and a Y-axis first mounting plate 22-11. The Y-axis first driving motor 22-2 is fixedly arranged on the speed reducer 22-3 along the left-right direction, and a motor shaft of the Y-axis first driving motor extends leftwards and is in transmission connection with the input end of the speed reducer 22-3.
The Y-axis first profile 22-1 is disposed transversely above the table 1 in the front-rear direction. The front end of the Y-axis first section bar 22-1 is fixedly connected with an X-axis front roller slide block 21-6-3 of an X-axis front side transmission assembly 21-6 through a corresponding connecting seat. The rear end of the Y-axis first section bar 22-1 is fixedly connected with an X-axis rear roller slide block 21-7-3 of the X-axis rear side transmission assembly 21-7 through a corresponding connecting seat. Thereby the X-axis module 21 drives the Y-axis module 22 to move left and right above the table 1.
The Y-axis first guide rail 22-4 is horizontally disposed in the Y-axis first profile 22-1 in the front-rear direction. The Y-axis first roller slider 22-5 and the Y-axis second roller slider 22-6 are slidably disposed on the Y-axis first guide rail 22-4 in this order from front to back.
The Y-axis first transmission shaft 22-7 is rotatably arranged in the rear end of the Y-axis first section bar 22-1 through a corresponding deep groove ball bearing, and the left end of the Y-axis first transmission shaft extends out of the Y-axis first section bar 22-1. The speed reducer 22-3 is fixedly arranged on the left rear part of the Y-axis first section bar 22-1 through a corresponding mounting seat, and the left end of the Y-axis first transmission shaft 22-7 is in transmission connection with the output shaft of the speed reducer 22-3 through a corresponding coupling, and the coupling is positioned in the mounting seat for mounting the speed reducer 22-3. The Y-axis first synchronous pulley 22-8 is arranged on the Y-axis first transmission shaft 22-7 in a transmission way. The Y-axis second timing pulley 22-9 is rotatably provided in the front end of the Y-axis first profile 22-1. The Y-axis first timing belt 22-10 is disposed around the Y-axis first timing belt pulley 22-8 and the Y-axis second timing belt pulley 22-9. The lower part of the Y-axis first installation seat plate 22-11 is fixedly connected with the Y-axis first roller slide block 22-5.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8 and 14 to 22, the feeding device 3 includes a discharge tray assembly 31, an active feeding assembly 32, a feeding detection assembly 33, a nip assembly 34, a guide wheel assembly 35, and a waste collection assembly 36.
The discharging tray assembly 31 comprises a discharging tray supporting shaft 31-1, a discharging tray bottom plate 31-2, a left blocking tray 31-3, a right blocking tray 31-4, a first adjustable damping coupling 31-5, a discharging tray mounting seat 31-6 and a first limiting device 31-7. The tray mount 31-6 is fixedly provided on the upper middle portion of the Y-axis first mounting plate 22-11. The tray supporting shaft 31-1 is rotatably provided on the upper portion of the tray mounting seat 31-6 in the left-right direction through a corresponding bearing and bearing housing. The middle part of the discharging tray bottom plate 31-2 is provided with a baffle tray part 31-21. The left baffle tray 31-3 and the right baffle tray 31-4 are fixedly arranged on the tray bottom plate 31-2 and are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the baffle tray part 31-21 of the tray bottom plate 31-2. The locking wheel of the first adjustable damping coupler 31-5 is fixedly arranged on the feeding disc supporting shaft 31-1 and is in transmission connection with the feeding disc supporting shaft 31-1. The first limiting device 31-7 comprises a limiting hoop 31-71 and a hoop limiting post 31-72. The limiting hoops 31-71 are clamped and fixed on the damping adjusting wheels of the first adjustable damping couplers 31-5. The lower part of the limit hoop 31-71 is provided with a limit groove which penetrates through the left opening and the right opening of the limit hoop and is downward. The hoop limiting columns 31-72 are fixedly arranged on the upper left side of the discharging disc mounting seat 31-6 along the left-right direction, and corresponding parts are positioned in limiting grooves of the limiting hoops 31-71 to circumferentially limit the limiting hoops 31-71 and prevent the limiting hoops from rotating.
