Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of financial equipment, in particular to a card reader card processing method and device and self-service terminal equipment.
Background
At present, if a user wants to deposit and withdraw money or transfer money, the user usually holds a bank card to a self-service terminal device such as a depositing and withdrawing machine for operation. However, during the operation of the user, there may be a lawbreaker who inserts a fake card at the card reader processing card slot of the depositing and dispensing machine to pretend to be the true card of the user. Lawbreakers may trick the user into saying that the service is over and the card has been withdrawn, and the user may misunderstand that his card has been withdrawn when he sees a counterfeit card in the card reader processing card slot, and then actively or forcibly leave the self-service device with the counterfeit card. Because the true card of the user is still in the card reader and the user inputs the correct password before, the lawless person can successfully steal the fund in the bank card of the user after the user leaves.
In the face of the cheating of the package dropping of the bank card, no effective corresponding method can guarantee the fund security of the user at present.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the embodiment of the present invention provides a card reader card processing method, a card reader card processing device and a self-service terminal device, and aims to solve the problem that the user fund security cannot be guaranteed when a bank card packet-dropping fraud is faced.
A first aspect of an embodiment of the present invention provides a card processing method for a card reader, including:
detecting the state of a card reader of self-service terminal equipment in real time in the process of business transaction by using a card by a user;
and if a card or foreign matter is detected at the processing card slot of the card reader, switching the current working mode of the self-service terminal equipment into a safe working mode, and forbidding execution of business operation for reducing funds in the card in the safe working mode.
A second aspect of an embodiment of the present invention provides a card reader processing card device, including:
the card reader state detection module is used for detecting the state of a card reader of the self-service terminal equipment in real time in the process of business transaction by using a card by a user;
and the working mode switching module is used for switching the current working mode of the self-service terminal equipment into a safe working mode if a card or foreign matter is detected at a processing bayonet of the card reader, and the safe working mode forbids execution of business operation for reducing funds in the card.
A third aspect of the embodiments of the present invention provides a self-service terminal device, where the self-service terminal device includes the card reader processing card device provided in the second aspect of the embodiments of the present invention.
The card reader card processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: detecting the state of a card reader of self-service terminal equipment in real time in the process of business transaction by using a card by a user; and if a card or foreign matter is detected at the processing card slot of the card reader, switching the current working mode of the self-service terminal equipment into a safe working mode, and forbidding execution of business operation for reducing funds in the card in the safe working mode. In the process of self-service business transaction of a user, if a lawbreaker inserts a fake card into a card reader processing card port, the working mode of the self-service terminal equipment can be automatically switched into a safe working mode. Because the business operation of reducing account funds can not be executed in the safe working mode, namely the operations of withdrawing money or transferring accounts and the like can not be executed, even if the user is cheated to leave with the fake card, lawless persons can still not steal the funds in the user bank card, thereby effectively protecting the fund security of the user.

Detailed Description
In the following description, for purposes of explanation and not limitation, specific details are set forth, such as particular system structures, techniques, etc. in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced in other embodiments that depart from these specific details. In other instances, detailed descriptions of well-known systems, devices, circuits, and methods are omitted so as not to obscure the description of the present invention with unnecessary detail.
The embodiment of the invention provides a card reader card processing method, a card reader card processing device and self-service terminal equipment, and aims to solve the problem that the fund safety of a user cannot be guaranteed when a bank card package-dropping cheat is faced.
Referring to fig. 1, a card reader according to a first embodiment of the invention processes a card, including:
101. detecting the state of a card reader of self-service terminal equipment in real time in the process of business transaction by using a card by a user;
and detecting the state of the card reader of the self-service terminal equipment in real time in the process of business transaction by using the bank card. For example, when a user performs business transactions such as depositing, withdrawing or transferring money on the cash recycling machine, the state of a card reader of the cash recycling machine is detected in real time, and whether a card or a foreign matter exists at a processing bayonet of the card reader is judged. Specifically, whether a card or a foreign object exists at the card inlet of the card reader is detected, the card reader can utilize a card processing function provided by hardware for judging whether the card enters the card or judging whether the card enters the card magnetically, and the card reader can immediately send an event of detecting that the card or the foreign object exists at the card inlet to the self-service terminal equipment.
102. And if the card or foreign matter is detected at the processing card slot of the card reader, switching the current working mode of the self-service terminal equipment into a safe working mode.
And if a card or foreign matter is detected at the processing card slot of the card reader, switching the current working mode of the self-service terminal equipment into a safe working mode, and forbidding execution of business operation for reducing funds in the card in the safe working mode. When a user carries out business transaction, a bank card of the user is arranged in the card reader, and at the moment, if a card is detected at a processing card port of the card reader, the card at the processing card port can be considered as a fake card inserted by a lawbreaker. After the current working mode of the self-service terminal equipment is switched to the safe working mode, because the business operations of reducing funds in the card, such as withdrawal, transfer and the like, cannot be executed in the safe working mode, even if a user leaves with a fake card, lawbreakers still cannot steal the funds in the user card.
