Abstract

一种可调速的离合器,包括相互平行的可绕自身轴线旋转的输入轴和输出轴,输入轴上通过键连接锥套一,输出轴上通过键连接锥套二,锥套一和锥套二的方向相反,所述锥套二上通过轴承三安装有可相对锥套二自由回转的回转套,锥套一与锥套二之间或者锥套一与回转套之间压紧有传动环,操纵机构驱动传动环使其沿与输入轴平行的方向移动。本发明能够将原动机传来的动力与要驱动的机械分离或结合,还能够调节输出的速度,使要驱动的机械根据需要以不同的速度运行。

技术领域
本发明属于离合器技术领域,特别涉及一种可调速的离合器。
背景技术
现有离合器只能将原动机传来的动力与要驱动的机械分离或结合,不具有调速功能,如要驱动的机械需要以不同的速度运行,就需要再增加一个变速器或调节原动机的速度。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种可调速的离合器,能够将原动机传来的动力与要驱动的机械分离或结合,还能够调节输出的速度,使要驱动的机械根据需要以不同的速度运行。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种可调速的离合器,包括相互平行的可绕自身轴线旋转的输入轴7和输出轴4,输入轴7上通过键连接锥套一6,输出轴4上通过键连接锥套二5,锥套一6和锥套二5的方向相反,所述锥套二5上通过轴承三3安装有可相对锥套二5自由回转的回转套2,锥套一6与锥套二5之间或者锥套一6与回转套2之间压紧有传动环9,操纵机构10驱动传动环9使其沿与输入轴7平行的方向移动。
所述输入轴7通过轴承一8支承在壳体1中,所述输出轴4通过轴承二11支承在壳体1中。
所述回转套2安装在锥套二5靠近底面的一端。
所述锥套一6和锥套二5的锥度相同。
在所述锥套一6和锥套二5的顶端面或者底端面施加推力,以保持对传动环9的压紧和补偿磨损。
操纵机构10驱动传动环9的方式根据需要可以是机械的、电动的或气动的等不同方式。
与现有技术相比,本发明同一套机构既能实现离合又能调节速度,可代替现有技术离合器和调速器,简化了结构,操作方便可靠,节省了空间和成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例详细说明本发明的实施方式。
如图1所示,本发明一种可调速的离合器,输入轴7通过轴承一8支承在壳体1中,输出轴4通过轴承二11支承在壳体1中,输入轴7和输出轴4平行,且均可绕自身轴线旋转,锥套二5通过键与输出轴4连接,锥套一6通过键与输入轴7连接,锥套一6和锥套二5的方向相反,锥度相同,形成了调节速度的条件。回转套2通过轴承三3安装在锥套二5上(靠近底面一端),可相对锥套二5自由回转,可实现运动的分离,锥套二5或回转套2与锥套一6之间压紧有能实现摩擦传动的传动环9,传动环9在操纵机构10的作用下可沿与输入轴7平行的方向左右移动,通过改变传动环9位置来实现离合和调速。
本发明的工作原理参考图1和图2:
原动机的动力通过输入轴7输入,输出轴4输出,当传动环9处于右端时,压紧在回转套2与锥套一6之间,输入轴7输入的动力通过摩擦带动传动环9和回转套2运动,因回转套和锥套二5之间通过轴承三3支承,故不能带动锥套二5一起运动,因此输出轴4不运动,实现了输入和输出分离;当传动环9在操纵机构10的驱动下向左移动,压紧在锥套二5与锥套一6之间,输入轴7输入的动力通过摩擦带动传动环9和锥套二5运动,因锥套二5通过键与输出轴4连接,因此带动输出轴4一起运动,实现了输入和输出结合,见图2可调速离合器传动;当传动环9在操纵机构10的驱动下位于锥套二5与锥套一6之间不同位置时,因所处位置锥套二5和锥套一6的半径比不同,因此传动的速比不同,实现了输入和输出之间的调速。过程中,可通过在锥套端部施加推力,保持对传动环9的压紧和补偿磨损。

1.一种可调速的离合器,其特征在于,包括相互平行的可绕自身轴线旋转的输入轴(7)和输出轴(4),输入轴(7)上通过键连接锥套一(6),输出轴(4)上通过键连接锥套二(5),锥套一(6)和锥套二(5)的方向相反,所述锥套二(5)上通过轴承三(3)安装有可相对锥套二(5)自由回转的回转套(2),锥套一(6)与锥套二(5)之间或者锥套一(6)与回转套(2)之间压紧有传动环(9),操纵机构(10)驱动传动环(9)使其沿与输入轴(7)平行的方向移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述可调速的离合器,其特征在于,所述输入轴(7)通过轴承一(8)支承在壳体(1)中,所述输出轴(4)通过轴承二(11)支承在壳体(1)中。
3.根据权利要求1所述可调速的离合器,其特征在于,所述回转套(2)安装在锥套二(5)靠近底面的一端。
4.根据权利要求1所述可调速的离合器,其特征在于,所述锥套一(6)和锥套二(5)的锥度相同。
5.根据权利要求1所述可调速的离合器,其特征在于,在所述锥套一(6)和锥套二(5)的顶端面或者底端面施加推力,以保持对传动环(9)的压紧和补偿磨损。
6.根据权利要求1所述可调速的离合器,其特征在于,所述操纵机构(10)驱动传动环(9)的方式为机械、电动或气动方式。