The active feeding assembly 32 comprises a feeding driving motor 32-1, an active feeding first synchronous pulley 32-2, an active feeding synchronous belt 32-3, an active feeding second synchronous pulley 32-4, an active feeding mounting seat 32-5, a feeding pressing wheel shaft 32-6, a feeding pressing wheel connecting rod 32-7, a feeding upper pressing wheel 32-8, a feeding lower rolling wheel 32-9, a feeding spring frame 32-10, a feeding adjusting screw 32-11, a lifting pressing wheel rod 32-12, a discharging first guide seat 32-13 and a pressing spring.
The feeding driving motor 32-1 is fixedly arranged on the upper middle part of the first Y-axis mounting seat plate 22-11 by a motor shell and is positioned behind the discharging disc mounting seat 31-6. The motor shaft of the feeding drive motor 32-1 is horizontally disposed in the left-right direction and protrudes rightward. The active feeding first synchronous pulley 32-2 is in transmission connection with the motor shaft of the feeding driving motor 32-1. The active feed mounting base 32-5 is fixedly disposed on the right middle of the Y-axis first mounting base plate 22-11. The rear end of the feeding pinch roller connecting rod 32-7 is rotatably arranged on the rear part of the active feeding mounting seat 32-5, and the rotating shaft is horizontally arranged along the left-right direction. The feeding pinch roller shaft 32-6 is rotatably provided on the front end of the feeding pinch roller link 32-7 in the left-right direction through a corresponding bearing. The front end of the feeding pinch roller connecting rod 32-7 is provided with a connecting hole 32-7-1. The driving feeding second synchronous pulley 32-4 is connected with the left end of the feeding pressing wheel shaft 32-6 in a transmission way. The active feed timing belt 32-3 is disposed around the active feed first timing pulley 32-2 and the active feed second timing pulley 32-4. The feeding upper pressing wheel 32-8 is connected with the right end of the feeding pressing wheel shaft 32-6 in a transmission way. The feeding spring frame 32-10 is screwed and fixed on the lower front part of the active feeding mounting seat 32-5. The feeding lower roller 32-9 is rotatably arranged on the active feeding mounting seat 32-5 and is positioned below the feeding upper roller 32-8. One end of the compression spring is connected to the feeding spring frame 32-10, and the other end is connected to the connecting hole 32-7-1 of the feeding pinch roller connecting rod 32-7 in an extension state. The compression springs enable the upper feeding pressing wheel 32-8 to clamp the corresponding hot melt adhesive film strips on the lower feeding roller 32-9 from top to bottom. The feeding adjusting screw 32-11 is screwed on the active feeding mounting seat 32-5 from bottom to top, and after penetrating through the active feeding mounting seat 32-5 upwards, the feeding adjusting screw is propped against the corresponding position of the front lower part of the feeding pinch roller connecting rod 32-7 upwards, so as to adjust the size of the gap between the feeding upper pinch roller 32-8 and the feeding lower pinch roller 32-9. The lifting pinch roller rod 32-12 is fixedly arranged on the rear end of the feeding pinch roller connecting rod 32-7 along the direction perpendicular to the rotation axis of the feeding pinch roller connecting rod 32-7, and is used for mounting the hot melt adhesive film strip after lifting the feeding upper pinch roller 32-8. The discharging first guide seat 32-13 is fixedly arranged on the right part of the rear part of the active feeding installation seat 32-5 along the up-down direction and is positioned behind the feeding lower roller 32-9.
The feeding detection assembly 33 comprises a feeding detection rotating shaft 33-1, a detection rotating shaft mounting seat 33-2, a detection guide wheel 33-3, a detection shaft baffle seat 33-4, a detection spring hook seat 33-5, a detection limit fixed baffle column 33-6, a detection limit baffle rod 33-7, a detection baffle plate 33-8, a detection connecting rod 33-9, a detection connecting rod shaft 33-10, a detection connecting rod baffle ring 33-11, a detection adjustment baffle ring 33-12, a first spring hook column 33-13 and a detection return spring.
The detection rotation shaft mounting seat 33-2 is fixedly provided on the right lower portion of the Y-axis first mounting seat plate 22-11 through a corresponding connection plate. The feeding detection rotating shaft 33-1 is rotatably arranged on the detection rotating shaft mounting seat 33-2 along the left and right directions, and the left and right ends of the feeding detection rotating shaft extend out of the detection rotating shaft mounting seat 33-2.