Further, after the current operating mode of the self-service terminal device is switched to the safe operating mode, the method may further include:
and if the card in the card reader exits, restoring the current working mode of the self-service terminal equipment to the mode before switching.
And if the card in the card reader (namely the real card of the user) exits, the current working mode of the self-service terminal equipment is restored to the mode before switching, so that the automatic terminal equipment can normally process various business transactions. If the user finds that the problem exists, the real card is automatically withdrawn, the user is alert, and at the moment, lawbreakers cannot steal the funds in the user card. And if the user leaves with the fake card, the lawbreaker quits the true card, and because the lawbreaker does not know the password of the true card, the fund in the user card cannot be threatened even if the self-service terminal equipment is restored to the normal working mode before switching.
Further, after the current operating mode of the self-service terminal device is switched to the safe operating mode, the method may further include:
when the account inquiry operation is executed, if the deposit amount in the account exceeds a preset threshold value, a preset prompting interface is displayed, and the prompting interface does not contain the actual deposit amount.
Other business operations, such as account inquiry operations, which do not reduce the funds in the card can still be performed in the secure operating mode. However, because there is a lawless person present at present, if the amount of money stored in the account of the user is large, the lawless person may find that a large amount of funds exist in the account in the process of inquiring the account by the user, and further, the personal and fund safety of the user is threatened by means of violence and the like. Therefore, in the safe working mode, when a user executes account inquiry operation, the amount of deposit money in the account is detected firstly, and if the deposit money is smaller, normal account inquiry service is provided; if the deposit amount is larger and exceeds a preset threshold (for example, 10 ten thousand), a prompt interface without the actual deposit amount is displayed. Specifically, the prompt interface may be an interface for displaying a network failure or an equipment failure. By means of the setting, the fund security of the large account can be further guaranteed.
Referring to fig. 2, a second embodiment of a card processing method of a card reader according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
201. detecting the state of a card reader of self-service terminal equipment in real time in the process of business transaction by using a card by a user;
202. If a card or foreign matter is detected at a processing card slot of the card reader, judging whether the user leaves the self-service terminal equipment or not;
different from the first embodiment of the present invention, in this embodiment, after detecting that a card or a foreign object is present at the card slot processed by the card reader, the current working mode of the self-service terminal device is not immediately switched to the safe working mode, but it is determined whether the user has left the self-service terminal device. And if the user leaves the self-service terminal equipment, executing the step 203, otherwise, returning to execute the step 201.
Further, determining whether the user has left the self-service terminal device may employ the following various ways:
(1) and if the card reader processing card port is detected to be changed from the card-containing state to the card-free state, judging that the user leaves the self-service terminal equipment.
If the user is on, the counterfeit card inserted by a lawless person is usually taken away and then left. Therefore, if the card reader processing card port is detected to be changed from the card-containing state to the card-free state, the fact that the user takes the pseudo card away is indicated, and at the moment, the fact that the user leaves the self-service terminal device can be judged. It should be noted that the "card-not-card" state in the mode (1) includes a "card-not-card …" state, that is, even if a lawbreaker repeatedly plugs and pulls another pseudo card after the user takes the pseudo card away and leaves, it still determines that the user has left the self-service terminal device, that is, the self-service terminal device is also switched to the safe operating mode.
(2) And after detecting that the preset time length that the card reader processes the card at the card slot is available, judging that the user leaves the self-service terminal equipment.
After a lawbreaker inserts the pseudo card into the card reader processing slot, the lawbreaker waits a short time to fool the user into saying that his bank card has exited and immediately asks the user to leave with the card. It can be seen that the time from detection of a card at the processing gate of the reader to the departure of the user can be estimated. Thus, after detecting a preset length of time (reasonably set according to the estimated time) for the card reader to process the card at the card slot, it can be determined that the user has left the self-service terminal device.
(3) And detecting an image acquired by a camera of the self-service terminal equipment, and if the face image of the user is not detected, judging that the user leaves the self-service terminal equipment.
Self-service terminal equipment such as a cash recycling machine is generally provided with a camera, so that images collected by the camera can be detected. If the user does not leave, the face image of the user should be detected, that is, if the face image of the user cannot be detected, it indicates that the user has left the self-service terminal device.
