The system stores a large amount of property related data such as a large amount of basic data of owner living details, contact ways, property company human organization structures, emergency plans, municipal information, cell air indexes, vegetation maintenance and the like into a virtualized server and resources, and stores and operates uniformly at a server end to provide data sources and storage places for mastering all information.
In the invention, the system can also divide the server resources into different resource pools according to different classes, and divide different response classes according to each service class. For example, emergency plans, fire alarms, toxic gas emissions, flood conditions, and the like are the most important businesses among all businesses, and vegetation maintenance and environmental optimization can be used as secondary businesses. The most important service uses the computing resource and the storage resource with the highest performance, and the cost benefit is considered while the service continuity is ensured.
Historical data of the property management system is also very valuable to be reserved, and the historical data is a data source and guarantee for carrying out data analysis on the property management system and adopting different early warning and defense measures in the later period. Meanwhile, in the community security branch, many video image data are very important clues and evidences for case detection.
The cloud platform of the system is used without purchasing a large number of physical servers, expensive and complex terminals or software, has great flexibility, does not need to update the latest software regularly, but at the cloud end, a supplier can provide a plurality of common operating systems and software for clients freely, certainly, software installation and upgrade are finished uniformly at the server end by a cloud provider, expenses are saved for users, time is saved, efficiency and safety are improved
In the invention, the system also comprises a user management module which is a user management module and comprises user management with different role authorities, including a super manager; personnel of each organization department of property; a client user. Including registration and login of the user. The user registration needs to bind personal basic information of the user, such as a real name, an identity card number, a contact way, an account password, a home address and the like. And users with different roles log in the unified identity system to obtain different authorities and access each application system.
The system also comprises a basic information query module system which is used for clearly dividing and displaying the organization structure of the whole property management personnel, and dividing different responsibility fields for each branch of water, electricity, warm, greening and the like in the property management service range, particularly for responsible persons every day, so that customers can conveniently search and track and work evaluation of the property management personnel. Meanwhile, the system can display environment monitoring information in some cells in real time; and (3) latest real-time municipal water and power cut notification and the like.
The emergency response module in the system mainly aims at large natural or artificial disasters such as fire, 120 emergency, toxic gas, flood situations and the like in a certain residential area, and can send real-time information to remind an owner of timely evacuation in the first time.
The system also comprises a customer service module which can provide a plurality of modes: reporting, feeding back and collecting problems by WeChat or qq, and transferring the problems to a production scheduling command system; the intelligent telephone realizes the telephone acceptance, recording and network storage of the user.
The system also comprises a payment and overdue arrearage reminding module which can help the user to directly pay various fees such as property water and electricity fees on the system. The user can select the corresponding fee type to carry out balance inquiry and historical fee detail inquiry at the mobile terminal, and if the fee is overdue or owed, the user can be reminded and warned correspondingly.
The system also comprises a monitoring information query module which can store necessary security video monitoring data so as to fetch the monitoring information when the security problem occurs and provide effective evidence for case investigation and breakage; meanwhile, the quality of service and the complaint feedback information can be supervised; and inquiring information such as statistical forms of a plurality of data.
The system also comprises a cloud platform data acquisition and processing module, wherein the cloud platform virtual server and the storage module mainly realize data acquisition, processing and transmission, store and process each piece of production and feedback information and feed back the information to the terminal user.

1. A property information processing system based on cloud storage, comprising: the property center server comprises a property center server and a plurality of property information processing terminals;
the property information processing terminal includes: the data acquisition module, the storage device and the data communication device;
the data acquisition module is used for acquiring water consumption, electricity consumption and gas consumption of each user unit in the area where the property information processing terminal is located, video information shot by each monitoring camera, personnel images entering and exiting the area where the property information processing terminal is located, vehicle information, parking space information in the area where the property information processing terminal is located, climate information of the area where the property information processing terminal is located, geographical position information of the area where the property information processing terminal is located, equipment arrangement information of the area where the property information processing terminal is located, building information of the area where the property information processing terminal is located, property fee payment information, identity information of people living in the area where the property information processing terminal is located, identity information of property service personnel, work duty information of the property service personnel, work flow information of the property service, property management organization structure information and plant information of the area where the property information processing terminal is located, storing the information of each region in a storage device;
the property center server acquires the data information stored in the storage device through the data communication device;
the property information processing terminal further includes: a virtual storage management module;
the virtual storage management module is used for configuring a preset number of virtual storages according to a virtual storage capacity configuration instruction, configuring the storage capacity of each virtual storage, performing address coding on the virtual storages, and acquiring the current storage capacity and the spare storage capacity of each virtual storage in real time;
the virtual storage system is also used for dividing the storage area of the virtual storage into a local storage area and a property center storage area; configuring the storage capacity of the local storage area; configuring the storage capacity of a property center storage area;
configuring a local storage area to be accessed and stored with only a local storage device; configuring a property center storage area as a property cloud storage area;
the property center server is also used for monitoring the property cloud storage capacity in real time, and when the used property cloud storage capacity exceeds a threshold value, the available storage capacity of the local storage area of each property information processing terminal is obtained;
when the available storage amount of the local storage area of a certain property information processing terminal is higher than a preset local storage threshold value, the property center server sends a property storage area expansion control instruction to the virtual storage management module of the property information processing terminal, so that the virtual storage management module converts the available storage amount of the local storage area of the virtual storage into the property center storage area.