The two detection shaft holders 33-4 are divided into a left detection shaft holder 33-4a and a right detection shaft holder 33-4b according to the difference of the left and right positions of the two detection shaft holders 33-4. The left detection shaft baffle seat 33-4a is fixedly arranged on the left end of the feeding detection rotating shaft 33-1 and is in transmission connection with the feeding detection rotating shaft 33-1. The detection guide wheel 33-3 is rotatably arranged on the right part of the feeding detection rotating shaft 33-1 through a corresponding bearing, the right detection shaft retainer 33-4b is fixedly arranged on the right end of the feeding detection rotating shaft 33-1, is in transmission connection with the feeding detection rotating shaft 33-1, and limits the detection guide wheel 33-3 in the axial direction. The left detection shaft holder 33-4a and the right detection shaft holder 33-4b limit the feeding detection shaft 33-1 on the detection shaft mounting holder 33-2 in the axial direction. The detection spring hook seat 33-5 is fixedly provided on the front side of the left detection shaft holder 33-4a in the radial direction of the feeding detection rotating shaft 33-1. The first spring hook post 33-13 is fixedly provided on the right lower portion of the Y-axis first mounting seat plate 22-11 in the left-right direction in front of the detection spring hook seat 33-5. One end of the detection return spring is connected to the detection spring hook seat 33-5, and the other end is connected to the first spring hook column 33-13, and is in an extension state, so that the feeding detection rotating shaft 33-1 rotates forward and downward to return.
The detection limit stop lever 33-7 is fixedly arranged on the rear side of the left detection shaft stop seat 33-4a along the radial direction of the feeding detection rotating shaft 33-1. The detection limit fixed stop post 33-6 is fixedly arranged on the lower part of the right side of the Y-axis first mounting seat plate 22-11 along the left-right direction and is positioned at the rear lower part of the feeding detection rotating shaft 33-1, and the detection limit stop rod 33-7 is limited from the upper part. The detection baffle 33-8 is arranged on the left end of the feeding detection rotating shaft 33-1 along the radial transmission of the feeding detection rotating shaft 33-1.
The detection link 33-9 is arranged on the right end of the feeding detection rotating shaft 33-1 along the radial transmission of the feeding detection rotating shaft 33-1. The detection link shaft 33-10 is provided on the front end of the detection link 33-9 in the left-right direction, and the right end thereof is fixedly connected with the detection link 33-9. The detection link stopper 33-11 is fixedly provided on the left end of the detection link shaft 33-10. The detection and adjustment stop ring 33-12 is adjustably and fixedly arranged on the detection link shaft 33-10, and the distance between the detection link stop ring and the detection link stop ring 33-11 can be adjusted to correspond to the width of the corresponding hot melt adhesive film strip.
The clamping assembly 34 comprises a clamping up-down driving cylinder 34-1, a clamping clamp driving cylinder 34-2, a clamping linear guide rail 34-3, a clamping mounting seat 34-4, a lower clamping plate 34-5, an upper clamping plate 34-6, a material guiding seat 34-7, a clamping material guiding wheel 34-8 and a material blowing air pipe.
The clamping up-down driving cylinder 34-1 is rotatably connected to the right middle part of the Y-axis first mounting seat plate 22-11 by a cylinder body thereof and is positioned behind the active feeding assembly 32. The clamping up-down driving cylinder 34-1 is arranged along the up-down direction, and the piston rod extends downwards. The clamping linear guide rail 34-3 is fixedly arranged on the middle part of the right side of the Y-axis first mounting seat plate 22-11 along the up-down direction by the guide rail 34-3a and is positioned below the clamping up-down driving cylinder 34-1. The clamping installation seat 34-4 is fixedly arranged on a sliding block 34-3b of the clamping linear guide rail 34-3. The piston rod of the clamping up-down driving cylinder 34-1 is hinged with the clamping mounting seat 34-4. The nip drive cylinder 34-2 is rotatably connected by its cylinder to the right side of the nip mount 34-4. The lower clamping plate 34-5 is fixedly arranged on the right lower part of the clamping mounting seat 34-4. The upper clamping plate 34-6 is rotatably connected to the right side of the material mounting seat 34-4 from the middle portion thereof and is positioned above the lower clamping plate 34-5. The front end of the upper clamping plate 34-6 is hinged on the piston rod of the clamping driving cylinder 34-2. The upper clamping plate 34-6 is driven to rotate by the clamping driving cylinder 34-2, so that the upper rear end clamping part 34-6a of the upper clamping plate 34-6 and the lower rear end clamping part 34-5a of the lower clamping plate 34-5 form a clampable structure. The material guiding seat 34-7 is fixedly arranged on the right lower part of the clamping mounting seat 34-4 along the front-back direction and is positioned in front of the lower rear end clamping part 34-5a of the lower clamping plate 34-5. The clamping guide wheel 34-8 is rotatably arranged on the front part of the right lower part of the clamping mounting seat 34-4 and is positioned in front of the guide seat 34-7. A blowing air pipe (not shown) is fixedly arranged on the right side of the material guiding seat 34-7, and an air outlet is positioned on the right side of the lower rear end clamping part 34-5a of the lower clamping plate 34-5, and the air outlet of the blowing air pipe blows air backwards.
