本发明公开了一种金属带缠绕连续增强热塑性塑料复合管。本发明采用缠绕金属带分组设计的方法,合理分配金属带缠绕,同时利用金属带的高强度增加管材的环向强度和轴向强度,提高了管材抗压能力,金属带增强层间无粘结,提高复合管材柔性,缩小金属带层间的相对滑移量,制作工艺简便,对设备投资要求较小,大大降低制造成本,且保证了管道的柔韧性和抗地震性。

本发明涉及一种增强热塑性塑料复合管,尤其涉及一种金属带缠绕连续增强热塑性塑料复合管。
背景技术
增强热塑性塑料复合管(Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipes简称RTP),通常采用三层结构,内层通常为耐腐蚀、耐磨损的热塑性塑料管,中间层为起增强作用的增强层,外层为起保护作用的外包覆层;其中增强层多使用增强纤维丝带、金属丝、金属带;玻璃纤维丝、玻璃纤维丝带。因其耐高压、耐腐蚀,且柔韧性较好以及能够保证其连续性等优点,已广泛应用于油田的运输管道、市政给水、排水其它液体、气体物料输送管线。现有增强热塑性塑料复合管增强方式通常为多层金属带沿管轴向的螺旋缠绕,根据缠绕方向的不同可分为相邻反向交叉缠绕和相邻同向且两两反向交叉缠绕,前者工艺简单但无法保证均匀增强管道,不能承受高压;后者可耐高压,但工艺比较复杂,生产设备昂贵,成本高,连续管缠绕口径受设备条件限制较大。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明设计了一种金属带缠绕连续增强热塑性塑料复合管。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种金属带缠绕连续增强热塑性塑料复合管,包括三层结构特征,由内到外依次包括内管、金属带缠绕增强层和外包覆管,金属带缠绕增强层由多层金属带沿内管轴向螺旋缠绕于内管外侧,缠绕层数为偶数,每层金属带沿管轴向螺旋缠绕于内管外侧,形成一定间隙,以缠绕在内管外侧的第一层金属带为基准,以每两层金属带进行分组,第一组金属带中的两层金属带缠绕方向相同,第一组金属带中的第二层金属带带宽中部均匀覆盖第一层金属带缠绕形成的间隙,第二组金属带中的两层金属带缠绕方向相反,第二组金属带中的第一层金属带同第一组金属带的缠绕方向相反,除第一组金属带,其他组中金属带缠绕方向均相反,其他组金属带中两层金属带分别与相邻金属带缠绕方向相反。
作为优选,所述金属带缠绕增强层中,每组金属带间可由螺旋交叠缠绕的具有一定韧性的塑带或其他纤维带进行隔离。金属带缠绕增强层中的螺旋交叠缠绕的塑带或其他纤维带层,具有固定金属带缠绕角度,减少金属带缠绕层间摩擦和相对滑移,提高柔性复合管疲劳寿命等功能。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的具体描述:
实施例:如附图1-4所示,一种金属带缠绕连续增强热塑性塑料复合管,其金属带采用钢带,为六层钢带缠绕连续增强热塑性塑料复合管,该复合管由内到外依次为最内层的内管1、中间层的金属带缠绕增强层和最外层的外包覆管11;金属带缠绕增强层由多层钢带2、3、5、6、8、9及聚酯功能层4、7、10螺旋缠绕而构成。内管和外包覆管为高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)塑料管,除具有较强的柔韧性,同时还具有耐腐蚀、耐磨损、抗刮擦、耐候、阻燃、抗静电等功能。
