The two-dimension code identity marking software of the law enforcement recorder mainly completes user management, two-dimension code manufacturing and law enforcement recorder identity setting. The content (police number, name and unit) of the two-dimensional code pasted by the law enforcement recorder is required to be consistent with the identity set in the law enforcement recorder, and unified identity management is realized.
The software system also comprises mobile terminal APP customized development and upgrade (code scanning binding function is added) software and customized ternary intelligent association uploading and intelligent thinking engine software. The mobile terminal APP directionally develops and upgrades software to realize that one or more law enforcement recorders used for dealing with an alarm on site perform two-dimensional code quick code scanning when the alarm is signed, and the association between the current situation enforcement recorder and an alarm (police bill) is realized; according to the time node, time nodes such as an alarm receiving sign-in, an arrival field feedback, an alarm handling completion feedback, a time node with a person to the feedback (when the person returns), and the like and the identity of a law enforcement recorder bound by the alarm handling at this time are uploaded to an alarm receiving and handling platform located in a public security network through a special police service network and an isolation network gate in sequence.
After ternary intelligent union uploading and intelligent thinking engine software acquires ternary data including identity, alarm condition (alarm list), time and the like of the law enforcement recorder, the intelligent thinking engine is used for realizing automatic uploading of the data of the law enforcement recorder and intelligently associating the data to an alarm receiving and handling system according to a ternary matching model by combining video/audio/photo data and log files of identity information carried by the law enforcement recorder and captured from a data acquisition workstation. Meanwhile, the software can intelligently analyze matching errors and matching losses, realize quality control, provide a manual intervention window and quickly realize manual auxiliary matching.

1. A law enforcement recorder and mobile terminal reverse code scanning binding ternary intelligent association uploading system comprises:
the law enforcement recorder is used for field law enforcement recording;
the data acquisition workstation is used for acquiring the recorded data of the law enforcement recorder and charging the data;
the centralized storage server is used for storing the record data acquired by the data acquisition workstation;
the alarm receiving and processing platform server is used for generating an alarm processing order and associating the recorded data stored by the centralized storage server with the alarm processing order;
the mobile terminal is used for receiving the alarm handling list and sending code-scanning bundled law enforcement recorder information and alarm handling feedback information to the alarm receiving and handling platform server;
the police service private network server is used for exchanging data with the mobile terminal and exchanging data with the alarm receiving and processing platform server through the isolation network gate;
the data acquisition workstation, the centralized storage server and the alarm receiving and processing platform server are connected through a special network, and the mobile terminal is connected to the special network through a mobile police special network and an isolation gatekeeper;

the system also comprises a ternary intelligent union server, a centralized storage server and a data acquisition workstation, wherein the ternary intelligent union server is used for acquiring the alarm handling order, the identity mark bound with the alarm handling order and the alarm handling starting and stopping time information corresponding to the alarm handling order from the alarm receiving and handling platform server, and is also used for acquiring the identity information and the record starting and stopping time information of the recorded data from the centralized storage server or the data acquisition workstation;
and the ternary intelligent union server matches the alarm processing alarm list, the identity mark and the alarm processing starting and stopping time information with the identity information and the record starting and stopping time information, automatically uploads the record data acquired by a data acquisition workstation to the centralized storage server according to the matching information, and intelligently associates the record data stored by the centralized storage server with the alarm processing alarm list of the alarm receiving and processing platform server.

The system of claim 1, wherein the triple wishbone server further comprises an intelligent thinking engine module, and the intelligent thinking engine module intelligently analyzes and corrects the alarm ticket, the identity tag, the alarm start and stop time information, the identity information, and the record start and stop time information.

7. The system according to claim 1, wherein the data acquisition workstation is provided with a charging module for supplying power to the law enforcement recorder and a display module for displaying the data acquisition state recorded by the law enforcement recorder.
8. The system of claim 1, wherein the identity information and the start-stop time information are stored in a log file in a storage module of the law enforcement recorder when the law enforcement recorder records data.