The guide wheel assembly 35 includes a first guide wheel 35-1 and a second guide wheel 35-2. The first guide wheel 35-1 is rotatably provided on the Y-axis first mounting plate 22-11 with its rotation axis horizontally disposed in the left-right direction. The first guide wheel 35-1 is located between the discharge tray assembly 31 and the active feed assembly 32. The second guide wheel 35-2 is rotatably provided on the Y-axis first mounting plate 22-11 with its rotation axis horizontally disposed in the left-right direction. The second guide wheel 35-2 is located between the feed detection assembly 33 and the waste collection assembly 36.
The waste collection assembly 36 comprises a collection tray support shaft 36-1, a collection tray bottom plate 36-2, a collection left-baffle tray 36-3, a collection right-baffle tray 36-4, a second adjustable damping coupling 36-5, a collection tray mounting seat 36-6 and a collection driving assembly 36-7. The take-up tray mount 36-6 is fixedly disposed on the front of the Y-axis first mounting plate 22-11.
The receiving tray supporting shaft 36-1 is rotatably provided on the lower portion of the receiving tray mounting seat 36-6 in the left-right direction through a corresponding bearing and bearing housing. The right part of the receiving tray bottom plate 36-2 is provided with a baffle tray part 36-21. The receiving left baffle tray 36-3 is fixedly arranged on the receiving tray bottom plate 36-2 and is positioned on the left side of the baffle tray part 36-21 of the receiving tray bottom plate 36-2. The receiving right baffle tray 36-4 is detachably and fixedly arranged on the right part of the receiving tray support shaft 36-1 and positioned on the right side of the baffle tray part 36-21 of the receiving tray bottom plate 36-2, and is in transmission connection with the receiving tray support shaft 36-1. The locking wheel of the second adjustable damping coupler 36-5 is fixedly arranged on the receiving tray supporting shaft 36-1 and is in transmission connection with the receiving tray supporting shaft 36-1. The take-up drive assembly 36-7 includes a take-up motor 36-71, a main pulley 36-72, a driven pulley 36-73, and a drive belt 36-74. The receiving motor 36-71 is fixedly arranged on the receiving disc mounting seat 36-6 along the left-right direction by a motor shell, and a motor shaft of the receiving motor extends out to the right direction. The main belt pulley 36-72 is arranged on the motor shaft of the material receiving motor 36-71 in a transmission way. The driven pulley 36-73 is drivingly disposed on the damping adjustment wheel of the second adjustable damping coupling 36-5. A drive belt 36-74 is disposed around the primary pulley 36-72 and the driven pulley 36-73.
The pressing device 4 includes a pressing Y-axis module 41, a pressing mount 42, a presser foot 43, a presser foot driving cylinder 44, a presser foot mount shaft 45, and a presser foot driving arm 46.
The compacting Y-axis module 41 includes a compacting driving motor 41-1, a compacting motor mounting seat 41-2, a first tensioning seat 41-3, a compacting first synchronous pulley 41-4, a compacting second synchronous pulley 41-5, a compacting synchronous belt 41-6 and a linear guide rail 41-7.
The pressing motor mount 41-2 is fixedly provided on the upper rear portion of the Y-axis first profile 22-1 of the Y-axis module 22. The compressing driving motor 41-1 is fixedly arranged on the left side of the compressing motor mounting seat 41-2 along the left-right direction by a motor shell thereof, a motor shaft thereof is rotatably arranged on the compressing motor mounting seat 41-2, and the corresponding part is positioned in the compressing motor mounting seat 41-2. The pressing first synchronous pulley 41-4 is arranged on the motor shaft of the pressing driving motor 41-1 in the pressing motor mounting seat 41-2 in a transmission way. The first tensioning seat 41-3 is fixedly arranged on the upper front part of the Y-axis first section bar 22-1. The pressing second timing pulley 41-5 is rotatably disposed in the first tensioning seat 41-3. The pinch synchronous belt 41-6 is disposed around the pinch first synchronous pulley 41-4 and the pinch second synchronous pulley 41-5. The guide rail 41-7a of the linear guide rail 41-7 is fixedly disposed on the upper side of the Y-axis first profile 22-1 in the front-rear direction. Three sliding blocks are sequentially arranged on the guide rail of the linear guide rail 41-7 from front to back, and the three sliding blocks are divided into a front sliding block 41-71, a middle sliding block 41-72 and a rear sliding block 41-73 according to the front and back positions of the three sliding blocks.
