Abstract

一种电连接器,用于与一对接电连接器对接,所述电连接器包括绝缘本体及固持于所述绝缘本体的导电端子,所述绝缘本体具有环形的侧壁及由所述环形侧壁围设形成的插接空间,所述导电端子具有暴露于所述插接空间内的接触部、固持于所述绝缘本体的固持部及延伸出所述绝缘本体的焊接部,所述电连接器还包括设置于所述侧壁并突伸出所述侧壁的上端面的引导壳,所述引导壳位于所述插接空间的外侧且与所述插接空间之间在周缘方向上间隔形成调节空间,所述调节空间用以供所述电连接器与所述对接电连接器在未对准的情况下在周缘方向上移动所述对接电连接器以调整插接位置,藉此,所述对接电连接器与所述电连接器之间能够实现盲插目的。

电连接器
【技术领域】
本发明有关一种电连接器,尤其是指一种具有引导壳能够实现盲插目的的板对板连接器。
【背景技术】
中国台湾发明专利第TWI524598号揭示了一种板对板连接器,其系包括两相互对接的板端连接器,其中一板端连接器包括绝缘本体及设置于所述绝缘本体的导电端子,所述绝缘本体具有环形的侧壁,所述环形的侧壁内形成有插接空间,所述环形的侧壁具有引导斜面,用以引导另一板端连接器插接。然,即使侧壁设有引导斜面,但是若使用者在插接偏差较大的情况下,将无法实现两板端连接器之间的顺利插接。
因此,确有必要提供一种改善上述缺点的电连接器。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有盲插功能的电连接器。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案一来实现:一种电连接器,用于与一对接电连接器对接,所述电连接器包括绝缘本体及固持于所述绝缘本体的导电端子,所述绝缘本体具有环形的侧壁及由所述环形侧壁围设形成的插接空间,所述导电端子具有暴露于所述插接空间内的接触部、固持于所述绝缘本体的固持部及延伸出所述绝缘本体的焊接部,所述电连接器还包括设置于所述侧壁并突伸出所述侧壁的上端面的引导壳,所述引导壳位于所述插接空间的外侧且与所述插接空间之间在周缘方向上间隔形成调节空间,所述调节空间用以供所述电连接器与所述对接电连接器在未对准的情况下在周缘方向上移动所述对接电连接器以调整插接位置。
进一步地,所述引导壳包括固持于所述侧壁的固定部及自所述固定部向上延伸超出所述侧壁的上端面的具有引导面的引导部,所述引导部与所述插接空间在周缘方向上间隔形成所述调节空间。
进一步地,引导壳为环形的中空框体,所述固定部环设并限位于所述侧壁的外侧面,所述引导部环设于所述侧壁的上端面的上方。
进一步地,所述引导外壳由金属冲压形成的连续不间断的环形壳体。
进一步地,所述引导外壳由塑胶注塑成型的连续不间断的环形壳体。
进一步地,所述侧壁的外侧壁的上侧突伸有第一突块及位于所述第一突块下方的第二突块,所述固定部向下突设有具有卡扣配合于所述第一突块与所述第二突块之间的卡勾部的突出部,当所述电连接器与所述对接电连接器未对接时,所述引导壳的引导部位于所述侧壁的上方而所述卡勾部位于所述第一突块与所述第二突块之间,而当所述电连接器与所述对接电连接器对接后,所述卡勾部经由所述对接电连接器下压而向下脱离所述第二突块,此时,所述引导部的上端不高于所述侧壁的上端面。
进一步地,所述侧壁的外侧壁的上侧突伸有一对间隔设置的所述第一突块,所述第二突块位于所述一对第一突块下方中部处,所述突出部的宽度大于所述一对第一突块之间的间隔宽度。
进一步地,所述固定部的所述突出部的两侧形成凹陷部,所述侧壁的外侧壁的下侧突伸有一对突肩部,所述一对突肩部之间形成插口,当所述卡勾部经由所述对接电连接器下压而向下脱离所述第二突块后,所述突出部穿过所述插口而所述凹陷部架靠于所述突肩部。
进一步地,所述电连接器安装于一电路板,所述导电端子一体成型于所述绝缘本体。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明电连接器由于在绝缘本体的上方设置有与所述插接空间之间构成有调节空间的引导壳,故,当所述对接电连接器与所述电连接器在插接对位不可靠的情况下,所述对接电连接器能够利用调节空间来达到稳定插入的目的。