203. And switching the current working mode of the self-service terminal equipment into a safe working mode.
And the user leaves the self-service terminal equipment, and the current working mode of the self-service terminal equipment is switched to a safe working mode, wherein the safe working mode forbids the execution of business operation for reducing funds in the card. Compared with the mode that the working mode of the self-service terminal equipment is switched to the safe working mode immediately, the mode that the working mode of the self-service terminal equipment is switched to the safe working mode after the user leaves has the following advantages: (1) normal business transaction of the user is not influenced, and the withdrawal or transfer process of the user is not suddenly interrupted due to the insertion of a pseudo card; (2) the personal and property safety of the user can be better ensured. If the working mode of the self-service terminal equipment is switched to the safe working mode immediately after a lawbreaker inserts a fake card, a user may detect an abnormality (for example, a withdrawal operation cannot be executed suddenly), at this time, the user generally checks a card reader or quits the bank card of the user, and possibly finds that a person inserts a fake card and performs a dispute with the lawbreaker after the lawbreaker is identified. After the deception office is identified, the lawless persons can turn to adopt a violent mode to force the user to pay money and property, thereby bringing more serious personal and property injuries to the user. However, if the working mode of the self-service terminal equipment is switched to the safe working mode after the user leaves, the user can not detect that the user is abnormal during operation, the fake card is usually taken away and leaves in a cheated state, lawless persons cannot adopt a violence mode after discovering the user, and cannot steal funds in the user card even after the user leaves, so that the personal and property safety of the user is better ensured.
Further, after the current operating mode of the self-service terminal device is switched to the safe operating mode, the method may further include:
and outputting alarm information in a preset mode.
After the current working mode of the self-service terminal equipment is switched to the safe working mode, various alarm information can be output in a preset mode. For example, a message "your bank card may have been dropped, please verify and report loss in time" may be sent to the terminal device of the user to remind the user to report loss in time; alarm information can be sent to a security system of a bank or a police station to remind security personnel that lawbreakers are operating the self-service terminal equipment currently. Moreover, the camera of the self-service terminal equipment can be used for shooting the face image of the lawless person during the operation of the lawless person, so that the lawless person can be captured more easily.
The card reader card processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: detecting the state of a card reader of self-service terminal equipment in real time in the process of business transaction by using a card by a user; if a card or foreign matter is detected at a processing card slot of the card reader, judging whether the user leaves the self-service terminal equipment or not; and if the user leaves the self-service terminal equipment, switching the current working mode of the self-service terminal equipment into a safe working mode, wherein the safe working mode forbids the execution of business operation for reducing funds in the card. The working mode of the self-service terminal equipment is switched to the safe working mode after the user leaves, so that on one hand, normal business transaction of the user is not influenced, and on the other hand, personal and property safety of the user can be better guaranteed.
Referring to fig. 3, a third embodiment of a card processing method of a card reader according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
301. detecting the state of a card reader of self-service terminal equipment in real time in the process of business transaction by using a card by a user;
302. if a card or foreign matter is detected at a processing card slot of the card reader, switching the current working mode of the self-service terminal equipment into a safe working mode;
the steps 301-302 are the same as the steps 101-102, and the related description of the steps 101-102 can be referred to.
303. Judging whether the current service is in a terminable state;
and after the working mode of the self-service terminal equipment is switched to the safe working mode, judging whether the current business is in a terminable state. The terminable state is a state that does not cause a change in the accounting after the termination, such as an inquiry state, a state in which a transaction has not started or has ended. The non-terminable state is a state that causes a change in accounting after termination, such as a state in which withdrawal is in progress or deposit is in progress. If the current service is in a terminable state, step 305 is directly performed, otherwise step 304 and step 305 are performed.
304. Executing the current service to a terminable state;
and when the current service is in the non-terminable state, executing the current service to the terminable state.
Specifically, step 304 may include:
if the current service is a withdrawal service and a withdrawal message is sent currently and the machine core does not discharge money, stopping discharging the money and executing withdrawal and correction operation;
if the current business is a withdrawal business, a withdrawal message is sent currently, and the machine core discharges bank notes, the bank notes are stopped to be discharged, all the discharged bank notes are recovered, and a withdrawal and correction operation is executed;
if the current business is a deposit business, and the current currency count is finished, and the deposit message is not sent, the deposit message is sent, and the bank can be in a termination state after the bank successfully logs on.
305. The current service is terminated.
The current business is in a terminable state, and when the current business is terminated, the fund security of the user can be better protected under the condition of not causing accounting problems (because lawbreakers are present, the user is prevented from taking out a large amount of cash as much as possible).
Further, after step 305, the method may further include:
and executing card withdrawing operation or card swallowing operation.
After the current service is terminated, a card withdrawal operation or a card swallow operation can be performed to further improve the security of the funds in the user card.
The card reader card processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: detecting the state of a card reader of self-service terminal equipment in real time in the process of business transaction by using a card by a user; if a card or foreign matter is detected at a processing card slot of the card reader, switching the current working mode of the self-service terminal equipment into a safe working mode; after the working mode is switched to the safe working mode, judging whether the current service is in a terminable state; if yes, terminating the current service, otherwise executing the current service to a terminable state and terminating the service. After the working mode of the self-service terminal equipment is switched to the safe working mode, the present embodiment can terminate the current business in time on the premise of avoiding generating the financial problem, so as to further improve the safety of the fund in the user card.