The upper part of the pressing mounting seat 42 is fixedly arranged on the rear sliding block 41-73 of the linear guide rail 41-7. The left part of the upper part of the pressing mounting seat 42 is in transmission connection with the pressing synchronous belt 41-6 through a corresponding synchronous belt clamping plate. The middle lower part of the pressing mounting seat 42 is fixedly connected with the Y-axis second roller slide block 22-6 of the Y-axis module 22. The upper part of the Y-axis first mounting seat plate 22-11 of the Y-axis module 22 is fixedly connected with the front slider 41-71 and the middle slider 41-72.
The presser foot mounting shaft 45 is rotatably arranged on the lower right part of the pressing mounting seat 42 from the middle part thereof, the presser foot 43 is arranged on the right end of the presser foot mounting shaft 45 in a transmission manner, and the presser foot driving arm 46 is arranged on the left end of the presser foot mounting shaft 45 in a transmission manner. The rear end of the presser foot driving arm 46 is provided with a waist-round connecting hole which penetrates the left and right sides of the presser foot driving arm and is arranged along the front and rear directions. The presser foot driving cylinder 44 is fixedly arranged on the pressing mounting seat 42 from the cylinder body along the up-down direction, the piston rod of the presser foot driving cylinder extends downwards, and the lower end of the piston rod is hinged in a waist-round connecting hole of the presser foot driving arm 46. Thereby, the presser foot 43 is driven to rotate by the presser foot driving cylinder 44, so that the front end of the presser foot 43 is lifted upwards or downwards to press and fix the hot melt adhesive film strip on the working panel 12-2.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7 and 13, the shearing apparatus 5 includes a movable cutter 51, a fixed cutter 52, a cutter first driving assembly 53, a cutter second driving assembly 54, a cutter first mounting plate 55, a cutter mounting seat 56, and an auxiliary ejector assembly 57.
The auxiliary ejector rod assembly 57 includes an ejector rod 57-1, a ram 57-2, an ejector rod seat 57-3, an ejector rod driving cylinder 57-4, and an ejector rod linear guide 57-5. The number of the ejector rod linear guide rails 57-5 is 2, and the 2 ejector rod linear guide rails 57-5 are fixedly arranged on the right rear part of the Y-axis first mounting seat plate 22-11 in sequence from front to back along the upper and lower directions of the respective guide rails. The ejector pin seat 57-3 is fixedly arranged on the sliding blocks of the 2 ejector pin linear guide rails 57-5 and can move up and down along the guide rails. The ejector rod 57-1 is vertically and fixedly arranged on the ejector rod seat 57-3. The pressing head 57-2 is detachably and fixedly arranged at the lower end of the ejector rod 57-1, the pressing head of the embodiment is made of nylon material, and the pressing head 57-2 is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the ejector rod 57-1 in a screwing mode. The ejector rod driving cylinder 57-4 is fixedly arranged on the rear part of the Y-axis first mounting seat plate 22-11 through a corresponding mounting seat, a piston rod of the ejector rod driving cylinder extends downwards, the lower end of the piston rod is hinged to the ejector rod seat 57-3, the ejector rod driving cylinder 57-4 drives the ejector rod seat 57-3 to move up and down along the ejector rod linear guide rail 57-5, and accordingly the pressure head 57-2 rises upwards or presses and fixes the corresponding part of the hot melt adhesive film strip on the working panel 12-2 downwards.
The cutter second driving component 54 adopts a cylinder with a guide rod, the cylinder with the guide rod is fixedly arranged on the rear side of the ejector rod seat 57-3 of the auxiliary ejector rod component 57 by the cylinder body, and the piston rod of the cylinder with the guide rod is arranged along the left-right direction and extends out to the right; the first cutter mounting plate 55 is fixedly connected to a piston rod of a cylinder with a guide rod.