金属带缠绕增强层由多层钢带沿管轴向螺旋缠绕而成;每层钢带沿内管轴向螺旋缠绕形成间隙2-1、3-1、5-1、6-1、8-1、9-1;以缠绕在内管外层的第一层钢带2为基准,以两层钢带进行分组;第一组钢带中的两层钢带2、3缠绕方向相同;其中第二层螺旋缠绕的钢带3带宽中部均匀覆盖同一圆周上的相邻钢带2缠绕形成的间隙;每组钢带间分别由螺旋交叠缠绕的聚酯带层4、7隔开,聚酯带层具有固定钢带缠绕层角度,减少钢带缠绕层间摩擦和相对滑移,提高柔性复合管疲劳寿命等功能;第二组钢带中的两层钢带5、6缠绕方向相反;同时与相邻钢带缠绕方向相反,即钢带5与3缠绕方向相反,钢带6与8缠绕方向相反;第三组钢带中的两层钢带8、9缠绕方向相反;同时与相邻钢带缠绕方向相反,即钢带8与6缠绕方向相反;每钢带层由一条钢带沿管轴向连续螺旋缠绕;各层间不存在焊接或约束等粘结特征,可滑移;钢带截面为矩形;每组钢带的规格,即宽度和厚度相同,不同组钢带规格可以不同;钢带材质为不锈钢316L,具有防腐功能,每组钢带间分别由螺旋交叠缠绕包裹的聚酯带4、7、10隔开,具有固定金属带缠绕层角度,减少金属带缠绕层间摩擦和相对滑移,提高柔性复合管疲劳寿命等功能,其中增强层最外层螺旋交叠缠绕包裹的聚酯带层同时具有辅助外保护管成型控径作用。上述钢带缠绕连续增强热塑性塑料管的钢带缠绕增强层与内管和外包覆管间无粘结特征,可滑移。
本发明吸收现有金属带螺旋缠绕增强方法,采用多层金属带交叉反向缠绕与同向缠绕且覆盖间隙两种缠绕方式混合增强方式形成连续增强柔性复合管,耐高压,金属带增强层间无粘结,制作工艺简便,大大降低制造及设备成本,且保证管道的柔韧性和抗地震性,并可按需求长度连续制作。
以上所述的实施例只是本发明的一种较佳的方案,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,在不超出权利要求所记载的技术方案的前提下还有其它的变体及改型。
Claims (10)
1.一种金属带缠绕连续增强热塑性塑料复合管,包括三层结构特征,由内到外依次包括内管、金属带缠绕增强层和外包覆管,其特征是,所述金属带缠绕增强层由多层金属带沿内管轴向螺旋缠绕于内管外侧,缠绕层数为偶数,每层金属带沿管轴向螺旋缠绕于内管外侧,形成一定间隙,以缠绕在内管外侧的第一层金属带为基准,以每两层金属带进行分组,第一组金属带中的两层金属带缠绕方向相同,第一组金属带中的第二层金属带带宽中部均匀覆盖第一层金属带缠绕形成的间隙,第二组金属带中的两层金属带缠绕方向相反,第二组金属带中的第一层金属带同第一组金属带的缠绕方向相反,除第一组金属带,其他组中金属带缠绕方向均相反,其他组金属带中两层金属带分别与相邻金属带缠绕方向相反。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属带缠绕连续增强热塑性塑料复合管,其特征是,所述金属带缠绕增强层中,每组金属带间可由螺旋交叠缠绕的具有一定韧性的塑带或其他纤维带进行隔离。
3.根据权利要求1所述的金属带缠绕连续增强热塑性塑料复合管,其特征是,所述金属带缠绕增强层中,每层金属带可由多条金属带沿内管轴向并行连续螺旋缠绕。
4.根据权利要求1所述的金属带缠绕连续增强热塑性塑料复合管,其特征是,所述金属带缠绕增强层中,各层金属带间不存在焊接或约束等粘结特征,可相对滑移。
5.根据权利要求1所述的金属带缠绕连续增强热塑性塑料复合管,其特征是,所述金属带缠绕增强层中,金属带截面为矩形。
6.根据权利要求1所述的金属带缠绕连续增强热塑性塑料复合管,其特征是,所述金属带缠绕增强层中,每组金属带的宽度和厚度相同,不同组金属带的宽度和厚度可以不同。
7.根据权利要求1所述的金属带缠绕连续增强热塑性塑料复合管,其特征是,所述金属带缠绕增强层中,金属带材料可以为碳钢,不锈钢或其他材质的金属带。
8.根据权利要求1所述的金属带缠绕连续增强热塑性塑料复合管,其特征是,所述金属带缠绕增强层外位于外包覆管内位置由螺旋交叠缠绕的塑带或其他纤维带包裹。
9.根据权利要求1所述的金属带缠绕连续增强热塑性塑料复合管,其特征是,所述金属带缠绕增强层与内管和外包覆管间无粘结特征,可滑移。
10.根据权利要求1所述的金属带缠绕连续增强热塑性塑料复合管,其特征是,所述内管和外包覆管为热塑性塑料管。