【具体实施方式】
以下,将结合图1至图8介绍本发明电连接器的具体实施方式。
请参照图1至图4,本发明电连接器100安装于一电路板1000,所述电连接器100用于与一安装于另一电路板2000的对接电连接器200对接。
结合图5至图8所示,所述电连接器100包括绝缘本体1及固持于所述绝缘本体1的若干导电端子2,优选地,所述导电端子2一体成型于所述绝缘本体,当然亦可组装于所述绝缘本体1。所述绝缘本体1包括底座11、自所述底座11向上突伸形成的舌板部12和与所述舌板部12之间形成的环形的插接空间10的环形的侧壁13。所述绝缘本体具有1相对的上端面101及下端面102,所述插接空间10自所述上端面101向所述下端面102凹设形成。所述导电端子2具有设置于舌板部12的暴露于所述插接空间10的接触部21、自所述接触部21延伸出的固持于所述绝缘本体1的固持部22、自所述固持部22进一步延伸的延伸出所述绝缘本体1的下端面102的焊接部23。
所述对接电连接器200包括第二绝缘本体3及设置于所述第二绝缘本体3内的第二导电端子4。所述第二绝缘本体3包括第二底座31及自所述第二底座31向上突伸形成的环形的第二侧壁32,所述环形的第二侧壁32内形成第二插接空间30。所述第二导电端子4包括设置于所述第二侧壁32的内侧壁且暴露于所述第二插接空间30的第二接触部41、自所述第二接触部41延伸的固持于所述第二绝缘本体3的第二固持部42及自所述第二固持部42延伸的延伸出所述第二绝缘本体3的第二焊接部43。当所述电连接器100与所述对接电连接器200对接时,所述电连接器100的舌板部12插入所述第二插接空间30,所述接触部21与所述第二接触部41电性接触,而所述第二电连接器200的第二侧壁32则插入所述第一插接空间10。
为了令使用者在电连接器100与所述对接电连接器200在未对准的情况下实现可靠对接,同时实现电连接器100与所述对接电连接器200之间的盲插目的,所述电连接器100或者所述对接电连接器200进一步设置一引导壳5。本发明中,仅以所述引导壳5设置于所述电连接器100上为例进行说明。所述引导壳5设置于所述侧壁13并向上突伸出所述侧壁13的上端面101,所述引导壳5位于所述插接空间10的外侧且与所述插接空间10之间在周缘方向上间隔以形成一调节空间50,即所述引导壳5远离所述插接空间10而在所述侧壁13的上端面101与所述引导壳5之间形成所述调节空间50,所述调节空间为一调节间隔,使用者将所述对接电连接器200在未对准所述电连接器100的插接空间10时,所述对接电连接器200可经由在所述引导壳5的调节空间50中作周缘方向上的移动以调节所述对接电连接器200的插接位置,以实现盲插目的。当然,所述电连接器100与所述对接电连接器200若均可作为插接端的话,即所述电连接器100与所述对接电连接器200均非板端连接器,所述引导壳5可设置于电连接器100或所述对接电连接器200任意之一上,此时,调整电连接器100或所述对接电连接器200任意之一的插接位置均可显现盲插目的。
进一步地,所述引导壳5包括固持于所述侧壁的固定部51及自所述固定部51向上延伸超出所述侧壁的上端面的具有引导面521的引导部52,所述引导部52与所述插接空间10在周缘方向上间隔形成所述调节空间50。具体而言,本发明中,所述引导壳5为环形的中空框体,为由金属冲压形成的连续不间断的环形壳体或由塑胶注塑成型的环形壳体。当然,并不仅限于环形的中空框体,也可以是相对设置的两个大致U形的壳体。所述环形的中空框体的固定部51环设并限位于所述侧壁13的外侧面131,所述引导部52为环设于所述侧壁13的上端面的上方呈喇叭形的结构。所述侧壁13的外侧面131的上侧向外突伸有一对第一突块1311及位于所述一对第一突块1311下方中部处的较宽的第二突块1312,所述固定部51进一步设有向下突伸的具有卡扣配合于所述一对第一突块1311与所述第二突块1312之间的卡勾部5111的突出部511。当所述对接电连接器200未与所述电连接器100对接时,所述引导壳5的引导部52位于所述侧壁13的上端面131的上方而所述卡勾部5111位于所述第一突块1311与所述第二突块1312之间,而当所述对接电连接器200与所述电连接器100对接后,所述引导壳5的引导部52的卡勾部5111经由对接电连接器200的电路板2000下压而向下脱离所述第二突块1312,此时,所述引导部52的上端不高于所述侧壁13的上端面131。
为了避免当所述对接电连接器200与所述电连接器100对接后,所述引导壳5的突出部511向下抵压而损坏电路板1000,所述固定部511的突出部5111的两侧形成凹陷部5112,所述侧壁13的外侧面131的下侧向外突伸有一对突肩部1313,所述一对突肩部1313之间形成上下贯通的插口1314。当所述卡勾部5111经由所述对接电连接器200的电路板2000下压而向下脱离所述第二突块1312后,所述突出部511穿过所述插口1314而所述凹陷部5112则驾靠于所述突肩部1313上。藉此,避免所述突出部511下压损坏电路板1000。

