Abstract

本发明公开了一种加气机,包括压力罐,所述压力罐的上端设有开口,该开口处设有阀门,设备设置了质量流量计,在加气时通过质量流量计可以得出加气量,通过电动阀门,可以自由控制加气机,加气时避免了手动拧开来加气,设备上还设置了压力传感装置,在加气时,通过压力传感装置可已知晓汽车内气压的情况,避免了在加气时防止汽车气箱压力过大,设备上还设置了天然气感应装置,通过天然气感应装置可以随时知晓加气机内是否漏气,如果漏气会通过报警装置发出信号,该加气机结构简单,能够检测出车内气压,以此来保证加气时的安全性,还可检测出加气机是否漏气,避免浪费资源。

本发明涉及智能加气技术领域,具体为一种加气机。
背景技术
当前,大中城市和各大矿区的汽车拥有量大幅度增加,汽车排放的尾气严重污染环境,成为重要的空气污染源,利用天然气等燃料作为汽车代用燃料,不仅可以净化空气,减少环境污染,保护环境,还可以减少石油进口,降低燃料成本,将天然气作为汽车动力,天然气充气装置便是必不可少的。我国已相继推出了充气装置,并得到迅猛发展,但目前差距主要表现在国内充气装置计量不够精确、性能稳定性差、智能性达不到人文化,还会出现漏气,为此,我们提出一种加气机。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种加气机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种加气机,包括压力罐,所述压力罐的上端设有开口,该开口处设有阀门,所述压力罐的一侧设有加气框架,加气框架内的底面设有电动阀门,所述电动阀门的进气口通过导气管与阀门的出气口连接,所述电动阀门的一侧设有质量流量计,质量流量计的进气口通过导管与电动阀门出气口连接,且质量流量计设有另一侧设有天然气感应装置,所述质量流量计的一侧设有充气装置,充气装置的进气口通过导管与质量流量计进气口连接,所述充气装置一侧设有压力传感装置,压力传感装置的进气口通过导管与充气装置的出气口连接,压力传感装置的出气口连接有高压软管,高压软管的端部设有手动阀门,手动阀门的一侧设有加气枪头,所述加气框架的上放设有主机,主机上设有显示屏,且主机的一侧设有报警装置,显示屏的一侧设有控制器,控制器电连接电动阀门的、质量流量计、充气装置、压力传感装置、报警装置和天然气感应装置;所述加气框架下端的一侧设有开口,该开口一侧设有箱门,箱门通过铰链与加气框架连接,且框架的另一侧设有防置槽;所述阀门的一侧设有手柄环;所述充气装置内设有过滤装置。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该加气机,设备设置了质量流量计,在加气时通过质量流量计可以得出加气量,加气机上还设置了电动阀门,通过电动阀门,可以自由控制加气机,加气时避免了手动拧开来加气,设备上还设置了压力传感装置,在加气时,通过压力传感装置可已知晓汽车内气压的情况,避免了在加气时防止汽车气箱压力过大,设备上还设置了天然气感应装置,通过天然气感应装置可以随时知晓加气机内是否漏气,如果漏气会通过报警装置发出信号,该加气机结构简单,能够检测出车内气压,以此来保证加气时的安全性,还可检测出加气机是否漏气,避免浪费资源。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种加气机,包括压力罐5,压力罐5的上端设有开口,该开口处设有阀门6,阀门6的一侧设有手柄环,压力罐5的一侧设有加气框架10,加气框架10内的底面设有电动阀门16,通过电动阀门16,可以自由控制加气机,加气时避免了手动拧开来加气,电动阀门16的进气口通过导气管7与阀门6的出气口连接,电动阀门16的一侧设有质量流量计15,质量流量计15的进气口通过导管与电动阀门16出气口连接,且质量流量计15设有另一侧设有天然气感应装置18,通过天然气感应装置18可以随时知晓加气机内是否漏气,在加气时,通过质量流量计15可以得出加气量,质量流量计15的一侧设有充气装置14,充气装置14的进气口通过导管与质量流量计15进气口连接,充气装置14内设有过滤装置,通过过滤装置可过滤掉天然气中的杂质,充气装置14一侧设有压力传感装置13,压力传感装置13的进气口通过导管与充气装置14的出气口连接,压力传感装置13的出气口连接有高压软管3,通过压力传感装置13可已知晓汽车内气压的情况,避免了在加气时防止汽车气箱压力过大,高压软管3的端部设有手动阀门2,手动阀门2的一侧设有加气枪头1,加气框架10的上放设有主机9,主机9上设有显示屏11,且主机9的一侧设有报警装置8,如果发生情况时会通过报警装置8发出信号,显示屏11的一侧设有控制器12,控制器12电连接电动阀门16的、质量流量计15、充气装置14、压力传感装置13、报警装置8和天然气感应装置18,加气框架10下端的一侧设有开口,该开口一侧设有箱门4,箱门4通过铰链与加气框架10连接,且加气框架10的另一侧设有防置槽17,该加气机结构简单,能够检测出车内气压,以此来保证加气时的安全性,还可检测出加气机是否漏气,避免浪费资源。