2. The cloud storage based property information processing system of claim 1,
the property center server is used for configuring address information of each property information processing terminal and system virtual storage address information of each property information processing terminal, acquiring the storage capacity of a storage device of each property information processing terminal, the total storage capacity of a virtual storage, the storage capacity of a local storage area and the storage capacity of a property center storage area, and arranging the property information processing terminals into a sequence list;
and the property center server configures the storage capacity of the property center storage area of each property information processing terminal into a property cloud storage capacity.
3. The cloud storage based property information processing system of claim 1,
the property center server is also used for monitoring the used storage capacity of each property information processing terminal in real time, when the used storage capacity of a certain property information processing terminal exceeds a storage capacity threshold value, the property center server sends a virtual storage capacity configuration instruction to the virtual storage management module of the property information processing terminal, so that the virtual storage management module configures the property center server to send virtual storages with preset quantity, configures the storage capacity of the virtual storages, performs address coding on the virtual storages, and also obtains the current storage capacity of the virtual storages and the spare storage capacity of the property information processing terminal in real time.
4. The cloud storage based property information processing system of claim 1,
the property center server is also used for monitoring the property cloud storage capacity in real time, when the used property cloud storage capacity exceeds a threshold value, the available storage capacity of the storage device of each property information processing terminal is obtained, when the available storage capacity of the storage device of a certain property information processing terminal is higher than a preset storage threshold value, the property center server sends a property storage area expansion control instruction to the virtual storage management module of the property information processing terminal, so that the virtual storage management module stores the data information stored in the local storage area into the storage device, and then the available storage capacity of the local storage area of the virtual storage is converted into the property center storage area.
5. The cloud storage based property information processing system of claim 1,
the property center server is also used for monitoring whether a new property information processing terminal is added in the system in real time, and if the new property information processing terminal exists, the data information is acquired through the communication connection of the data communication device of the new property information processing terminal;
the property center server is also used for configuring address information of the newly added property information processing terminal and address information of a system virtual memory of the newly added property information processing terminal, acquiring storage capacity of a storage device of the newly added property information processing terminal, total storage capacity of the virtual memory, storage capacity of a local storage area and storage capacity of a property center storage area, and configuring the newly added property information processing terminal into the sequence list;
and the property center server configures the storage capacity of the property center storage area of the newly added property information processing terminal into property cloud storage capacity.
6. The cloud storage based property information processing system of claim 1,
the property center server is also used for monitoring the property cloud storage capacity in real time, when the used property cloud storage capacity exceeds a threshold value, the property center server sends a storage capacity threshold value exceeding prompt and monitors whether a new property information processing terminal is added in the property cloud storage in real time, and if a new property information processing terminal is added, the new property information processing terminal is in communication connection with the storage device and the virtual storage through a data communication device of the new property information processing terminal; and the property center server configures the storage capacity of the property center storage area of the newly added property information processing terminal into property cloud storage capacity.
7. The cloud storage based property information processing system of claim 1,
the property center server is also used for transferring the data stored in the storage area of the property center of each property information processing terminal to the database of the property center server every time a preset time length passes.
8. The cloud storage based property information processing system of claim 1,
the property center server is further configured to send a virtual storage amount configuration instruction to the virtual storage management module, where the virtual storage amount configuration instruction includes: establishing the number of virtual storages, the storage capacity of each virtual storage, the storage capacity of a local storage area, the storage capacity of a storage area of a configuration property center and the set time length of each virtual storage;
the virtual storage management module is further used for configuring a preset number of virtual storages according to a virtual storage capacity configuration instruction sent by the property center server, configuring the storage capacity of each virtual storage, the storage capacity of the local storage area, the storage capacity of the property center storage area, and performing address coding on the virtual storages;
the virtual storage management module is also used for sending time limit information of the set time length to the property center server when the configured virtual storage reaches the set time length; the virtual storage management module stores the data information of the local storage area of the virtual storage into a storage device;
and the property center server stores the data information stored in the storage area of the virtual storage property center into a database according to the set time limit information.