Claims (9)

1.一种电连接器,用于与一对接电连接器对接,所述电连接器包括绝缘本体及固持于所述绝缘本体的导电端子,所述绝缘本体具有环形的侧壁及由所述环形侧壁围设形成的插接空间,所述导电端子具有暴露于所述插接空间内的接触部、固持于所述绝缘本体的固持部及延伸出所述绝缘本体的焊接部,其特征在于:所述电连接器还包括设置于所述侧壁并突伸出所述侧壁的上端面的引导壳,所述引导壳位于所述插接空间的外侧且与所述插接空间之间在周缘方向上间隔形成调节空间,所述调节空间用以供所述电连接器与所述对接电连接器在未对准的情况下在周缘方向上移动所述对接电连接器以调整插接位置,当所述电连接器与所述对接电连接器未对接时,所述引导壳超出所述侧壁的上端面,当所述电连接器与所述对接电连接器对接后,所述引导壳经由所述对接电 连接器下压而使所述引导壳的上端不高于所述侧壁的上端面。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述引导壳包括固持于所述侧壁的固定部及自所述固定部向上延伸超出所述侧壁的上端面的具有引导面的引导部,所述引导部与所述插接空间在周缘方向上间隔形成所述调节空间。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:引导壳为环形的中空框体,所述固定部环设并限位于所述侧壁的外侧面,所述引导部环设于所述侧壁的上端面的上方。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述引导壳由金属冲压形成的连续不间断的环形壳体。
5.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述引导壳由塑胶注塑成型的连续不间断的环形壳体。
6.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述侧壁的外侧壁的上侧突伸有第一突块及位于所述第一突块下方的第二突块,所述固定部向下突设有具有卡扣配合于所述第一突块与所述第二突块之间的卡勾部的突出部,当所述电连接器与所述对接电连接器未对接时,所述引导壳的引导部位于所述侧壁的上方而所述卡勾部位于所述第一突块与所述第二突块之间,而当所述电连接器与所述对接电连接器对接后,所述卡勾部经由所述对接电连接器下压而向下脱离所述第二突块,此时,所述引导部的上端不高于所述侧壁的上端面。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述侧壁的外侧壁的上侧突伸有一对间隔设置的所述第一突块,所述第二突块位于所述一对第一突块下方中部处,所述突出部的宽度大于所述一对第一突块之间的间隔宽度。
8.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述固定部的所述突出部的两侧形成凹陷部,所述侧壁的外侧壁的下侧突伸有一对突肩部,所述一对突肩部之间形成插口,当所述卡勾部经由所述对接电连接器下压而向下脱离所述第二突块后,所述突出部穿过所述插口而所述凹陷部架靠于所述突肩部。
9.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器安装于一电路板,所述导电端子一体成型于所述绝缘本体。
