本发明公开了一种柔性电路板插接头,包括插头座、插座、插头插片、插座插槽、插头转动扣接头、插座转动扣接头、插头卡扣和插座卡扣,插头座的一端设置有插头转动扣接头,插头座的另一端设置插头卡扣,插头座的中部设置有插头插片,插座的一端设置插座转动扣接头,插座的另一端设置插座卡扣,插头转动口接头与插座转动扣接头之间能够转动扣接,插座的中部设置有插座插槽,插头插片与插座插槽插接连接后插头卡扣与插座卡扣扣接连接。本发明通过插头插座的两端扣接,安装和拆卸都容易,且插头插片与插座插槽均包覆于插头座与插座内,起到防尘的作用,不易氧化,防止接触不良,具有推广应用的价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子产品,尤其涉及一种柔性电路板插接头。
背景技术
柔性电路板是以聚酰亚胺或聚酯薄膜为基材制成的一种具有高度可靠性,绝佳的可挠性印刷电路板。具有配线密度高、重量轻、厚度薄、弯折性好的特点。现有技术中,柔性电路板的插头连接不够稳定,此外,拆装不便,而且插头的金属部分裸露在外,容易氧化,导致接触不良,存在改进空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种柔性电路板插接头。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明包括插头座、插座、插头插片、插座插槽、插头转动扣接头、插座转动扣接头、插头卡扣和插座卡扣,所述插头座的一端设置有所述插头转动扣接头,所述插头座的另一端设置所述插头卡扣,所述插头座的中部设置有插头插片,所述插座的一端设置所述插座转动扣接头,所述插座的另一端设置所述插座卡扣,所述插头转动口接头与所述插座转动扣接头之间能够转动扣接,所述插座的中部设置有所述插座插槽,所述插头插片与所述插座插槽插接连接后所述插头卡扣与所述插座卡扣扣接连接。
优选的,所述插头座上设置有多片所述插头插片,所述插座上设置有多个与所述插头插片对于的所述插座插槽。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明是一种柔性电路板插接头,与现有技术相比,本发明通过插头插座的两端扣接,安装和拆卸都容易,且插头插片与插座插槽均包覆于插头座与插座内,起到防尘的作用,不易氧化,防止接触不良,具有推广应用的价值。

如图1和图2所示:本发明包括插头座1、插座2、插头插片3、插座插槽4、插头转动扣接头5、插座转动扣接头6、插头卡扣7和插座卡扣8,所述插头座的一端设置有所述插头转动扣接头,所述插头座的另一端设置所述插头卡扣,所述插头座的中部设置有插头插片,所述插座的一端设置所述插座转动扣接头,所述插座的另一端设置所述插座卡扣,所述插头转动口接头与所述插座转动扣接头之间能够转动扣接,所述插座的中部设置有所述插座插槽,所述插头插片与所述插座插槽插接连接后所述插头卡扣与所述插座卡扣扣接连接。
优选的,所述插头座上设置有多片所述插头插片,所述插座上设置有多个与所述插头插片对于的所述插座插槽。
